Implementation of an Open Artificial Intelligence Platform Based on Web and Tensorflow

  • In this paper, we propose a web-based open artificial intelligence (AI) platform which provides high convenience in input data pre-processing, artificial neural network training, and the configuration of subsequent operations according to inference results. The proposed platform has the advantages of the GUI-based environment which can be easily utilized by a user without complex installation. It consists of a web server implemented with the JavaScript Node.js library and a client running the tensorflow.js library. Using the platform, many users can simultaneously create, modify and run their projects to apply AI functionality into various smart services through an open web interface. With our implementation, we show the operability of the proposed platform. By loading a web page from the server, the client can perform GUI-based operations and display the results performed by three modules: the Input Module, the Learning Module and the Output Module. We also implement two application systems using our platform, called smart cashier and smart door, which demonstrate the platform's practicality.

A trend of the bathroom planning of apartment - Focused on the apartments in Kangnam Gu - (서울 지역 아파트 욕실평면의 변천 - 강남 지역을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for a desirable bathroom planning of apartments. This study explores the changes of the bathroom planning and analyzes the bathroom plans of the existing apartments. The collected data are 197 cases of the bathroom plans of the apartments (area:10-69 pyung) constructed in Kangnam Gu. Seoul between 1973-1993. where 47.624 households live. This study consists of an overview on the changes of the bathroom planning by the decade and findings on the bathrooms and dressing rooms of the present apartments. The numbers, location, size and proportion of the bathroom and dressing room and the direction of the bathroom door are examined in turn. For the better planning of the bathroom. factors like family size, life cycle, and manner of bathroom use should be analyzed in the future studies. The analysis of the bathroom plans of the apartments in the entire city of Seoul maybe a prerequisite to them.

  • In this study, using the double bubble sheet to anti-freezing method in winter the soil embanking Mock up as a part of the development process was carried out. As results, two layers of the double bubble sheet effect 12.6℃~13.8℃ temperature difference of out door temperature that proved superior insulation and thermal performance of the double bubble sheet.

  • The material properties of laser welding zone such as strength coefficient, work-hardening exponent, and plastic anisotropic ratio are analytically obtained from those of base metals based on the tensile tests. . The finite element formulation is developed for predicting strain distributions and weld line movements in the forming processes of laser welded blank. The welding zone(WZ) is modelled with the several, narrow finite elements whose material characteristics are based on the experimental results and the analytical equations. In order to show an application of the developed weld element the stamping process of auto-body door inner panel is simulated. FEM predictions are compared and showed good agreements with experimental observations.

  • When a testing body is being inserted to the ground by Front Jacking Method, the influence of friction forces around the body plays important role in the characteristics of whole ground behavior. In the study, the Front Jacking Method that most frequently used in Korea who applied with experimental way. And the characteristics of ground behavior that caused by the friction that acts to the upper slab was analysed for the basic data that can be utilized for real scale experiment.

  • Existing ATC/ATO/TWC system has a ATC(Automatic Train Control) antenna for receiving the speed code, a ATO(Automatic Train Operation) antenna for obtaining the exact distance to go to platform and TWC(Train and Wayside Communication) antenna for communication between on-board and wayside system. This paper proposes the ATO/TWC antenna with tele-powering module, telegram transmitter/receiver module. This antenna communicates with a passive type tag(wayside Precision Stop Marker) for the information of distance from the stop position and a active type tag for the door command and status in the platform.

  • A PSD system has a lot of characteristic for safety. Trust of performance test is very important. But PSD performance test has an effect on trust by proficiency of test staff because it is difficult to automate. In that specially the effort test, manual opening and shutting test and abrasion measurement, test staff is demanded for proficiency. Therefore the paper repeated measurement in same condition and studied proficient factor of examiner according to increased measurement counter. As a result, measurement uncertainty has improved.

  • The wide gangway train have different indoor without the gate door to the most trains. in gangway train of structure without the section, heavy casualties are possible to occur by quite smoke movement in fire. in this study, fire behavior and smoke movement were analyzed as the locations and kinds of fire source by using FDS simulation tool. the model train size of $9m{\times}2.4m{\times}2.4m$ was serially constructed of six cars.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate actual environment and operation of outdoor play at day care centers in Jeju area and differences in recognition of outdoor play among teachers and provide basic data to develop an outdoor play program for infants. For this purpose, data were collected from 207 teachers form about 100 day care centers in Jeju area. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: first, there were statistically significant differences in the actual environment of outdoor play mostly by the types of establishment and national, public, or corporate centers had better environment than private ones did. Second, the majority of day care centers in Jeju area were including and operating outdoor play in a daily schedule. Third, there were no significant differences in recognition of outdoor play among teachers.

  • This environmental influence of the noise produced by a number of air-conditioner out-door units in a multi-unit housing is predicted and evaluated. The method based on Ray tracing theory and mirror image source theory is utilized. Each ventilation window in a machine room is considered as a sound source which contributes to the overall noise level of the surrounding environment. The adopted method has been found a very efficient tool to assess the environmental noise impact.
