대암산 습원의 식생 (Studies on Moor Vegetation of Mt. Daeam, East-Central Korea)

  • The moor vegetation of Daeryong-po on Mt. Daeam, east-central Korea was investigated in July 26th-29th, 1989, It was classified into I community group, 4 communities and 5 subcommunities; Sanguisorba tenuifolia var. alba community group, Sphagnum palustre community. Typical subcommunity, Eleocharis mamillata var. cyclocarpa subcommunity, Carex canescense subcommunity, Carex dispalata community, Spiraea salicifolia community, Geranium eriiostemon var. megalanthum community, Arundinella hirta-Phragmites communis subcommunity, Angelica purpuraefolia subcommunity. According to this classification, the actual vegetation map was made. The distribution of vegetation in this moor was divided characteristically into two areas. One was a typical oligotrophic area characterized by S. palustre community. The other was an area having mesotrophic or eutrophic conditions where its original state was disturbed by inflow of soil particles and removal of peat. It this disturbed area, C. dispalata, S. sibiricus, G. eriostemon var. megalanthum, were invaded.

산사태 발생지역에서의 지질조건별 토질특성 (Soil Properties regarding Geological Conditions in Landslides area)

  • A lot of landslides were occurred in Gangnung, Macheon and Geochang areas by Typhoons such as RUSA(2002) and MEAMI(2003). Soil properties of these areas are investigated regarding geological conditions in this study. The shallow plane failure were occurred in Gangnung and Geochang areas, whereas the deep circle failure were occurred in Macheon area. The matrix in Gangnung and Geochang areas was composed of Granite, and the matrix in Macheon area was composed of Gabbro. The disturbed and undisturbed soils were sampled in these areas. As the results of laboratory tests using sampled soils, the coefficient of permeability in Granite region is lower than that in Gabbro region. In the cases that the silt and clay contents are included less than 4% for the soils of Granite region and less than 7% for the soils of Gabbro region, the coefficients of permeability are rapidly increased for both soils. In addition, the simple equations for predicting the coefficients of permeability are proposed using the effective particle size and the silt and clay contents according to geological condition.

암반절리에 대한 교란상태 모델링 (이론과 응용) (Disturbed State Modeling for joints of Rock(Theory and Implementation))

  • 외부로부터 정적 혹은 동적 하중을 받는 암반절리의 거동특성을 규명하기 위해서 교란상태 개념(Disturbed State Concept, DSC)을 이용한 구성방정식 이론과 이 이론을 수치해석에 적용하기 위한 응력-변형률 관계식을 소개한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 DSC 이론은 변형준인 암반절 리가 상대적으로 손상되지 않은 상태(Relative Intact; RI)와 완전 파괴된 상태(Fully Adjusted; FA)의 혼합으로 표현될 수 있다는 가정에 기초를 두고 있다. 여기서 사용된 두가지 상태, 즉 RI 상태와 FA 상태는 암반절리의 파괴정도를 나타내는 지표가 된다. 이러한 가정을 기초로 임의의 하중을 받는 절리는 초기 RI 상태에서 점진적으로 재료 내부의 미세구조 조정기능을 거치면서 최종적으로 파괴가 발생하는 FA 상태로 진행한다. 본 연구에서는 RI 상태, FA상태 그리고 재료의 파괴정도를 나타내는 교란도 함수(D)를 해석적으로 정의하여 암반절리의 역학적 거동특성을 표현하기 위한 응용화를 시도하였다. DSC모델은 암반절리의 경화 및 연화특성을 표현할 수 있으며, 절리의 크기 및 표면의 거침도 등을 고려할 수 있다.

RAPD 분석에 의한 고마리(마디풀과)의 유전적 변이 및 유연관계 (Genetic Variations and Relationships of Persicaria thunbergii(Sieb. & Zucc.) H. Gross ex Nakai(Polygonaceae) by the RAPD Analysis)

  • 고마리의 24개 지역집단으로부터 PCR을 통한 RAPD 분석을 실시하였다. PCR을 통해 증폭된 RAPD절편들은 200-1, 900bp 사이의 구간에서 관찰되었다. 총 16개의 oligoprimer를 이용한 효소중합반응에서 184개의 유효한 polymorphic band markers를 확인하였다. RAPD 분석결과를 기초로 UPGMA 방법에 의한 유집분석을 수행한 결과, 고마리 개체군은 교란형 하천(도시하천, 농촌하천)과 자연적 수환경으로 유집되었고, 교란형 하천 보다 자연적 수환경의 고마리 개체군끼리 유전적 유연관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자연적 수환경과 교란형 하천에 생육하는 고마리 개체군간에 뚜렷한 유전적 한계를 나타내어 이들 사이의 유전적 이질성이 있는 것으로 생각된다.

사고현장과 사령실간 화상전송기술에 관한 연구 (A study on the moving picture transmission method between the accident sites and control center)

  • Whenever the accidents occur in the railway areas, their prompt recovery is very important. The individual way has been used to resolve these accidents by direct visiting the site and reporting to others who cares for these cases. As a result, we are planning to operate the MTS (Moving picture Transmission System) for a timely information's transmission to the related peoples in the central control center by transforming the picture information on the accident-site to the digital information. The proposed system is not a transmission system using exclusive lines, but utilizing the existing railway computer network. We construct a network server device so that a dispatcher can easily connect with the server through the railway intranet. In some railway environments such as disturbed field situations and geographical condition(in tunnels and bridges, etc) building up the wired network is difficult. Solving this problem, we reviewed the wireless network. Finally we proposed the mixed wireless network that is able to cover the wired network. We then installed and tested the wired network and wireless network respectively in wayside of a railway field. Through the testing, we identified many detailed matters for some network construction approaches to the control room and many field device-connecting schemes. This research will contribute to minimize the number of staff dispatched to a disturbed field, decrease the accident recovery time and improve the quality of service to the passenger.

정신건강서비스 영역에서 아동청소년 기능평가척도의 활용에 관한 연구 (Study on the Utilization of the Child-Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale in Mental Health Service)

  • Objectives: This study aims to supplement the limitations of the preliminary study and expand the use of the Child-Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale by providing standardized T-scores for measuring function in different areas, as well as guidelines for their interpretation. Methods: The Child-Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale and Korean-Child Behavior Checklist were administered to a total of 623 individuals, including 467 parents of emotionally and behaviorally disturbed elementary school students, 45 parents of emotionally and behaviorally disturbed middle school adolescents and 111 parents of elementary school students with developmental disorders, as well as to a control group consisting of 186 parents of mainstream elementary school children in the Seoul metropolitan area. Results: In contrast to the preliminary study, the emotional domain was disassociated into two factors, negative affect and emotion regulation, and the coefficient of determination for misconduct was increased significantly. Also, the overall reliability and validity of the Child-Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale were similar to those in the preliminary study, and the item structure was consistent. This study provides standardized T-scores of function in different areas based on the revised scale, and provides guidelines for their interpretation. Conclusion: The Child-Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale can assist the Child Global Assessment in Functioning in providing the information necessary for case management and treatment planning by comparing the impairment severity in each area of functioning, and also determining changes in behavior and function after treatment interventions. On the other hand, this scale has yet to clearly distinguish between rebellious behavior and misconduct. Further research is necessary to provide standards for more diverse age groups and for its utilization.

산불지역에서 경관유형과 식생구조의 변화 (Changes of Landscape Pattern and Vegetation Structure in Rural Areal Area Disturbed by Fire)

  • this study was focused on the effects of fire on spatial change of vegetation landscape in rural region. Fire types recognized as erown fire, severe surface fire and light surface fire in order of increasing intensity were described in a fire map. GIS was introduced to understand the relationship between fire types and topographic conditions or vegetation types. We also investigated land-use type and regeneration strategies after burning. Fire intensity depended on topographic conditions and vegetation types. Special land-use type in this area was collection of edible mushroom (Tricholoma matsutake). Mushrooms had been obtained from Pinus densiflora forests existing as edaphic climax or managed artificially. Regeneration strategy in burned areas was to make sprouts from burned oak stumps. A higher density and growth rate of sprouts, as compared to those on unburned areas, facilitated vegetation succession from P. densiflora forest to oak forest and consequently led to change of landscape pattern.

서울근교 산지의 삼림식생에 대한 식물사회학적 연구 (Phytosocological Study on Montance Forest Vegetation at periphery of Seoul, Korea)

  • The forest vegetation occurring mainly at the mountain areas in periphery of Seoul were inversigated phyeosociologically. The granitic rocky outcrops are typical physiognomy on the study areas. The greater part of forests was the secondary vegetation to be disturbed by hyman impacts, because of being situated near the metropolis with a highly dense population. Four community types were largely differentiated by species composition. The representitive ones were the Quercus monogolica community and Pinus densiflora-Juniperus schinensis community, which are predominantly gorwing at the slopes above about 100m in altituse and the rocky ridges, respectively. The Betula chinensis-Potentilla dickinsii community at several single-peaks of windswept and the Zelkova serrata-Prunus padus community at stony valley are sporadically growing in a small area.

Preservation and Utilization of Suburban Green Lands in the Urbanization Process of Kunming

  • Suburban green lands play an indispensable role in maintaining norma! operation of the urban ecosystem. However, the suburban green lands are also the most fragile and easily disturbed places since they are close to the city edges. The suburban green lands of Kunming city show diversified forms, and it would be difficult to avoid taking part of those green areas in the rapidly expanding urban construction. To better preserve and utilize the suburban green lands of Kunming, it is vitally important to base ourselves on the practical situation of Kunming and take into full consideration the features of urban expansion and suburban green lands, so as to optimize the structures of suburban green lands, scientifically plan and readjust the remaining suburban green lands, and enhance the comprehensive efficiency of the daily dwindling suburban green lands in protecting and regulating the ecosystem, beautifying the environment and outputting economic benefits. Suburban green lands in some specialized areas must be put under strict protection.

지질학적 특성을 고려한 해안연약지반의 토질특성 (Soil Property of Coastal Soft Ground Considering Geological Property)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 해안 연약지반 토질특성의 연관성을 분석하는 것이다. 이 연구를 위하여 해안 연약지반을 포함하는 몇 개의 지역이 선정되었다. 많은 대규모의 건설공사가 연약지반에서 수행되고 있으며, 앞으로도 꾸준히 증가할 것이다. 따라서, 이러한 연약지반에서의 토질특성은 매우 중요하다. 해안 지역을 구성하고 있는 지반은 해수의 운동에 의해 영향을 받는다. 따라서, 이들 지역의 대부분은 충적토층으로 구성되어 있다. 그러므로, 동.서부 연안지역의 토질특성은 매우 복잡하다. 많은 실험이 불교란시료 및 교란시료를 가지고 실시 되었다. 불교라시료는 thin walles tube를 사용해 채취하였고, 시료가 교란되지 않도록 조심스럽게 실험실로 운반되었다. 이러한 지역의 세립분 함유량의 구성 비율은 90%가 넘는다. 또한 이들 지역은 높은 함수량과 점토를 포함하고 있다. 따라서, 이러한 지역의 토질특성을 파악으로서 구조물의 안전설계와 시공이 가능할 것이다.
