Recently, as its growth and popularization, the Web is changed into the place where people express, share and debate their opinions rather than the space of information seeking. Accordingly, the needs for searching opinions expressed in the Web are also increasing. However, it is difficult to meet these needs by using a classical information retrieval system that only concerns the relevance between the user's query and documents. Instead, a more advanced system that captures subjective information through documents is required. The proposed system effectively retrieves opinionated documents by utilizing an existing information retrieval system. This paper proposes a kind of hybrid method which can utilize both a dictionary-based opinion analysis technique and a machine learning based opinion analysis technique. Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective in improving the performance.

Recently with advent of Web 2.0, RESTful Web Services are becoming increasing trend to emphasize Web as platform. There are already many services and the number of service increases in very fast pace. So it is difficult to find the service what we want by keyword based search. To solve this problem, we developed the search method using sem antic technologies about RESTful Web Services. For that, first we define the system structure and model the description format based on the integrated search system for OpenAPIs, and then we add Semantic Markup (tagging, semantic annotation) on the HTML description pages. Next we extract RDF document from them and store it in service repository. Based on the keywords that are extended by means of ontology, the developed system provides more purified and extended results than similarity-based keyword searching system.

Objectives : Electroacupuncture is a procedure in which pulses of weak electrical current are sent through acupuncture needles into acupuncture points in the skin. Since the 1970s, electroacupuncture has been widely used for treating various diseases including pain, inflammatory diseases and neurodegenerative diseases and electroacupuncture research has also been actively conducted in Korea. This study was designed to assess the tendencies and research performances in Korea. Methods : Articles referring to electroacupuncture in Korea were searched in Korean Studies Information Service System, Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System, DBpia, Pubmed and Scopus, and assessed by distribution of document types, published articles, source institutes, journals, and subject categories. Results : Total 677 articles were included in this study. Among them, basic researches were 395, clinical researches were 210, reviews were 68 and others were 4. Kyung Hee university published the most articles, followed by Wonkwang univresity, Daejeon university and Pusan national university in Korean institutes. Journal of Acupuncture Research published the most articles, followed by Korean Journal of Acupuncture, Journal of Korean medicine rehabilitation and Journal of physiology & pathology in Korean medicine among journals. Animals were used in the most articles, followed by human, literatures and protocol in subject categories. The number of articles per year was related to the increase of research fund and the number per institution was related to the number of professors and researchers. Conclusions : In order to carry out better electroacupuncture researches, it is necessary to cultivate electroacupuncture researchers and increase in research funds.

In recent years, embedded systems have been expanding their application domains from traditional embedded systems such as military weapons, robots, satellites and digital convergence systems such as celluar phones, PMP(Portable Multimedia Player), PDAs(Personal Digital Assistants) to Next Generation Personal Computers(NGPCs) such as eating PCs, wearable computers. The NGPCs are network-based, human-centric digital information devices diverged from the traditional PCs used mainly for document writing, internet searching and database management. Wearable computers with battery capacity and memory size limitations have to use real-time operating systems with small footprints and low power management techniques to provide user's QoS in spite of hardware constraints. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a low-power RTOS (called eRTOS) for wearable computers. The implemented eRTOS has 18KB footprints and the dynamic power management and the device power management schemes are adapted in it. Experimental results with wearable computer applications show that the low power techniques could save energy up to 47 %.

Modern day people can easily use an e-mail client for general communication, because of using Internet and cellular phone. The mail client for the purpose of private and business affair, advertisement, news searching, and business letter is widely used and has side effects. People could send an important document via an electronic mail client. It is important to support an e-mail client intelligent. We think that many kinds of techniques of natural language processing must be provided in the client with human's emotion. We consider to design a new mail client with six kinds of senders' emotional information; delight, angry, sad feeling and message to express, manner of talking, a discomfort index etc. Before sending an e-mail, we suggest a user to correct a bad word because we do not want to feel bad to a receiver. We present a proper process of sending/receiving for users with a new designed e-mail clients.

Delay in the process of Information Extraction, IE, is largely due to inability to correctly recognize the user's information requirement of particular search factors. Especially if the wrapper rules are used in a search engine, the search generally fails to classify internet documents properly and efficiently since the application of the same wrapper rules lacks extensibility throughout various types of existing internet document. In case of buying or selling a ship, if the price range, type. place of delivery, inspection site and other information relevant to the sales would be available through the internet for proper retrieval the sales could more readily succeed by using Ontology relating to sales or purchase information and by selectively searching for the desired information through the content based retrieval system. This system proposes to improve various wrapper systems existing throughout different internet sites and to eliminate unnecessary information tagged on the existing internet documents in order to create a more advanced information retrieval system.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the on-the-spot survey method of road occupation information. The on-the-spot survey method is proposed through the analysis of information searching function, document and process. The decision of road occupation permission and the grasp of illegal occupation status are closely connected with national rights and interests. To keep the road occupation permission and illegal occupation status, the easy acquisition of road occupation information is very important. But the person in charge of road occupation have a difficulty in obtaining occupation information because that information is still managed by paper drawing. Accordingly. this study develop the on-the-spot survey tool of road occupation using the occupation information that is managed by Construction Authorization & Permission System and the mobile techniques like UMPC. As the result of this study. the efficiency on the authorization. permission. and public grievance of construction project has improved

This study deals with the contents of gender role, using the method of content analysis inquiring total of 40 volumes of the $3rd{\sim}6th$ $\ulcorner$Educational Active Program Guidance Book in Preschools$\lrcorner$ (EAPGP). A lower analysis conviction of gender role was sex division of labor and occupation assortment of the man and woman who gave it and was going to analyze expression for it. The purpose of this study was to make a searching the contents of a gender role in the $3rd{\sim}6th$ EAPGP in Preschools, to offer basics document to the 7th EAPGP. The issues of this study were follows: First, how gender division of labor of man and woman was expressed in EAPGP; Second, how much an occupation of man and woman was expressed in EAPGP; Third, How contents of gender role have been changed in EAPGP. The major findings in this study could be summarized as follows: First, males are described as formal workers and females are mostly seen as housekeepers; second, jobs of males are diversified than those of females; third, gender role discrimination which gives the clues to segregate two sexes tends to be greatly reduced in the 6th EAPGP than in the 3rd, the 4th, and the 5th EAPGP.

vCard that is the electronic business card automates the exchange of personal information typically found on a traditional business card. vCard information contains not only simple text, but also graphics and multimedia data like pictures, company logos, Web addresses, and so on. This paper describes the design and implementation of Web-based vCard agent system for exchanging vCard, an electronic business card and searching another user's vCard in mobile phone environment. In today's business environment, such as that this information is typically exchanged on business cards. Our web agent system in this paper connect web server which provide vCard service and search, edit vCard information displayed by web browser of mobile phone and exchange vCard with another user through internet. Considering characteristics of wireless devices that have limited storage space, It also saves constructed XML documents that include user's informations in a web server and solves the security problem by exchanging not personal data or XML but encrypted directory name where XML document exits as exchanging vcard.

IStorage is a technology, which can use resources of server PC by using Android Phone supporting wireless internet access. IStorage utilizes resources of server PC through WebDAV protocol. And with GUI interface, Users upload their resources to the server PC and They can perform various kinds of works like Opening, Searching, Deleting and Downloading files. Since it is possible for them to use resources of server PC as if they are originally stored in their mobile devices, there is no limit on using the functions such as watching movies, listening musics and opening document files in real time. We expect this study can to overcome the limitation of storage space and also be a useful technology in the smart phone market.
