3차원 공간고조파법을 이용한 슬롯리스형 영구자석 선형 동기 전동기의 기동특성 해석 (Starting Characteristic Analysis of a Slotless type Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor using 3-D Space Harmonic Method)

  • This paper deals with dynamic analysis method of a slotless type permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) using 3-dimensional space harmonic method. The results are good agreement with FEA results because that slotless type PMLSM has simple structure and no saturation of core. And then, Under open-loop control, starting characteristic is analyzed by voltage equation combining with dynamic equation. In order to obtain more accuracy results, this paper use instantaneous back-EMF and thrust instead of back-EMF constant and thrust constant.

  • This paper deals with characteristic analysis of Linear Switched Reluctance Motor (LSRM) according to switching condition. When approved current in each phase by decided position, we made sure current and voltage according to turn-on, turn-off. In dynamic simulation of LSRM, through an experiment, we decided turn-on position of inductance profile. Also, we presented dynamic characteristic analysis model which is consisted at motor and sensor signal part, etc., and substitute circuit constant that get using magnetic equivalent circuit method, we confirmed current and voltage waveform.

  • Machine of textiles let off is equipment supplying constantly fabrics. Nowdays, as it is replaced band - brake type with hydraulic motor driven type, we looked into characteristic of hydraulic solenoid pilot direction valve(SPDV) for controlling acceleration performance of hydraulic motor. This study deals with controlling the initial speed of textiles let off machine. Finally, to control the initial speed of hydraulic motor, we controlled the adjustment screw of SPDV by a hand. Test which was carried out in the laboratory shows that initial speed of textiles let off could be improved by controlling adjustment screw of SPDV. Also, the results of experiment work were compared with dynamic characteristic of other on/off solenoid direction valve(SDV).

  • 현대의 레이더는 큰 클러터 환경에서 동작하기 위해 넓은 동적 영역을 요구한다. ADC(Analog-to-Digital Converter)가 발생시키는 스퓨리어스(spurious) 신호는 넓은 동적 영역을 구현하는데 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ADC의 비선형 특성에 따른 능동 위상 배열 레이더 수신기의 이득을 분석하였다. ADC SFDR(Spurious Free Dynamic Range)은 시스템이 요구하는 동적 영역을 한정하고, 제한된 영역내에서 ADC SNR(Signal-to-Noise Ratio) 손실을 고려하여 ADC 동적 영역을 설정하였다. 그리고 계산된 능동 위상 배열 레이더의 안테나단 출력 잡음 전압과 ADC 입력 잡음 전압을 비교하여 수신기의 이득을 구하였다. 끝으로 응용 예제를 통한 전체적인 내용을 살펴보았다.

  • Spin coater is regarded as a major module rotating at high speed to be used build up polymer resin thin film layer fur bonding process of GaAs wafer. This module is consisted of spin unit for spreading uniformly, align device, resin spreading nozzle and et. al. Specially, spin unit which is a component of module can cause to vibrate and finally affect to the uniformity of polymer resin film layer. For the stability prediction of rotation velocity and uniformity of polymer resin film layer, it is very important to understand the dynamic characteristics of assembled spin coater module and the dynamic response mode resulted from rotation behavior of spin chuck. In this paper, stress concentration mode and the deformed shape of spin chuck generated due to angular acceleration process are presented using analytical method for evaluation of structural safety according to the revolution speed variation of spin unit. And also, deformation form of GaAs wafer due to dynamic behavior of spin chuck is presented fur the comparison of former simulated results.

광대역 디지털 수신기 동적 범위 확장을 위한 A/D 변환모듈 연구 (A/D Conversion Module for Dynamic Range Expansion of Wideband Digital Receiver)

  • 본 논문은 광대역 디지털 수신기의 동적 범위 개선을 위한 A/D 변환 모듈을 설계 및 제작하였다. 동적 범위 확장을 위한 A/D 변환 모듈은 입력신호 레벨에 따라 정상 경로와 증폭 경로로 신호를 분기하여 디지털 신호로 변환하는 방식이다. 제작 및 측정 결과, A/D 변환 모듈의 정상 경로는 입력 레벨 -57 dBm~-12 dBm 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하고, 증폭 경로는 입력 레벨 -30 dBm~+12 dBm 신호를 왜곡 없이 디지털 신호로 변환하여 69 dB의 입력 동적 범위 특성을 나타내었다. 또한 순시 대역폭 100 MHz에서 일정한 출력 특성을 나타내고 있음을 확인하였다.

샌드위치 플레이트 시스템을 이용한 합성보의 동적 특성 (Dynamic Characteristic of Composite Beam using the Sandwich Plate System)

  • To improve the noise and vibration problems of the existing public parking systems, new floor system was proposed. This system consists of the Sandwich Plate System(SPS), steel beam and post-tensioned steel tendons. To verify the dynamic characteristics such as the natural frequency and damping ratio of the system, the free vibration test was performed. Test results showed that the natural frequency of the SPS composite beam was 23.8Hz and it was increased by 3.8% by installing the post-tensioned tendons. The damping ratio of the specimen with tendons was about 1.64%.

변위감응형 충격흡수기의 차량 동력학적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Vehicle Dynamic Characteristic of Displacement Sensitive Shock Absorber)

  • The performance of shock absorber is directly related to the car behaviour and performance, both for handling and ride comfort. The displacement sensitive shock absorber has two modes of damping force (i.e. soft and hard) according to the position of piston. In this study, a mathematical nonlinear dynamic model is introduced to predict the performance of displacement sensitive shock absorber. Especially in this paper, the transient zone is considered and the simulation result is well fit with experimental data. And the vehicle dynamic characteristic of displacement sensitive shock absorber is presented using quarter car simulation model. The simulation results of frequency response are compared with passive shock absorber.

전기차량 주행 중 이선상태에 따른 급전계통의 전압, 전류 동특성 연구 (A study on the dynamic characteristic of voltage and current in a feeder system in case of cause contact loss on driving an electrical railway vehicle)

  • In this study, the dynamic characteristic of a contact wire and pantograph suppling electrical power to electrical railway vehicle is investigated from an electrical response point of view. To analysis voltage and current waveforms by induced contact loss phenomenon on driving electrical railway vehicle, a hardware Simulator which considered contact loss between contact wire and the pantograph as well as contact wire deviation is developed. It is confirmed that a contact wire and pantograph model are necessary for studying the dynamic behavior of the pantograph system. Throughout prototype simulator and contact wire and catenary wire experiments, it is confirmed that current waveforms is distorted by contact loss phenomenon and in case of driving electrical railway vehicle.

Transient Response of Head Slider with the Head Geometry Change in Magnetic Storage Devices

  • In this study, the dynamic flying characteristics of the worn head sliders are investigated theoretically due to the change in head geometry caused by head and disk contact. The film shapes can be approximated as taper- truncated cycloidal-flat film. Two-dimensional time dependent modified Reynolds equation included molecular slip effect are formulated with neglected the roughness effect. The motion of head slider was assumed to have two degree of freedom in this work. Finite difference approximation with Newton Raphson iterative technique and the fourth order Runge-Kutta method were implemented to obtain the transient response of the slider head with various change in head geometry numerically and compared with the transient response of the IBM3380 type head slider. The simulation results show the film shape has affects significantly on the static and dynamic characteristic of slider head in magnetic storage systems.
