When one opens the door of a microwave oven during operation, microwave might leak through the clearance of the door. Present research has been motivated by the need to reduce the possible clearance by enhancing torsional stiffness of the door of the microwave oven. Static deformation of the door frame of the oven is analyzed under a door-opening force. On the basis of the topological optimization, the right flange of the door frame is shown to need reinforcing. Several types of reinforcing brackets weldable to the right flange is proposed, and their effects to the stiffness of the door frame are compared and evaluated.

The bus is regarded as one of the most frequently used public transportation systems, the research and development on driving stability, safety, and convenience for drivers and passengers has tremendously increased in recent days. This paper investigated the design of the bus door mechanism composed of an actuator (or motor) and linkages. The bus door mechanism is divided into many types according to the coupling of the linkages and the driving system. The mathematical models of all types of door mechanism have been constructed for computer simulation. To design the bus door mechanism, we developed a simulation program, which automates the kinematic and dynamic analysis according to the input parameters of each linkage and the driving system. Using this program, we investigated the design parameters that affect the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the bus door mechanism under various simulation conditions. In addition, simple examples are examined to validate the developed program.

In order to improve the function of a door seal, its section design technique is discussed in this study, Its roles are prevention of an inflow of dusts, noise interception, insulation, wateproof, and the vibroisolating action which reduces vibration between the body and the door of a car while running, and the buffer action which sustain the proper reacting force as the door is closed. In this study, the optimal cross section of a door seal is designed using nonlinear finite element analysis (commercial finete element analysis program EASi-SEAL) and tables of orthogonal arralys with respect to relations between door and door seal to secure the satisfactory airtight property with the minimum force to shut the door.

Electronic commerce markets have been increasing rapidly, which has resulted in parallel growth in the door-to-door delivery service industry. The door-to-door delivery service industry is projected to be more competitive, due to the large amount of companies that are already established and the fact that several leading multinational logistics companies are rushing into the domestic market. This is a critical period for the companies which are attempting to obtain a competitive advantage. Previous research on door-to-door delivery services has been undertaken, in relation to strategic exploration, political proposals, and user satisfaction. However, there is a lack of practical studies focused on the information systems of door-to-door service companies and its decisive roles have been undertaken. This study aims to investigate, compare, and analyze the information systems of door-to-door delivery service companies. Also, the study proposes developmental direction of how the information systems should be improved. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, first, we examined previous research on door-to-door delivery services and their information systems. Second, we investigated and analyzed the information systems of four leading domestic companies by conducting interviews. Third, we compared and identified factors of the information systems that could be improved. Finally, we proposed its developmental direction. As a result of the study, the information systems of door-to-door delivery service companies required to provide classified services using diverse tools and develop the optimized routing model to reduce logistics costs.

This study is conducted a survey of consumer problems and dissatisfactionand their complaining behavior with door to door and mail order sellings. Results of the study show that both door to door selling and mail order selling the level of consumer complaining behavior was below median point. Path analysis of the variables affected complaining behavior showed that total causal effect to the biggest consumer dissatisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to prevent the malicious user from breaking the door-lock due to physical impact. If it matches the analog displacement value set in the door-lock system, it protects the body and property by transmitting damage information in real time to the manager smart phone. The research suggests a system that transmits damage information in real time to registered users when door-lock is damaged by physical impact. Then compare the impact information sensed by the door lock with the data of the sensitivity control unit. In the web server of the proposed system, after impact information transmitted from Door-Lock is stored in the DB, if the impact information is larger than the shock detection transmission reference value stored in the DB, it is transmitted to the administrator in real time by SMS module so that illegal access information.

The purpose of study is to provide efficient initial approaches for counseling in social work practice settings. First, it attempts to identify the correlation between the Myers-Brigg's Type Indicator(MBTI), a personality index based on the theory of psychological typology, and Personality Adaptation Types(PAT) models. Second, it attempts to develop a counseling method which can be applied to the initial interview, using the paradigm of door to therapy such as "Open Door", "Target Door", and "Trap Door" based on the PAT theory. The result of the quantitative study showed the correlation between MBTI and PAT as follows: MBTI Extrovert and Feeling(E, F) type was statistically correlated to hysterical PAT. MBTI Extrovert, Intuition and Perceiving(E, N, P) type was statistically correlated to Obsessive-Compulsive PAT. In conclusion, this study finds that when a clinical social worker approaches a client with the client's MBTI personality type and an interventional personality adaptation theory approach such as "Open Door", "Target Door", or "Trap Door", the efficiency of communication is increased significantly.

The purpose of the study is to find out how the quality attributes of door-to-door delivery service affects on the on-line shopping mall customers' satisfaction. For the study service quality and customer satisfaction theories were reviewed and the relation between service attributes and satisfaction was proposed. With empirical study the research found that customers' satisfaction of on-line shopping mall would be influenced by door-to-door delivery service quality attributes even though the door-to-door delivery firm is not the direct partner of the contract.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of the consumer problems with the door to door selling and mail order selling. Data were collected from housewives in Seoul who's ages are in their thirties and fourties. results show that both in door to door selling and in mail order selling, price-related problem is the most serious and the state of employment is the most significant variable.

In this study, I discussed the overview of smart phone and the direction of the development, and analysed the case study of the smart phone application which is recently developed in domestic and international door-to-door service company. Through this analysis, I suggest the main topic of the vitalization of smart phone and the strategic direction of the practical use in logistic industry.
