Constraint Programming을 이용한 자원제약 동적 다중프로젝트 일정계획 (Resource Constrained Dynamic Multi-Projects Scheduling Based by Constraint Programming)

  • Resource Constrained Dynamic Multi-Projects Scheduling (RCDMPS) is intended to schedule activities of two or more projects sequentially arriving at die shop under restricted resources. The aim of this paper is to develop a new problem solving method for RCDMPS to make an effect schedule based by constraint programming. The constraint-based scheduling method employs ILOG Solver which is C++ constraint reasoning library for solving complex resource management problems and ILOG Schedule which is a add-on library to ILOG Solver dedicated to solving scheduling problems. And this method interfaces with ILOG Views so that the result of scheduling displays with Gantt chart. The scheduling method suggested in this paper was applied to a company scheduling problem and compared with the other heuristic methods, and then it shows that the new scheduling system has more preference.

구속된 다물체 시스템을 위한 동역학 해석론 (A Dynamic Analysis of Constrained Multibody Systems)

  • The objective of this paper is to develop a solution method for the differential-algebraic equation(DAE) derived from constrained muti-body dynamic systems. Mechanical systems are often modeled as bodies and joints. Differential equations of motion are formulated for bodies. Since the bodies are connected by joint, the differential variables must satisfy the kinematic constraint equations that come from the joints. Difficulties are arised due to drift of the differential variables off the constraint equations. An optimization method is adopted to correct the drift of the differential variables. To demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method a slider-crank mechanism is analyzed dynamically. Identical results are obtained as these from the commercial program DADS. Dynamic analysis of a High Mobility Multi-purpose Wheeled. Vehicle(HMMWV) is carried out to show the practicalism of the proposed method.

비선형 헤르쯔 접촉스프링과 변위제한조건식의 적용에 의한 차량-궤도-교량 동적상호작용 수치해석기법 (Simulation of Vehicle-Track-Bridge Dynamic Interaction by Nonlinear Hertzian Contact Spring and Displacement Constraint Equations)

  • In this study, to describe vehicle-track-bridge dynamic interaction phenomena with 1/4 vehicle model, nonlinear Hertzian contact spring and nonlinear contact damper are introduced. In this approach external loads acting on 1/4 vehicle model are self weight of vehicle and geometry information of running surface. The constraint equation on contact surface is implemented by Penalty method. Also, to improve the numerical stability and to maintain accuracy of solution, the artificial damper and the reaction from constraint violation are introduced. A nonlinear time integration method, in this study, Newmark method is adopted for both equations of vehicles and structure. And to reduce the error caused by inadequate time step size, adaptive time-stepping technique is partially introduced. As the nonlinear Hertzian contact spring has no resistance to tensile force, the bouncing phenomena of wheelset can be described. Thus, it is expected that more versatile dynamic interaction phenomena can be described by this approach and it can be applied to various railway dynamic problems.

응력 구속조건을 고려한 동하중의 등가정하중으로의 변환 (Transformation of Dynamic Loads into Equivalent Static Load based on the Stress Constraint Conditions)

  • 동하중을 고려하는 구조해석은 전산자원과 시간측면에서 상당한 어려움이 따르기 때문에 외력을 이상적인 정하중으로 가정하는 것이 일반적이다. 그러나 정하중 조건으로 해석된 결과는 구조물의 안전설계 측면에서 충분한 신뢰를 주기 어렵다. 최근에는, 동하중의 영향을 받는 구조물의 효과적인 구조해석을 위해 동하중을 등가정하중으로 변환하는 기법이 제안되어 왔다. 이 기법은 최적화를 통해 구속조건을 만족하는 최소의 등가정하중을 구하는데, 구속조건은 임계시간의 변위를 사용하고, 등가정하중 분포 자유도는 경험적으로 선정하여 왔다. 그러나 안전설계 관점에서는 응력 구속조건을 적용하는 것이 타당하며, 경험적 자유도 선정은 몇 개의 자유도에 과도한 하중이 부과되거나 구조물의 거동에 영향력이 없는 자유도들이 선정될 가능성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 등가응력 구속조건을 고려하는 등가정하중 최적화 방법을 제안하고, 축소시스템 개념을 도입한 주자유도, 구속조건 요소 자유도, 외부하중 자유도로 구성되는 등가정하중 분포 자유도의 구성방법을 제안한다. 수치예제에서는 제안된 방법으로 구해진 등가정하중을 사용하여 등가응력을 구하고 동하중 해석 결과와 비교함으로써 제안된 방법을 통한 구조해석 방법이 구조안전성 측면에서 타당함을 보인다.

Dynamic analysis of deployable structures using independent displacement modes based on Moore-Penrose generalized inverse matrix

  • Deployable structures have gained more and more applications in space and civil structures, while it takes a large amount of computational resources to analyze this kind of multibody systems using common analysis methods. This paper presents a new approach for dynamic analysis of multibody systems consisting of both rigid bars and arbitrarily shaped rigid bodies. The bars and rigid bodies are connected through their nodes by ideal pin joints, which are usually fundamental components of deployable structures. Utilizing the Moore-Penrose generalized inverse matrix, equations of motion and constraint equations of the bars and rigid bodies are formulated with nodal Cartesian coordinates as unknowns. Based on the constraint equations, the nodal displacements are expressed as linear combination of the independent modes of the rigid body displacements, i.e., the null space orthogonal basis of the constraint matrix. The proposed method has less unknowns and a simple formulation compared with common multibody dynamic methods. An analysis program for the proposed method is developed, and its validity and efficiency are investigated by analyses of several representative numerical examples, where good accuracy and efficiency are demonstrated through comparison with commercial software package ADAMS.

  • Kinetically constrained models (KCM) have attracted interest as models that assign dynamic origins to the interesting dynamic properties of supercooled liquid. Signs of dynamic heterogeneity in the crossover model that linearly interpolates between the FA-like symmetric constraint and the East model constraint by asymmetric parameter b were investigated using Monte Carlo technique. When the asymmetry parameter was decreased sufficiently, smooth fragile-to-strong dynamic transition was observed in terms of the relaxation time, diffusion constant, Stokes-Einstein violation, and dynamic length scale. Competition between energetically favored symmetric relaxation mechanism and entropically favored asymmetric relaxation mechanism is behind such transition.

변위제한조건식과 안정화된 Penalty방법에 의한 차량 주행에 따른 구조물의 동적상호작용 해석기법 (Simulation of Vehicle-Structure Dynamic Interaction by Displacement Constraint Equations and Stabilized Penalty Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 2개의 질량을 갖는 1/4 차량모델을 이용하여 차량-궤도-교량간의 동적상호작용 현상을 표현하기 위해 비선형 헤르츠 접촉스프링(Nonlinear Hertzian Contact Spring)과 비선형 접촉감쇠장치(Nonlinear Contact Damper)를 도입하였다. 또한, 차량에 작용하는 하중은 차량의 중량외에 임의시간단계의 차륜재하위치인 레일답면(즉, 주행로상의 접촉면)에서의 변위가 제한조건식(Constraint Equation)으로 가해졌다. 이 변위제한조건식은 Penalty방법(Penalty Method)에 의해 구현되었으며, 해의 안정화(Stabilization)를 위한 기법과 제한조건오차보정반력(Reaction from Constraint Violation)을 도입하였다. 또한, 차량의 피칭운동을 표현하고, 다양한 차량/열차를 모형화하기 위해서 1/4 차량모델의 차체 및 대차프레임 간을 강체연결 및 핀이 있는 강체연결조건으로 모형화하였다. 시간적분방법으로는 Newmark계열의 시간적분법이 사용되었으며, 해의 정확성 확보를 위해 국지적 오차평가에 근거한 적응적시간간격기법(Adaptive Time-Stepping Scheme)을 도입하였다. 이러한 적응적시간간격기법을 도입하여 동적해석에서 시간간격의 크기를 자동적으로 결정함으로써 동적해석에서의 해의 정확성을 확보하고 시간적분에 소요되는 계산비용을 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Automatic Determination of Constraint Parameter for Improving Homography Matrix Calculation in RANSAC Algorithm

  • This paper proposes dynamic constraint parameter to filter out degenerate configurations (i.e. set of collinear or adjacent features) in RANSAC algorithm. We define five different groups of image based on the feature distribution pattern. We apply the same linear and distance constraints for every image, but we use different constraint parameter for every group, which will affect the filtering result. An evaluation is done by comparing the proposed dynamic CS-RANSAC algorithm with the classic RANSAC and regular CS-RANSAC algorithms in the calculation of a homography matrix. The experimental results show that dynamic CS-RANSAC algorithm provides the lowest error rate compared to the other two algorithms.

간격이 있는 탄성 보 위를 고속 주행하는 바퀴의 Hertz 접촉을 고려한 동역학적 해석 (Dynamic Analysis of a High-speed Wheel Moving on an Elastic Beam Having Gap with the Consideration of Hertz Contact)

  • With the local Hertz deformation on the contact point, the dynamic contact between a high-speed wheel and an elastic beam having a gap is numerically analyzed by solving the whole equations of motion of the wheel and the beam subjected to the contact condition. For the stability of the time integration the velocity and acceleration constraints as well as the displacement constraint are imposed on the contact point. Especially the acceleration contact condition on the gap is formulated, and it is demonstrated that the contact force variation computed by the velocity contact constraint or by the acceleration contact constraint agrees well with that computed by the displacement contact constraint. The numerical examples show that, when the wheel passes on the gap, the solution is governed by the stiffness of the local Hertzian deformation.

  • This paper proposes a second-order implicit constraint enforcement method which yields enhanced controllability compared to a first-order implicit constraints enforcement method. Although the proposed method requires solving a linear system twice, it yields superior accuracy from the constraints error perspective and guarantees the precise and natural movement of objects, in contrast to the first-order method. Thus, the proposed method is the most suitable for exact prediction simulations. This paper describes the numerical formulation of second-order implicit constraints enforcement. To prove its superiority, the proposed method is compared with the firstorder method using a simple two-link simulation. In this paper, there is a reasonable discussion about the comparison of constraints error and the analysis of dynamic behavior using kinetic energy and potential energy.
