The cruise industry is one of the world's fastest growing device industry which is structural construction coasts are expensive. Cruise out-fittings are thirty times compare with general large vessels. According to the characteristics of materials or equipments, most equipments are imported from europe. At present domestic shipbuilding industries and minor enterprises have a hard times therefore enhancing technology for the cruise industry could be infused vitality on the industries. If domestic small and midium industries have high technology for the cruise ship, domestic small and midium industries can have global competitiveness compare with european equipment suppliers which has small-scale and high technology. Therefore on this study, cruise ship's new equipment development and a study for the performance assessment and classification type approval certificate was carried out.

모듈러 건축은 시공 기간의 단축, 건축비용 절감 등의 여러 가지 장점에도 불구하고 국내 건설시장에서 좀처럼 탄력을 받지 못하고 있다. 이러한 원인에는 모듈러 내화 기술 적용의 한계도 있으나 무엇보다 내화구조 제도에 대한 접근성이 쉽지 않은 것이 주요 요인으로 간주되고 있다. 따라서 모듈러 건축 활성화를 위해 주요 저해요인인 내화구조 제도 현황과 문제점에 대해 고찰하였으며, 내화구조 제도적 개선 및 연구개발 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

국내 건설신기술제도는 건설업계의 자발적인 기술개발을 유도하여 국내 건설기술 수준 향상 및 경쟁력 강화에 기여하였다. 특히 건설신기술의 현장적용으로 공사비 절감 및 공기단축의 성과를 달성하였다. 그러나 건설신기술제도가 도입된 지 33년이 지났지만, 건설신기술의 매년 지정건수와 건설현장 활용실적은 정체 수준이다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설신기술의 현장활용 저해요인을 다각적으로 분석하고, 현장활용 활성화 방안을 제안하였다. 주요 결과는 건설신기술 활용실적 모니터링 제도 도입, 특정공법심의 기술위주의 평가, 건설신기술 사후평가시스템 개선, 건설신기술의 기술마켓시스템 등록체계 구축, 건설신기술의 활용실적 관리방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 제도개선은 건설신기술의 현장활용을 촉진할 것으로 기대된다.

Light-rail transit system has many characteristics of better accessibility. frequency service, low construction cost, reduced air pollution and medium-capacity public transport etc. Light rail transit system as a urban transportation system has been growing worldwide since the late 20th century. More than 300 cities around the world have light railway systems. Many medium-size cities in domestic site is planning the construction of light railway. This paper describes the development strategies for the light rail transit industry.

Standard safety management costs can not be applied to each site with same rate, it is very difficult, because it depends on the experience, work method, work kind, work progress schedule, and hazard level of each construction company. Therefore, this study is to find out hazard level of each work kinds through questionnaire and interview and investigate analyze the status which standard safety management costs have been used. Also, this study is to show reasonable rates of standard safety management costs in construction industry and to set up countermeasures against those problem after reviewing its status in korea with in Japan and Europe. The domestic system of standard safety management costs is not considered in the foreign country, while only related subjective items have been investigated and evaluated for this study. This study is to investigate eleven project kinds of domestic system, first, and to investigate eleven items of apartment bldg, office, civil work such as bridge, tunnel, dam, plant etc, secondly. Additionally, three items of gymnasium, railway, particular steel tower are investigated in this study. Also this study is to investigate and analyze performed costs of presently processing worker finished work so that it shows a new reasonable rate against standard safety management costs in construction industry, in order to make basial data and material to be systemized.

The green roof industry have been developed with Europe, North America, Japan. At the same time, being recognized the important of green roofs in domestic industry and we just start to develop the relative technology as analyzing the future direction of advanced technology. Recently, local self-government including Seoul support the system for green roof which provide 50% of working expenses form of Matching Fund by Seed Money. As years go by, the number of build up the green roof has gradually increased to be proved. At this result caused by management of system in government, unstructured construction system, low development of support technology. In this study as analyzing the present of technical development, supporting by law and system for the advanced waterproofing and root penetration resistance technology, we suggest the development direction of it to be compared with application advanced technology and we could strengthen the international competitiveness to be industrialized the green roof considering system, technology, human infrastructure.

The power plant companies reached the culmination for growth in the domestic market. Besides, we have faced many challenges such as an electricity opening market trend for overseas, banning the use of coal due to the United nations framework convention on climate change, and the meticulous attention regarding the government's electricity charge plan. On the other hand, the overseas business has been a critical issue since China and many other developing countries expanded their projects abroad. Another factor is that power plant industry is being privatized, and it made the market regulation a bit loose. Thus, the market environment became favorable toward those companies which planned many overseas businesses. In this research, the power plant company's current condition for construction and operation as well as its technical competitiveness were analyzed, and an alternative plan using SWOT analysis for entering an oversea market was made. It dealt with both internal and external factors. Also, examined was the current situation under the power plant industry dealing with restructure for electric industry, lack of fossil fuel, and the United nations framework convention on climate change. From the research, it was suggested that many successful strategies to enter the overseas business by using the market trend I researched.

After the introduction of CM(construction management) for improving productability in construction industry, the CM market was shown to actively grow shape until 2007 but suddenly appears passive movement of the market after in 2008. However, on one hand, the CM corporations has increased, because the construction supervision market come to the CM market area by reduction their work place. Because of this, it was discussed that will intensify competition between companies in the CM market. Therefore, this paper want to analyze to status of the CM market structure for studying about the CM industry status and change during last 3 years. As a result, by decreasing the Market concentration, the CM market competition rate did not too high with business despite that CM market downsize and has been increased the number of companies.

A lot of construction companies in overseas markets of construction try to change 2D CAD to 3D CAD for improving business ability and change to Building Information Modeling(BIM) for integrating information produced from construction life cycle. In America, GSA(General Service Administration) requires a design drawing planed by BIM and in Singapore and Europe, the government encourages architectures to use this tool. Recently in the domestic market, many organizations related construction industry are aware of importance of 3D CAD integrated information, and try to use BIM. Therefore, this research would analyze how does BIM affect construction industry and derive influence factors and provide basic data for using BIM.

The technical expert standing system of our construction industry is operated by the Ministry of Labor subjective national technical qualification law, as the professional engineer, architect and architect-engineer and so on. The construction management(CM) which is introduced on middle 1990 activates a building industry the condition of the essential indispensability for is becoming, is not officially recognized with is judged as the nostril people for qualification of the civil CM educational institutions ha the certification which is a each educational program and a separate way and it is the actual condition which is become accomplished, In this research, it observes the capital increase reserve problem point which is a domestic CM and the certification integration which is a report and system anger it leads and with national certified qualification it develops to present the improvement program for, it does to sleep.
