The current electrical safety plan developed for the national electricity system has been playing an important role in handling a variety of electrical accidents. However, it can be more effective to prevent or reduce those accidents if a preventive electrical safety plan is available. In this paper, an approach to developing the safety plan is described. We first discuss the contents that should be included in the plan. Noting that an effective plan requires the system level consideration of all the factors affecting the safety issues, an operation concept document (OCD) is considered. The OCD can allow us to understand the behavior of the safety system based on the operation environment, the system functions, the performance requirements, all at the system level of the safety system. Thus, the OCD can be useful in developing the safety plan. A detailed description then follows on how the OCD is developed for the electrical safety system under study. Finally, we discuss how the developed OCD can be used in deriving the preventive electrical safety plan.

Information systems for application areas like office automation, customer service or computer aided manufacturing are usually highly interactive and deal with complex document structures composed of multiple media formats. For the realization of these systems, nonstandard database systems, which we call document databases, need to handle different types of coarse-and fine-grained document objects(like full-text documents, graphics and images), hierarchical and non-hierarchical relationships between objects(like composition-links and cross-references using hypertext structures) and document attributes of different types such as formatting/presentation information and access control. In this paper, we present the underlying data model for document databases based on descriptive markup languages that provide mechanisms for specifying the logical structure(or schema) of individual documents stored in the database. We then describe extensions to the data model for supporting notion of composite structures("join" operators for documents) --composition and hyperlinking mechanisms for representing compound documents and inter-linked documents as unique entites separate from their components. Furthermore, due to the interactive nature of the application domains, the database system in conjunction with clients(or browsers) has to support visual navigation and graphical query mechanisms. We describe the functionality of a new user interface paradigm called HyBrow for meeting the above mentioned requirements. The underlying implementation strategy is also discussed.discussed.

정보검색 분야의 발전은 많은 양의 정보를 빠르게 찾아주는 것에서 사람이 원하는 정보를 정확하게 찾아주는 연구 분야로 넓혀가고 있다. 핵심 기술로는 개인화 및 시맨틱 웹 기술을 활용하고 있다. 웹 문서에 대한 자동색인 기술과 처리능력은 연구단계를 넘어 실용 서비스로 나타나고 있다. 하지만 웹 문서 이외의 첨부된 문서 형태에 대한 문서정보검색에 관한 연구는 미진한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 텍스트, 워드, 한글과 같은 형식으로 작성된 비정형 문서의 본문 내용을 분석하여 OWL 온톨로지로 구축하는 방법에 대해 설명한다. 문서 온톨로지의 TBox를 구축하고, 문서로부터 얻을 수 있는 자원을 선정하여, 구축된 문서 온톨로지의 인스턴스로 활용할 수 있도록 시스템으로 구현한다. 이와 같은 비정형 문서의 온톨로지 자동 구축으로 해당 문서의 시맨틱 기술을 이용한 정보검색 및 문서관리 시스템에서 효과적으로 활용 가능하다.

The production management system software which can be applied In the medium and small companies is developed. Since the medium and small companies hesitate to install the computer system for production management owing to the lack of funds and the complexities of operation, the system is made to be used in PC and only requires minimum input data. This system is composed of interrelated modules for receive/order release, inventory management MRP, new product registration, document management and production scheduling. In this paper the architecture of the system, functions of each module, and information processing procedures of each funtion are discussed.

인터넷상에서 데이터를 표현하고 데이터를 서로 교환하기 위한 문서 표준으로 XML이 제시되고 있다. XML은 또한 웹상에 산재되어 있는 문서에 대한 쉬운 검색 및 재사용을 지원하는 문서 표준으로도 부각되고 있다. XML 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 구현할 때 Semi-structured 데이터를 얼마나 효율적이고 효과적으로 검색 및 관리할 수 있는 가하는 점과 XML의 특징인 재사용성을 얼마나 지원해 줄 수 있는가를 고려해서 XML 데이터를 모델링 해야한다. 또한 모델링한 데이터를 어떻게 실질적으로 저장해야 할 것인 가도 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서의 데이터를 데이터 시스템에 저장하고 검색하기 위한 새로운 데이터 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 데이터 모델은 XML 문서의 데이터 뷰와 구조 뷰를 모두 표현하며 XML 문서를 위한 새로운 데이터 시스템이나 기존의 관계형 시스템 모두를 고려한다.

최근 IT 분야에서 빅데이터 관리에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있으며, 빅데이터의 실시간 처리 문제를 해결하기 위해 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 네트워크상에서 주고받는 데이터를 실시간으로 저장하는 기능으로 인해 리소스가 많이 필요한 반면, 높은 비용적 측면 때문에 분석 시스템 도입에 문제가 야기 되고 있으며 이러한 문제점 해결을 위해 저비용 고효율성을 만족하는 시스템 재설계의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 빅 데이터 관리를 위한 문서형 DB기반 로그관리 시스템을 설계하기 위해서 문서형 데이터베이스인 MongoDB를 사용하였으며, 제안하는 로그관리 시스템을 통해 고효율의 로그 수집 및 처리와 위,변조에 안전한 로그 데이터 저장을 확인한다.

2003년 개정된, 공공기관의기록물관리에관한법률 동 시행령에서는 전자문서의 생산의무와 보존의무를 지정하였으나 장기보존과 관련된 법조항이나 관련 표준은 그 내용이 아주 미미하여 보강이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 전자문서의 장기보존을 위한 표준요소를 제공하여 전자문서의 보존기반을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 관리 전략수립을 위하여 생산시점의 장기보존요소 추출을 기본으로 하였으며 현용${\cdot}$준현용 단계 전자문서의 장기보존은 ISO 15489의 관리요소를 아카이브단계는 ISO 14721: OAIS(Open Archival Information System)참조모델을 분석하여 장기보존기능이 반영된 법률과 보다 개선된 시스템 환경을 제안하였다.

In the policy management system of the safety&health(same as the environment and the quality), the documentation of the management system is required in various international standards & guides. In case of 3 level classification of the system documents, it generally will be identified such name as the manual, the procedure(or the process) and the job instruction. Each level of the document has the unique role and usage though, the job instructions, especially, would be developed to support the practical job worker. Considering such document level, the job instructions should be reflect the latest know-how of the job-handling methods. And that, it should be used at any times by the related job worker. This paper is prepared for surveying the actual usage status of the job instructions of the domestic enterprises holding ISO certificate and trying to suggest the better way of application of the system documents.

SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language) is the ISO standard fer describing the logical structure of documents and is also adopted as the CALS standard for document description. Since then, there have been growing interests in SGML application in a variety of fields. However because SGML doesn't provide a standard method for describing various processing informations, ie, formatting and transformation, most applications have applied methods that are system dependent. Recently, ISO defined DSSSL(Document Style Semantics and Specification Language) as a standard mechanism to specify the formatting, transformation and retrieval of structured documents. Therefore, in this paper, we present a DSSSL processing system far style control of structured documents such as SGML documents. The system processes DSSSL style sheet that describes layout of documents and browses the result of its application to a SGML document. We have conducted tests on a lot of SGML documents and DSSSL style sheets successfully. Now, we are developing the SGML document management system that supports creation, editing, storage and retrieval of SGML document based upon the DSSSL processor and the SGML parser which we have developed.

인터넷의 사용 증가로 정보의 양은 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있으며 웹 데이터의 표준인 XML의 데이터 표현의 유연성으로 인해 EDMS(Electronic Document Management System), ebXML(e-business extensible Markup Language) 등 웹 기반의 전자문서론 이용하는 시스템들은 XML를 문서 교환 방식 및 표준 문서 형식으로 도입하고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 점차 확산되어 가고 있는 XML 문서에 대한 효율적인 문서의 관리와 검색을 위한 연구가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 다중 문서간의 구조적 유사성을 분류하기 위하여 엘리먼트의 순서적 의미를 갖는 XML 문서를 대상으로 순차패턴을 이용하여 문서의 특성을 반영하는 대표구조를 추출하고 추출된 구조를 기반으로 유사 구조 문서를 클러스터링하는 방법을 제시한다. 이 논문의 제안 알고리즘은 클러스터의 응집도와 클러스터간의 유사도를 함께 고려하는 비용계산 방식을 이용하므로써 클러스터링의 정확도를 높일 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
