고객이 요구하는 지휘통제 통신무기체계 기술 수준 요구와 무기체계 개발을 통한 국내 기술 수준 향상 및 핵심기술 확보가 필요하다. 이러한 무기체계 획득 방향을 고려한 의사결정으로 국내 지휘통제 통신무기체계 방산업체 특허 자료를 기반으로 기술분석/평가를 수행/활용 할 수 있다. 지휘통제 통신무기체계 관련 방산업체의 특허 자료 수집 방법은 방위사업법 제35조(방산업체의 지정등)에 따라 지정된 11개 주요방산업체와 9개 일반방산업체의 특허자료를 특허청 특허정보검색서비스를 통해 수집할 수 있다. 수집된 전체 특허/국제특허분류 수는 1,526건/134개이며, 통신전자 방산업체 특허자료 일반정보 분석 결과 평균 11.39개 이상 출원한 국제특허분류는 27개, 주성분 분석 결과 분산 평균 크기 10.01 이상 넘어가는 국제특허분류 19개, 네트워크 분석 결과 각 평균(연결중심성 : 58.42 / 근접중심성 : 93.44 / 매개중심성 : 2.02) 이상 넘어가는 국제특허분류 13개임을 확인했다. 본 분석 결과를 기반으로 공통으로 나타난 국제특허분류 8개(F41A, F41G, G06F, G01S, H04B, H04L, H04M, H04W)를 통해 국내 통신전자 분야 20개 방산업체 대표 기술 분야임을 확인했다.

본 논문에서는 드론의 공격을 무력화시키는 기술인 안티드론에 대한 기술 및 특허 분석을 실시하였다. 안티드론의 기술 정의, 안티드론 시스템의 기술 요소 등 안티드론의 기술에 대한 조사를 진행하였다. 또한 2011년부터 10년간 국내외에서 출원된 드론 및 안티드론의 출원 특허에 대해 조사하였다. 최근 10년간 국내 특허 출원 건수 및 안티드론에 관한 국내 특허 출원 건수를 조사하였고, 국외 출원의 경우, 미국, 유럽, 일본, 중국, PCT에 최근 10년간 출원된 안티드론에 관한 출원실적을 조사하였다. 국내 안티드론에 관한 특허 내용에 대해 "안티드론"으로 검색된 무력화 기술 특허, 드론의 탐지 및 식별 기술에 관한 특허, 드론의 무력화 기술에 관한 특허 등을 조사하였다. 본 연구를 통해 드론 탐지 기술로 출원된 총 91건의 특허 중 공공기관의 출원은 5건으로 5.5%를 차지하였고, 드론 식별 기술로 출원된 총 174건의 특허 중 공공기관의 출원은 4건으로 2.3%를 차지하였다.

The purpose of this study is to guide the research direction for securing the competitiveness of the textile industry by analyzing the trends of patent technology development for flexible materials and platform technologies of domestic and overseas textiles used for wearable devices. The study is based on patents from Korea (KIPO), USA (USPTO), Japan (JPO), Europe (EPO), PCT (WO), and China (SIPO), which were registered as of December 31, 2017. The analysis utilized 3,643 patents acquired from the WINTELIPS search DB. The technology classification system for patent analysis was divided into evangelist-based textile technology developments: human body (AA), fiber attachment patch development (AB), and service platform development (AC). The analysis findings are as follows: 1. The development of flexible materials and platform technologies for textile-based wearable devices has increased since 2000. In particular, China (SIPO) had the most patents. 2. In China, Japan, and Korea, most patent applicants are applied for by natives, but the US has a high proportion of foreigners applying for patents. 3. As for the amount of development of the evangelist-based textile technology (AA) was the most common with 1,203 (33%) cases. As a result of the above IP historical analysis, it can be seen that as a result of the global competition, domestic companies need to acquire IRP and standard technology, and promote commercialization by applying their products to smart wearables devices and other products.

본 연구에서는 인용 정보를 활용하여, 특허 인용색인의 기법을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 새로운 특허지수를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 문헌정보 및 특허정보 관련 인용색인데이터베이스에서 제공하는 인용색인지수를 비교 분석하였다. 특히 JCR의 영향력 지수와 CHI의 기술영향력 지수가 갖고 있는 정보적 가치와 의미를 재해석하였다. 전자는 상대적 인용빈도를 사용하여, 연속간행물과 같은 매체의 가치를 중시하고 있다. 후자의 경우는 특허고유의 가치를 평가하기 때문에, 자체정보만을 중시하고 있다. 이러한 차이점을 극복하기 위해 후자의 경우 해당 특허를 보유하고 있는 기관의 기술영향력 지수를 이용하여 상대적 가치를 재부여하였다. 이를 보완하기 위해 인용정보에 기반하여 다음 특정 특허의 피인용지수를 비롯하여 상대적 반감기 평가지수, 특허기술활용 통합지수 등 세가지의 새로운 지수를 제안하였다. 단 비교분석대상은 출원특허사항에 인용정보를 제시하고 있는 미국 특허정보로 제한하여 국내 특허정보에 대한 비교 분석은 수행하지 못하였다.

This study analyzes patent trends regarding farming-related technologies such as breeding or nursery technology, production systems, and new cultivation methods in order to provide objective patent information about the trends of R&D on marine products' proliferation or farming. Presently, in Korea, we try to secure marine living resources through the formation of artificial resources instead of environmental improvement policy or resource management policy. However, this is not about eliminating the causes of marine environment destruction but just the policy for improvement, so it is needed to revise the related policy with more ultimate measures. And it is necessary to develop technology that can secure the rights by integrating patent application strategies from the stage of R&D for medicine that can be utilized in chief farming countries and provide intensive support for the research centering around strategic varieties for farming in each region as well as strategic national farming varieties afterwards. Also, the analysis shows that it is urgent to make applications overseas based on domestic applications in order to develop technology that can be commercialized in not just Korean but overseas market as well.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze Korean domestic patents on aconiti ciliare radix and to identify the trend of aconitum tuber technology. Methods: To analyze the patent, a combinations of words such as "aconitum" or "korean aconite root" were used in search engine Kipris(www.kirpis.or.kr). The patents of aconiti ciliare radix were analyzed in three ways: year trend analysis, internatonal patent classification (IPC) code analysis related to content classification, and patent registration status analysis. Results: Among the patents found in the search results, 17 patents with significant contents were analyzed. Results showed that, first, patents were steadily registered until 2018, but recently there has been no new patent registration. Second, there were many patents related to efficacy verification and decoction method, and the number of IPC codes related to them was also high. Third, there are five patents maintaining the registration status, and they are patents related to the aconiti ciliare radix extraction method, toxicity removal, and combination method. Conclusions: In this study, the domestic patents of aconiti ciliare radix were analyzed. The analysis results of this study are expected to be exploited as basic data for the development of Korean medicine analgesics with fewer side effects by suppressing tuber toxicity and the creation of new medical technologies.

본 연구에서는 중소기업의 연구개발 집중도 및 특허가 주가수익률에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 코스닥 상장기업 중 제조업을 대상으로 최근 10년('00~'09)간의 표본을 이용하여 상관관계 분석 및 희귀분석한 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 연구개발 집중도와 주가수익률과는 음(-)의 관계가 존재함을 확인하였으나 국내특허출원건수 및 국내특허등록건수와는 유의한 관계를 발견하지 못했다. 둘째, 연구개발 집중도가 주기수익률에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석결과, 연구개발 집중도는 주가수익률에 1% 수준에서 음(-)의 관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 국내특허출원건수 및 국내특허등록건수가 주가수익률에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석결과, 국내특허출원건수 및 국내특허등록건수는 주가수익률과의 관계에서 유의한 관계를 발견하지 못했다. 넷째, 고기술 산업은 연구개발 집중도가 주가수익률에 1% 수준에서 음(-)의 관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며, 국내특허출원건수와는 1% 수준에서 정(+)의 관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 중고기술 산업 및 중저기술 산업에서는 연구개발 집중도가 주가수익률에 1% 수준에서 음(-)의 관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으나, 국내특허출원건수 및 국내특허등록건수와의 관계에서는 유의한 관계를 발견하지 못했다. 이러한 연구결과는 연구개발투자 및 특허가 기업성과로 이어지기 위해서는 기업별로 기술수준을 고려한 기술혁신 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.

국가 기술표준정책 결정시 국가 정책 활동/시장경제 활동 수단으로 활용하기 위해 현재 자국 기술 수준/집중도/활용도에 대한 분석을 통한 의사결정을 수행해야 한다. 이러한 의사결정의 수단으로 국내 이동통신 사업자 특허 자료 기반 주요 공통 기술 분야 분석을 통해 합리적인 의사결정을 수행할 수 있다. 특허청 특허정보검색서비스를 통해 수집된 국내 이동통신 사업자 전체 특허/국제특허분류 수는 20,294건/152개이며, 이동통신 사업자 특허자료 일반 정보 분석 결과 상대적으로 높은 기술보유 활동을 수행하는 사업자는 KT(9,738건/47.98%)이다. 이어서 사회망 분석결과 연결중심성(0.552)/근접중심성(1.000)/매개중심성(0.290)이 큰 국제특허분류 30개 추출, 주성분 분석 결과 분산 평균 크기 3.2222 이상 넘어가는 국제특허분류 4개(H04W, H04B, G06Q, H04L) 추출을 통해 국내 이동통신 사업자 공통 기술 분야임을 확인했다. 마지막으로, 추출된 국내 이동통신 사업자 공통 기술 분야 4개에 대한 자기회귀 결합 이동평균 모형 분석 결과 H04W, H04B, G06Q, H04L 모두 12개월의 계절성 특성을 가지며, 기존 시계열 자료 평균 대비 예측 평균이 낮아짐을 확인했다.

A technological trend of treating or preventing the cardiovascular diseases has reviewed on 381 domestic and foreign patents from the year 1980 to June, 2007. Primarily focused upon countries such as Korea, Japan and the United States; the leading nations concerning cardiovascular disease, this paper delved into a systematic research of the cardiovascular disease utilizing research focused database and research analysts. Korea was showing increased development in the diet and cardiovascular related areas as shown by increase in related patent caseloads and submission since the 2000. Especially within the area of food production, there had been an increase of market share by up to 50% and the frequency of patent submission had also increased. Japan was showing similar trend as Korea with its increase in research, but the only difference was that Japan was focused more upon medical supplies. With the United States, there was no real consistency with the number of patents, therefore harder to make an accurate assessment.

In this study, 3,301 domestic and foreign patents, established from 1980 to June, 2007, were reviewed in order to examine the technological trends in treating or preventing liver disease. Primary focus was placed on countries such as Korea, Japan, and the United States - the leading nations with regard to liver function research. This paper explores the systematic search that utilized a research-focused database and research analysts. Since the year 2000, Korea has demonstrated increased developments in the area of diet and liver disease, as shown by an increase in relevant patent caseloads and submissions especially for medicinal preparations containing compounds or reaction products with undetermined constitutions. In addition, there was up to a 29% increase in themarket share and the frequency of patent submissionshad increased. Japan has shown a similar trend to Korea with an increase in research, but has focused more on medical preparations containing active organic ingredients. In the United States, an increase in the number of patents was shown after the year 2000.
