재하시험에 의한 PHC 매입말뚝의 저항계수 산정 II (Estimation of resistance coefficient of PHC bored pile by Load Test II)

  • 유럽과 미국에서는 말뚝기초 설계에 한계상태설계법 사용이 거의 정착되었으며, 세계적 추세에 따라 국내에서도 국토해양부가 한계상태설계법에 기반한 교량하부기초 설계기준을 제정하였지만, 국내 말뚝공법 및 지반조건에 대한 저항계수 연구가 부족하여 당장 설계에 반영하기에는 어려운 여건이었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내에서 많이 사용되고 있는 PHC 매입말뚝의 저항계수를 구하기 위하여 LH설계기준과 도로교설계기준 방법으로 산정한 지지력과 LH 현장에서 실시한 정재하시험(21회)과 동재하시험(EOID 21회, Restrike 21회) 결과를 신뢰성분석을 실시하였으며, 선행 논문(재하시험에 의한 PHC 매입말뚝의 저항계수 산정)에서 수행한 결과보다 2배 이상 많은 데이터를 추가하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 정재하지지력(극한)으로 구한 저항계수는 설계식 및 목표신뢰도지수에 따라 0.64~0.83, 동재하지지력(극한)으로 구한 저항계수는 0.42~0.55로 나와 정재하지지력(극한)으로 구한 저항계수보다 약 33% 작게 나타났다. 반면 수정동재하지지력(EOID의 극한선단지지력 + Restrike의 극한주면지지력)으로 구한 저항계수는 0.55~0.71로 나와 정재하지지력(극한)으로 구한 저항계수와 비교 시 그 차이가 약 14%로 줄어들었다. 데이터 추가에 의해 저항계수를 산정한 결과 이전 저항계수와 같거나 0.04정도 증가하여 데이터가 2배 이상 추가되어도 저항계수가 의미 있을 정도로 크게 변하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 정재하 및 동재하시험으로 산정한 전체 저항계수는 전반적으로 도로교설계기준(2015)에서 제시한 저항계수 0.3보다 커서 경제적인 설계가 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

  • Because of a complicated behavior of fatigue in mechanical structures, the analysis of fatigue is in need of much researches on life prediction. A method is developed for the dynamic tensile strength analysis by simple tensile test, which is for the failure life prediction by lethargy coefficient of various materials. Then it is programed to analyze the failure life prediction of mechanical system by virtue of fracture. Thus the dynamic tensile strength analysis is performed to evaluate life parameters as a numerical example, using the developed method.

가스절연 개폐장치 투입저항의 동특성 해석 (Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Closing Resistors of Gas Insulated Switchgear)

  • GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) is used in electric power system, to insure non conductivity, breaking capacity and operating reliability. The commercial dynamic analysis code COSMOS MOTION and 3-D modeling program SOLID WORKS were used to simulate dynamic analysis of the closing resistors of the GIS in this paper. To reduce chatter vibration of closing resistors, the motion of moving and fixed parts of closing resistors were simulated by varying the spring constant, the damping coefficient and the mass of moving and fixed parts. The simulated results were compared with experimental results. As a result, chatter vibration of closing resistors of the GIS could be reduced by using the results. These data can be used to determine the spring constant, the damping coefficient and mass of a moving part to reduce chatter vibration when the next model is developed.

  • A new electro-rheological squeeze film damper (ER-SFD) has been sealed with slotted piston rings which have electrodes at the inside of the constant gap. The slotted ER-SFD can prevent the problem of electric discharge which might be occurred in the previous configuration of an ER-SFD. The current paper presents the extraction of linearized dynamic coefficients within small orbit where these coefficients are controlled by the application of electric strength. Test rig has been modified to isolate the damper section for dynamic coefficient extraction. The results show that rotordynamic coefficients, damping and inertia terms, increase with increasing supply voltages, while stiffness coefficients decrease with increasing supply voltages. notating speed of rigid shaft does not affect these coefficients.

  • GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) is used in electric power system to insure non conductivity, breaking capacity and operating reliability. In the present study, dynamic analysis on the closing resistors of the GIS has bees carried out by the commercial dynamic analysis code COSMOS MOTION and 3-D modeling program SOLID WORKS. In order to find the minimum value of chatter vibration of closing resistors, the motion of moving and fixed resistor parts of closing resistors were simulated by varying the spring constant, the damping coefficient and the mass of moving and fixed resistor parts. The simulated results were compared with experimental results. The application of the results could reduce chatter vibration of closing resistors of the GIS. These data are also useful on the development of future model GIS with minimum chatter vibration for the determinations of the spring constant, the damping coefficient and mass of a moving part.

인간 동력 항공기의 2차원 익형을 이용한 정적 안정성 및 동적 안정성 해석

  • 항공기의 비행 안정성을 판별하기 위해서는 정적(static)안정성과 동적(dynamic)안정성을 모두 고려해야 한다. 본 연구는 EDISON_CFD의 KFLOW_EDISON_2D3DOF, 2D_Com_P해석자를 이용해 2차원익형의 정적(static)계수와 동적(dynamic)계수를 구해 항공기 전체형상의 정적 안정성 및 동적 안정성을 분석하였다. 그 중 2015년도 인간 동력 항공기대회 건국대학교 참가 기체를 예시로 연구를 진행하였다. 주익 익형 SG6043과 미익 익형 NACA0012을 EDISON_CFD를 이용하여 각 익형의 모멘트계수를 구하고 그 결과값을 이용하여 기체의 무게중심에 대한 각 익형의 감쇠계수를 계산하였다. 그리고 주익과 미익의 면적비율과 코드길이의 비율을 고려해 전체 항공기형상의 안정성과 비행 형태를 분석하였다.

골재의 동적 거동 모사를 위한 DEM 입력변수의 결정 연구 (Determination of DEM Input Parameters for Dynamic Behavior Simulation of Aggregates)

  • PURPOSES : Evaluation of input parameters determination procedure for dynamic analysis of aggregates in DEM. METHODS : In this research, the aggregate slump test and angularity test were performed as fundamental laboratory tests to determine input parameters of spherical particles in DEM. The heights spreads, weights of the simple tests were measured and used to calibrate rolling and static friction coefficients of particles. RESULTS : The DEM simulations with calibrated parameters showed good agreement with the laboratory test results for given dynamic condition. CONCLUSIONS : It is concluded that the employed calibration method can be applicable to determine rolling friction coefficient of DEM simulation for given dynamic conditions. However, further research is necessary to connect the result to the behavior of aggregate in packing and mixing process and to refine static friction coefficient.

  • Recently it is increased by degrees to construct complex and large lattice structure such as bridge, tower and crane structures. It is very important problem to know dynamic properties of such structures. Authors presented new dynamic response analysis algorithm for rectilinear structure already. This analysis algorithm is combined transfer stiffness coefficient method with Newmark method. Presented method improves the computational accuracy remarkably owing to advantage of the transfer stiffness coefficient method. This paper formulates dynamic response analysis algorithm for plane lattice structure expanding rectilinear structures.

  • During the dynamic analysis of a system, the Coulomb friction law is emploved to calculate the friction force. Since the static friction coefficient is only employed during the zero relative velocity, it is impractical to employ the coefficient during the dynamic analysis. To calculate the static friction force, therefore, some friction models have been developed. In this study, the integration stability and the accuracy of the models are investigated with some numerical examples. The effect of time step size during the numerical integration is also investigated. The numerical study shows that the friction model employed for most commercial codes is not as good as the one proposed in this study.

화물수송용 스윙모션보기의 임계속도와 주행성능 평가 (Estimation of critical speed and running performance for swing motion bogie of railway freight car)

  • In this paper the dynamic characteristics of a Swing Motion Bogie, such as a critical speed and a carbody vibration, are investigated in reply to the request of the Meridian Rail Corporation in the United States. Also described are experimental results of the maximum speed, the derailment coefficient, the lateral force, the vertical force, the vibration acceleration and steady state lateral acceleration measured from main line tests.
