Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)모델 개발을 위한 부추 및 생산환경에서의 위해요소 조사 (Investigation of Microbiological Hazard from Korean Leeks and Cultivation Area to Establish the GAP Model)

  • 부추의 위해요소관리를 위한 GAP 모델 개발에 필요한 기초 자료로 활용하기 위해 부추 생산과정을 재배전 단계, 재배단계 및 수확 포장단계로 나누어 재배환경 (토양, 용수), 부추, 개인위생 시료에 대해 위생지표세균, 병원성 미생물, 곰팡이의 오염도를 조사하였다. 위생지표 세균 중 일반세균은 토양 6.4~6.7 log CFU/g, 부추 4.6~5.1 log CFU/g, 개인위생 중 손과 장갑에서 각각 최대 3.3 및 5.4 log CFU/hand or $cm^2$으로 검출되었고, 그 외의 시료에서는 2.7 log CFU/g (or mL, hand, $100cm^2$) 이하로 검출되었다. 대장균군은 토양 3.9~4.2 log CFU/g, 부추 4.8~5.0 log CFU/g으로 부추에서 더 높은 수준으로 검출되었고, 대장균은 모든 시료에서 불검출 되었다. 병원성 미생물의 경우 B. cereus만 용수를 제외한 시료에서 0.5~4.6 log CFU/g (or hand, $100cm^2$) 수준으로 검출되었다. 곰팡이의 경우도 용수와 일부 작업도구를 제외한 시료에서 2.1~3.8 log CFU/g (or hand, $100cm^2$) 수준으로 검출되었다. 전반적으로 토양과 닿아 있는 부추에서의 미생물 오염도가 높게 확인되었으며, 이는 비교적 미생물의 오염도가 높은 토양으로부터 교차오염이 발생하였기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 부추의 생물학적 위해요소에 대한 안전성 확보를 위해서는 토양 관리가 중요할 것으로 생각 된다.

설문조사에 근거한 캠프 캐럴 인근 주민의 건강수준 (Health Status Based on Questionnaire Survey Among Residents Around Camp Carroll, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea)

  • Objective: In May 2011, an interview with three United States Forces Korea veterans revealed that chemicals believed to be 'Agent Orange' were buried at Camp Carroll (situated in Waegwan, Chilgok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea) in 1978. Many hazardous chemicals, such as perchloroethylene (PCE), trichloroethylene (TCE), and organochlorines were subsequently found in a joint US-ROK environmental investigation, although dioxins or burial evidence related to 'Agent Orange' have been not uncovered. This study was carried out to investigate the relevance of hazardous chemical exposure and health effects of the residents around Camp Carroll. Methods: The authors conducted a health questionnaire survey among residents around Camp Carroll regarding Waegwan groundwater ingestion, length of residence in Waegwan, and physician-diagnosed disease history (such as cancer, hypertension, diabetes and etc.). Logistic regression was performed to identify the associations between hazardous chemical exposure and physician-diagnosed diseases. Results: Among the 5,320 residents, excluding those living outside the Waegwan area, 3,430 subjects age 30 and over were analyzed. Among females, upon correction of age, smoking history and Camp Carroll working history, a higher distribution in the Waegwan groundwater ingestion group was demonstrated for patients with physician-diagnosed cancer and hypertension. The odds ratios have a tendency to increase with increased length of Waegwan groundwater ingestion. Conclusions: This study may be limited by not adopting a cohort study for the evaluation of factors that may confound environmental exposure. Yet it is meaningful that the correlation between Waegwan groundwater ingestion and chronic diseases were found through regression analysis in female; and further, this outcome may be used as a sampling basis for a secondary epidemiologic study.

요양보호사의 직무환경에 따른 직무스트레스와 소진이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Stress and Burnout by Job Environment of Care-givers on Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 노인장기요양기관 종사자인 요양보호사들의 직무환경과 관련된 속성 및 스트레스와 소진을 파악하고 이들 요인이 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 효과를 분석하여 요양보호사의 조직업무를 향상시켜 노인의 삶의 질과 노인복지 발전에 도움이 되는데 목적을 갖고 연구하였다. 연구대상은 전북 군산시에 소재한 노인장기요양기관(요양시설, 재가노인복지시설)에 근무하는 요양보호사 129명을 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과 요양보호사의 직무환경의 하위요인으로 인적환경과 보상체계, 업무전문성 등이 직무소진, 직무스트레스, 직무만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 요인임을 실증시켜 주었다. 이는 그만큼 인적환경을 위한 업무전문성 및 능력과 혁신적 사고를 가진 업적에 비례한 보상체계가 잘 되어 있을수록 긍정적인 관계 형성과 동시 직무소진과 스트레스의 감소 및 직무만족이 향상됨을 의미한다. 이는 최근 장기요양을 위한 노인성 환자의 급증과 장기요양기관에서의 요양보호사의 역할과 직무가 중요시되는 현실에 비추어 볼 때 전문직으로서의 다양한 복지 수혜적 봉사자로서의 요양보호사들의 직무환경 개선을 위한 직무전문화 보장과 이들 직무능력에 따른 적절한 보상시스템의 체계화가 필요시 됨을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 직업에 대한 자긍심이 높은 전문 인력의 배출과 참여로 요양보호사의 잦은 직무소진과 스트레스를 낮출 수 있는 경감요인을 찾아 제거함으로써 보다 많은 인력의 참여와 조직헌신을 통한 직무만족 극대화를 통해 조직몰입을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

중년재직자의 회복탄력성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향: 퇴직태도의 매개효과 (The Effect of Resilience of Middle-aged Employees on Job Satisfaction: Meditating Effect of Retirement Attitude)

  • 이 연구는 현재 직장에 재직 중인 중년재직자들의 회복탄력성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이 관계에서 퇴직태도의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 서울과 수도권에 근무 중인 40세 이상의 상용직 재직자를 대상으로 설문지 530부를 배포하여 490부가 회수되었고 불성실 응답, 이상치 등 연구에 부적합한 설문지 22부를 제외 한 468부를 연구표본으로 사용하였다. SPSS 19.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증, 상관관계와 집단 간의 차이분석 및 가설검증을 위한 중다회귀분석과 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 남성은 회복탄력성의 자기조절능력과 직무만족도가 여성보다 높았고, 여성은 퇴직태도의 노년휴식이 남성보다 유의미한 수준에서 높게 나타났다. 학력이 높을수록 퇴직을 새로운 출발로 높게 인식하였고, 근무기간이 길수록 회복탄력성의 자기조절능력과 직무만족도가 높았으며 가구소득이 높을수록 회복탄력성의 긍정성이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 회복탄력성의 모든 하위변인은 직무만족도에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 회복탄력성이 높을수록 직무만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 회복탄력성은 퇴직태도의 강요된 좌절에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤고, 새로운 출발엔 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 회복탄력성이 높을수록 퇴직을 새로운 출발로 높게 인식하는 반면 강요된 좌절로는 낮은 인식을 보였다. 넷째, 퇴직태도의 강요된 좌절과 새로운 출발은 회복탄력성과 직무만족도와의 인과관계에서 유의미한 매개효과가 나타났다. 연구결과 회복탄력성의 중요성이 확인되었고, 퇴직에 대한 불안을 낮추고 직무만족도는 높여줄 수 있도록 회복탄력성을 높일 수 있는 방안이 필요하다고 본다.

초고층 랜드마크의 공간적 거리 및 인지강도와의 상관성 분석 - 서울시 30층 이상 고층건물을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Correlation between Spatial Distance and Cognitive Intensity of High-rise Buildings - Focusing on High-rise Buildings of More than 30 Stories in Seoul -)

  • Landmarks like high-rise building are one of the important elements for the enhancement of city identity and provides the hierarchy of city streets, playing a central and symbolic role in cities. Research on physical attribute of landmarks, such as height, distance, location and shape, which are suitable for a city scale, can help a city create a distinct image and maintain comprehensible structure. To achieve this purpose, it is necessary to understand the spatial and cognitive characteristics of a landmark for the establishment and management of it. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The level of representativeness of a landmark increases in proportion to the degree of cognitive intensity on it. The relation between representativeness and cognitive intensity can be explained as the log-function as follows: Log(the number of people who respond "It has representativeness")=$-1.2579+1.5908{\times}$(cognitive intensity); 2. There are a few differences based on the attributes of respondents: while gender has no distinct influence, residential period and age show statistically meaningful influence on cognitive intensity of a vertical landmark Cognitive intensity of an individual landmarks especially, differs according to the class of main users. Because of frequent changes in occupation or employment, respondents consider the distance from a residential area more important than the distance from a working area in evaluating cognitive intensity of landmarks; 3. landmark can be classified into two kinds: a district landmark and an urban landmark A district landmark is closely connected with physical attributes of the landmark itself, such as distance, size and height. An urban landmark is mainly related to cognitive attributes such as the image and identity of a city as a whole. As a result, the landmark analysis data in this research provides spatial order and identity in a city. It is difficult to establish and reinforce the image of a city as a single element ike a landmark. However, withy steady follow-up research, this study could be seen as a systematic and logical model to improve urban landscape and image.

준설토 활용 경량기포혼합토 실규모 현장 실증 연구 (Dredging Material Application Lightweight Foamed Soil Full Scale Test Bed Verification)

  • To propose the design technique and the execution manual of the LWFS(Lightweight Foamed Soil) method using dredged soil, the operation system for the test-bed integrated management, and to establish an amendment for the domestic quantity per unit and specifications, and a strategy for its internationalization. In order to utilize the dredged soil from the coastal area as a construction material, we constructed the embankment with LWFS on soft ground and monitored its behavior. As a result, it can be expected that the use of LWFS as an embankment material on the soft ground can improve the economic efficiency by reducing the depth and period of soil improvement as well as the uses of nearby dredged soil. To verify the utilization of the dredged soil as a material for light-weighted roadbed, soft ground and foundation ground, and surface processing, perform an experimental construction for practical structures and analyze the behavior. It is expected to be able to improve the soft ground with dredged soil and develop technique codes and manuals of the dredged soil reclamation by constructing a test-bed in the same size of the fields, and establish the criteria and manual of effective dredged soil reclamation for practical use. The application technology of the dredged soil reclamation during harbor constructions and dredged soil reclamation constructions can be reflected during the working design stage. By using the materials immediately that occur from the reclamation during harbor and background land developments, the development time will decrease and an increase of economic feasibility will happen. It is expected to be able to apply the improved soil at dredged soil reclamation, harbor and shore protection construction, dredged soil purification projects etc. Future-work for develop the design criteria and guideline for the technology of field application of dredged soil reclamation is that review the proposed test-bed sites, consult with the institutions relevant with the test-bed, establish the space planning of the test-bed, licensing from the institutions relevant with the test-bed, select a test-bed for the dredged soil disposal area.

급경사지 붕괴위험 판단을 위한 강우기반의 한계영역 설정 기법 연구 (Proposed Landslide Warning System Based on Real-time Rainfall Data)

  • 급경사지 붕괴 위험을 판단하기 위한 반감계수 기반의 한계선 설정은 재해이력 자료가 반드시 필요하다. 그러나 전국적으로 재해이력 자료는 절대적으로 부족하며, 지역별로 편중되어 있어 신뢰도 높은 한계선 설정은 어려운 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 재해이력 자료 없이 급경사지 붕괴 위험을 판단하기 위한 한계영역 설정 기법을 제안하였다. 반감계수가 적용된 과거 10년간의 강우자료를 도시한 후 가장 바깥에 위치한 점들을 연결하여 기준선을 설정한다. 실시간 작용강우가 기준선을 넘어가면 경보가 발령되는 시스템을 구축하였으며, AWS (자동기상관측) 지점별 기준선 설정을 통해 전국적 활용이 가능하다. 과거 시뮬레이션 방법을 통한 신뢰성 검증 결과, 12개 현장 중 10개 현장에서 실제 붕괴 발생 전 경보 발령이 가능했던 것으로 나타났다. 실제 붕괴 발생 30분 전에 경보 발령이 가능했던 현장은 총 8개소로 약 67%의 정확도를 보였다. 본 모델의 활용성을 높이기 위해서는 전국적인 강우 DB구축과 지역별 한계영역 보정에 대한 추가 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

서울시내 석면함유 건축물 철거 현장 등에서의 효과적인 공기 중 석면농도 측정을 위한 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Measurement of Airborne Asbestos Concentrations at Demolition Sites of Asbestos Containing Buildings, etc. in Seoul)

  • Objectives: This study is intended to seek credible and efficient measurements on airborne asbestos concentrations that allow immediate action by establishing complementary data through comparative analysis with existing PCM and KF-100 method real-time monitoring equipment in working areas in Seoul where asbestos-containing buildings are being demolished, including living environment surroundings. Materials: We measured airborne asbestos concentrations using PCM and KF-100 at research institutes, monitoring networks, subway stations and demolition sites of asbestos-containing buildings. Through this measurement data and KF-100 performance testing, we drew a conversion factor and applied it via KF-100. Finally we verified the relationship between PCM and KF-100 with statistical methods. Results: The airborne asbestos concentrations by PCM for the objects of study were less than the detection limit(7 fiber/$mm^2$) in three (20%) out of 15 samples. The highest concentration was 0.009 f/cc. The airborne asbestos concentrations by PCM in laboratories, monitoring networks, subway stations and demolition sites of asbestos-containing buildings were respectively $0.002{\pm}0.000$ f/cc, $0.004{\pm}0.001$ f/cc, $0.009{\pm}0.001$ f/cc, and $0.002{\pm}0.000$ f/cc. As a result of KF-100 performance testson rooftops, the conversion factor was 0.1958. Applying the conversion factor to KF-100 for laboratories, the airborne asbestos concentrations ratio of the two ways was nearly 1:1.5($R^2$=0.8852). Also,the airborne asbestos concentration ratio of the two ways was nearly 1:1($R^2$=0.9071) for monitoring networks, subway stations, and demolition sites of asbestos-containing buildings. As a result of independent sample t-tests, there was no distinction between airborne asbestos concentrations monitored in the two ways. Conclusions: In working areas where asbestos-containing buildings are being demolished, including living environment surroundings, quickly and accurately monitoring airborne asbestos scattered in the air around the working area is highly important. For this, we believea mutual interface of existing PCM and a real-time monitoring equipment method is possible.

국내 아동 및 청소년 주의력 평가를 위한 종합주의력검사의 표준화 연구 (Standardization of the Comprehensive Attention Test for the Korean Children and Adolescents)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted in order to develop and obtain the nonnative data of the computerized Comprehensive Attention Test(CAT) in Korean children and adolescents. It also aimed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the CAT. Methods: We developed the computerized CAT which includes the selective attention task, the sustained attention to response task, the flanker task, the divided attention task, and the spatial working memory task. We investigated the test-retest reliability and the construction validity of this computerized version by using the data from 21 children, and gathered the nonnative data of 9l2 subjects, aged 4 to 15 years, dwelling in the Metropolitan Seoul area in 2008. Results: No statistical differences between means of the tests and retests of the CAT were observed. The mean of the correlation coefficient of the test-retest scores was 0.715. The results from the factor analyses explained 51.7% of the cumulative variance. In addition, the nonnative data for all of the CAT subtests were obtained. Conclusion: The computerized CAT can be used as a reliable and valid tool in both clinical and research settings for Korean children and adolescents with or without neuropsychiatric conditions such as attention deficit.

고위험가족 선별을 위한 위험요인 분석 (The factors to identify high risk family)

  • The main purpose of the study is to identify critical risk factors for development of a family assessment tool to screen high risk family. This study used a conceptual framework of family diagnosis developed by Eui-sook Kim's (1993) and analyzed risk factors to identify the high risk family. As employing a explorative and methodological study design, this study has four stages. 1. In the first stage, 34 family risk factors were identified by doing intensive literature review on conceptual framework of family diagnoses. 2. In the second stage, above risk factors were tested for content validity by consultation with 29 persons in community health nursing, nursing education, family theory, and social work. 3. In the third stage, existing survey data was used for actual application of the identified risk factors. The survey data used for this purpose was previously collected for the community diagnosis in a region of Seoul. At the final stage, through the comparison between high risk and low risk families, initially identified 34 risk factors decreased to 25 risk factors. Among 34 risk factors, six factors did not agree with content of questionnaries sand two factors were not significant in differentiating the high risk family Also, two risk factors showed high correlation between themselves, so only one of those two factors was chosen. As a result, twenty-five risk factors chosen to identify the high risk family are following ; 1. A single parent family due to divorce or death of a partner, or unweded single mother 2. A family with an unrelated household members 3. A family with a working mother with a young child 4. A family with no regular income 5. A family with no rule in family or too strict rules 6. A family with little or no support from other lam-ily members 7. A family with little or no support from friends or relatives 8. A family with little or no time to share with each other 9. A family with family history of hypertension, diabetus, cancer 10. A family with a sick person 11. A family with a mentally ill person 12. A family with a disabled person 13. A family with an alcoholic person 14. A family with a excessive smoker who smokes more than 1 pack / day 15. A family with too much salt intake in their diet. 16. A family with inappropriate management skills for family health 17. A family with high utilization of drug store than hospital to solve the health problems of the family 18. A family with disharmony between husband and wife 19. A family with conflicts among the family members 20. A family with unequal division of labor among family members 21. An authoritative family structure 22. A socially isolated family 23. The location of house is not residential area 24. A family with high risk of accidents 25. The drinking water and sewage systems are not hygienic. The main implication of the results of this study is clinical use. The high risk factors can be used to identify the high risk family effectively and efficiently. The use of high risk factors woule contribute to develop a conceptual framework of family diagnosis in Korea and the list of risk factors need to be revised continuously. Further researches are needed to develop an index of weight of each risk factor and to validate the risk factors.
