  • Many ships in voyage experience weight and buoyancy distribution change by various reasons such as change of sea water density and waves, weather condition, and consumption of fuel, provisions, etc . The weight and buoyancy distribution change can bring the ships out of allowable trim, heeling angle. In these case, the ships should adjust trim and heeling angle by shifting of liquid cargo or ballasting, deballasting of ballast tanks for recovery of initial state or for a stable voyage. But, if the adjustment is performed incorrectly, ship's safety such as longitudinal strength, intact stability, propeller immersion, wide visibility, minimum forward draft cannot be secured correctly. So it is required that the adjustment of trim and heeling angle should be planned not by human operators but by optimization computer algorithm. To make an optimized plan to adjust trim and heeling angle guaranteeing the ship's safety and quickness of process, Uk! combined mechanical analysis and optimization algorithm. The candidate algorithms for the study were heuristic algorithm, meta-heuristic algorithm and uninformed searching algorithm. These are widely used in various kinds of optimization problems. Among them, heuristic algorithm $A^\ast$ was chosen for its optimality. The $A^\ast$ algorithm is then applied for the study. Three core elements of $A^\ast$ Algorithm consists of node, operator, evaluation function were modified and redefined. And we analyzed the $A^\ast$ algorithm by considering cooperation with loading instrument installed in most ships. Finally, the algorithm has been applied to tanker ship's various conditions such as Normal Ballast Condition, Homo Design Condition, Alternate Loading Condition, Also the test results are compared and discussed to confirm the efficiency and the usefulness of the methodology developed the system.

  • IVEF 서비스는 해상교통관제시스템 상호간, 선박 상호간에 해상교통정보를 교환하기 위한 표준안으로서 e-Navigation이라 불리는 차세대 선박항법체계의 일환으로 표준화가 진행 중에 있다. 국제항로표지협회 IALA는 V-145 권고안을 통해 IVEF 서비스 모델과 서비스 제공을 위한 프로토콜을 제시하고 있으나 구체적인 구성은 이를 이용하는 사용자가 설계하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 V-145 권고안의 기본 서비스 모델과 프로토콜을 토대로 해상교통정보의 교환을 편리하게 해주는 J-VTS 미들웨어를 설계하고 구현하였다. J-VTS 미들웨어는 IVEF 서비스를 제공하기 위한 다양한 컴포넌트들과 IVEF 메시지 프로토콜을 처리하기 위한 컴포넌트들로 구성된다. 상위 애플리케이션에 해당하는 해상교통관제시스템과 선박들은 J-VTS 미들웨어에서 제공하는 함수들만을 이용하여 편리하게 IVEF 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 설계 되었으며, 접속자의 보안등급에 따라 서비스가 단계적으로 제공되게 된다.

체질처방 결정요인 확인을 위한 연구설계 (Research Design for the Verification of Constitutional Prescription Determinants)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to design a research to find clinical factors involved in the decision-making process for determining the constitutional prescription based on prospective clinical data. Methods We have created a draft of the case report form. Therefore, seven constitutional experts was interviewed for additional items to be important used to determine the constitutional prescription in clinic. Interviews were done from December 2012 to March 2014, experts per person 2-3 times, took time of about 120 minutes per interview. Since then, we developed the final case report form through the expert meeting. At the same time, the developing the electronic case report form (eCRF) and the protocol to collect constitutional treatment cases was also discussed. Results & Conclusions The items of the case report form were subject general, lifestyle, health measurement, record of expert, prescription and evaluation after medication. The part of the clinical symptoms of the record of expert allowed to be recorded in the 5-point scale for the collection of quantitative data as much as possible. Assuming a re-visit of the patient, if necessary, twice the recording were to be possible. At the same time, the eCRF and the protocol to collect constitutional treatment cases were also developed. In this study, it will be able to more objectively standardize the medical decision making process that the experts of constitutional prescription decision. As a result, it will be possible to provide the standardized constitutional medical services.

2007 초등수학과 교육과정과 2011 초등수학과 교육과정의 비교.분석: 변화 내용을 중심으로 (An Analysis on the 2011 Elementary School Mathematics Curriculum Compared to the 2007 Elementary School Mathematics Curriculum with a Focus on Changes in Learning Topics)

  • 본 연구에서는 2007 초등학교 수학과 교육과정과 2011 초등학교 수학과 교육과정을 비교 분석하였다. 첫째로, 2011 교육과정에서 취급하지 않게 된 학습 내용에 관해 비판적으로 논의했다. 둘째로, 2011 교육과정의 학습 내용에서 찾을 수 있는 두드러진 특정을 찾았다. 차기 교육과정의 개발에 도움이 될 수 있도록, 이러한 결과로부터 얻을 수 있었던 다음의 세 가지를 결론으로 제시하였다. 첫째, 교육과정 개발 절차를 보완할 필요가 있다. 공청회 시안 개발 및 최종 교육과정 개발 과정은 어디에도 드러나 있지 않다. 교육과정의 개발과 연구를 위해서는 이 과정을 잘 정리하여 공개할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 교육과정에서의 진술 방식을 수정 보완하는 것이 필요하다. 의미가 충분히 확립되지 않은 표현이나 모호한 표현은 어느 정도 규정하고 사용하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 학습 내용별 성취 기준의 진술이 일관적일 필요가 있다. 성취 기준 진술의 원칙을 설정하는 것이 필요하다. 넷째, 초등학교 교육과정과 중학교 교육과정 사이의 연계가 잘 이루어지고 있는지 검토하는 것이 필요하다.

  • This study aims at clarifying the circumstances under which the Korean Pavilion was constructed at the 1900 Paris Universal Exposition, and major architectural features of the pavilion building, In particular, this thesis studies the construction history of the Korean Pavilion newly developed by Comte de Mimerel on the part of France following the sudden death of Baron Delort de Gleon during the construction of the Korean Pavilion, as well as architectural features of the draft design. The Korean Pavilion designed by Comte de Mimerel completely reproduces Keunjeongjeon of Gyeongbok Palace, faithfully complying with the then design tendency of the exposition. Mr. Young Chan Min, the Vice Chairman of the Seoul Organization Committee, positively participated in the construction process, and traditional carpenters in Chosun, together with Mr. Young Chan Min, were dispatched to Paris to engage in the construction of the pavilion building. This is substantially in contrast to the earlier design. According to the analysis in this study, although the Korean Pavilion designed by Comte de Mimerel was primarily built with the fund of the French Government and under the French architectural system, as a result of the Korean Government's positive participation in the construction process, it was decided to use Geunjeongjeon, the symbol of Chosun, as a model of the pavilion, and therefore, the Korean Pavilion was recognized by the Europeans as a monument of complex and sophisticated civilization. Furthermore, commercial and colonialistic expressions, which were found in the earlier plan, are rarely found in the Korean Pavilion designed by Comte de Mimerel, and we can see that this is the result of the attempt to fully reproduce Geunjeongjeon, the major building of the Chosun royal court, in building the Korean Pavilion.

북극 지의류 Cladonia종에서 분리한 Caballeronia sordidicola균주 PAMC 26577의 유전체 서열 분석 (Genome sequence of Caballeronia sordidicola strain PAMC 26577 isolated from Cladonia sp., an Arctic lichen species)

  • Caballeronia sordidicola 균주 PAMC 26577은 다산 기지 근처에서 채집된 지의류인 Cladonia 종에서 분리되었다. Illumina 방식으로 분석한 균주 PAMC 26577의 초안 유전체 서열은 182개의 콘티그로 이루어졌으며, N50값은 159,226 염기쌍 길이에 해당하였다. 초안 유전체로 총 8,334,211 염기쌍을 확인하였으며, 59.4% G+C 함량을 나타냈다. 유전체는 단백질을 코드하지 않는 8개의 rRNA 유전자와 51개의 tRNA 유전자를 포함하였다. 8,065개의 단백질 유전자는 기본 대사 과정뿐 아니라 부탄올/부티르산 생합성, 폴리하이드록시부티르산 대사, serine cycle methylotrophy 및 글라이코겐 대사 유전자들을 가지고 있었다. 2백개 이상의 막 전달 단백질은, 인산화 전달 시스템과 TRAP 전달시스템이 부재하였다. PAMC 26577은 CRISPR 관련 서열 및 단백질이 없었으며, 파아지 유전자의 감염흔적으로 인한 11개의 파아지 관련 유전자를 찾아낼 수 있었다.

데이터 폐기 지침 마련을 위한 기초 연구 (A Study on the Guideline for the Data Deletion)

  • 본 연구는 정보시스템의 운영 효율성과 관리 비용 절감을 도모하고자 불필요한 데이터를 폐기할 수 있는 기준과 근거를 탐색해 보았다. 국내외 법령 및 정책을 문헌조사하여 데이터 폐기 지침에 응용할 수 있는 내용을 도출하였으며, 이를 기초로 데이터 폐기를 위한 기초안을 마련하였다. 공공기관과 지자체 실무자를 대상으로 데이터 폐기 현황에 대한 면담조사와 데이터 폐기 지침 초안에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였고, 관련 이슈사항에 대해 의견을 수렴하였다. 그 결과, 데이터 폐기의 대상 유형과 절차, 폐기 방법 등을 포함한 지침을 마련할 수 있었다. 연구 결과로 마련된 데이터 폐기 지침을 시범 적용해 본 결과, 폐기 대상의 선정, 폐기 절차별 역할 담당자의 선정, 폐기 요청과 심의 등에 누락되거나 보완해야 할 사항은 나타나지 않아 지침이 실효성이 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

Standards for Endovascular Neurosurgical Training and Certification of the Society of Korean Endovascular Neurosurgeons 2013

  • The need for standard endovascular neurosurgical (ENS) training programs and certification in Korea cannot be overlooked due to the increasing number of ENS specialists and the expanding ENS field. The Society of Korean Endovascular Neurosurgeons (SKEN) Certification Committee has prepared training programs and certification since 2010, and the first certificates were issued in 2013. A task force team (TFT) was organized in August 2010 to develop training programs and certification. TFT members researched programs and systems in other countries to develop a program that best suited Korea. After 2 years, a rough draft of the ENS training and certification regulations were prepared, and the standard training program title was decided. The SKEN Certification Committee made an official announcement about the certification program in March 2013. The final certification regulations comprised three major parts: certified endovascular neurosurgeons (EN), certified ENS institutions, and certified ENS training institutions. Applications have been evaluated and the results were announced in June 2013 as follows: 126 members received EN certification and 55 hospitals became ENS-certified institutions. The SKEN has established standard ENS training programs together with a certification system, and it is expected that they will advance the field of ENS to enhance public health and safety in Korea.

국내 배출권거래제 시행에 따른 전자부품산업 대응방안 연구 (A Study on Countermeasures of Electronic Component Industry according to Korean Emission Trading Scheme Enforcement)

  • The continued efforts to reduce GHG emission by international cooperation and each country are in progress. As part of these efforts, Korea's ETS is enforced in 2015. This was the time to make strategies for each company to respond Korea's ETS. This study was performed to suggest a draft of basic strategies for electronic component industry in current Korea's ETS stage are as follows; - Analyzing the nature of electronic component industry - Identifying needs for corresponding ETS of electronic component industry - Analyzing basic countermeasures for each stage of ETS - Suggesting drafts of basic strategies for electronic component industry in current Korea's ETS stage The result of this study, the current stage of Korea's ETS is moving from implementation of the scheme become determined and prepare the minimum corresponding to direct corresponding to the regulation and market change. Electronic component industry has many GHG emission growth(or change) factor, and it will be make electronic component industry as a buyer when Korea's ETS is enforced. Korea's ETS will be clearly act as a regulation rather than new business for electronic component industry. Therefore, identifying the Korea's ETS as a regulation is resonable strategy for corresponding the scheme. The basic strategies of electronic component industry th responding Korea's ETS are as follows; - Building internal organization and decision-making system before enforcement the Korea's ETS - Establishing internal basic corresponding strategies according to carbon price forecast scenarios - Considering the energy consumption and GHG emissions in design phase and preparing the global ETS market in mid or long term.

Study on icebreaking performance of the Korea icebreaker ARAON in the arctic sea

  • A full-scale field trial in ice-covered sea is one of the most important tasks in the design of icebreaking ships. The first Korean icebreaking research vessel 'ARAON', after her delivery in late 2009, had a sea ice field trial in the Arctic Sea during July-August, 2010. This paper describes the test procedures and data analysis on the icebreaking performance of the IBRV ARAON. The data gathered from the icebreaking performance test in the Chukchi Sea and the Beaufort Sea during the Arctic voyage of ARAON includes the speed and engine power of the ship as well as sea ice thickness and strength data. The air temperature, wind speed and heading of the ship were also measured during each sea ice trial. The ARAON was designed to break 1 m thick level ice with a flexural strength of 630kPa at a continuous speed of 3knots. She is registered as a KR POLAR 10 class ship. The principal dimensions of ARAON are 110 m, 19 m and 6.8 m in length, breadth and draft respectively. She is equipped with four 3,500kW diesel-electric main engines and two Azipod type propulsion motors. Four sea ice trials were carried out to understand the relationship between the engine power and the ship speed, given the Arctic ice condition. The analysis shows that the ARAON was able to operate at 1.5knots in a 2.5m thick medium ice floe condition with the engine power of 5MW, and the speed reached 3.1 knots at the same ice floe condition when the power increased to 6.6MW. She showed a good performance of speed in medium ice floe compared to the speed performance in level ice. More detailed analysis is summarized in this paper.
