The analysis of irrigation water use characteristics from a pumping station is implemented. Sangjoo district was selected as a test area. Irrigation water are varied according to manners of water manager, weather change and irrigation system changes such as the repair and improvement of irrigation canal, installation of an auxiliary water sources and canal structure. From the results, average irrigation water is 1,136mm during irrigation period from 1987 to 1997 in sanjoo district. After improvement of irrigation district, irrigation water was increased 45% as average water use in this area.

Geumgang 2nd agricultural comprehensive development project is to develope the infrastructure in 43,000ha agricultural area. For this is the very large project, it is necessary to consider the plan of water use comprehensively. Therefore, watershed water balance model for this project has been developed and a variety of analysis has been carried out. And Geumgang Project Water Management System has been developed for the manager of irrigation facilities.

As franchise industry has grown, the role of a supervisor who is a contact point between franchisor and franchisees has become more vital to success of the business. This research, focusing on his/her specific role, explores communication type, leadership type, and followership type of the supervisor in relations with the organization, franchisor, and franchisees, respectively. Furthermore, we compared performance of franchises by the three types above through the franchise contract management leverage (FCML) which reflects business performance both qualitatively and quantitatively. According to the analysis on supervisors of a franchise business, 'Ganiyeok', the majority of supervisors' communication type were either supportive style or directive style. For the leadership type, team-type and impoverished-type leaders were the majority, while effective or passive followership appeared highest in followership type. In addition, supportive supervisors in communication style, team-type supervisors in leadership style, and effective supervisors in followership had highest FCML, while reflective and directive styles, impoverished style, and passive style had lowest FCML. Primary goal of a franchise business is stable profit generation. This study not only examined what characteristics supervisors need and which style is insufficient, but also proposed tailored solutions for each style. Thus, we confirmed that debates on franchise can be approached in perspective of both communication and business, and we further suggest diverse approaches on future franchise business.

본 연구는 교육지원청의 기록관리 기관평가에 대한 문제점을 살펴보고 개선방안을 제시하고자 문헌연구, 설문조사, 심층면담을 수행하였다. 전국 교육지원청 176개 기관의 기록관리 업무담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시(응답율 52.8%)하고 심층면담에 동의한 15개 기관의 기록물관리전문요원과 면담을 진행하였다. 설문 및 면담 분석 결과를 바탕으로 국가기록원 기록관리 기관평가 업무담당자와 면담을 진행한 후, 이를 종합하여 도출된 개선방안을 평가 환경, 평가 주체, 평가 제도적 측면으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기관 유형별 특수성을 반영한 기록관리 기관평가를 시행하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

A Web-based information system from the Korea Agricultural Water Use Laboratory AWUL, has been developed to provide with regional water management information and guidance for the operations of irrigation reservoirs through the World Wide Web(WWW). Twenty-six reservoirs are selected as the reference reservoirs for regional water management , and the real-time operation guide may be issued the grwoing seasons. The information available from the system includes the wether forecasting , drought analyses, and reservoir operation data for those reference sites. For a specific reservoir, the manager may access the system to obtain the water requriement, irrigation secheduling , and reservoir operations that fit best to the irrigation district.

This study was carried out to provide environmental information using geographic information system for the environmental manager engaged in governmental office. Point and nonpoint sources were classified by each small watershed and an administrative district. ArcView and ERDAS software were used to develop environmental information system. Small watershed was extracted into the DTEM using HEC-geoHMS which is ArcView extension. Study area was divided into 7 small watershed. Point sources were constituted as cattle, milk cattle, swine, and poultry. Land use was divided into forests, rice paddies, residential sites et al. User interface was designed to search information easily for the nonprofessional GIS users.

The purpose of this study is to provide how various elements of package design affect on consumer response. Those consumers who is living at Sung-nam district and who is using or have used herbal shampoo were selected as respondents for this research. For testing hypotheses. frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and multi regression analysis were utilized with SPSS 12. All elements of package design influenced on brand attitude and purchasing intention. Typography is the most effective element influencing on brand attitude, while illustration is on purchasing intention. This result could be a useful reference for package designer and brand manager to trigger positive brand attitude and purchasing intention.

기록연구사들이 기록관리업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 직무가 조직화되고, 직무환경에서는 동기가 부여되며 근무여건은 실제의 업무와 관련된 시스템을 갖추도록 하여야 한다. 기초자치단체 기록관 소속 기록연구사의 직무특성 및 직무환경을 조사하여 지방기록연구사의 업무 운영에 관한 문제점을 파악하고, 기록연구사들이 업무를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하는 개선방안을 제시하고자 문헌조사를 통하여 기초자치단체의 개념, 기초자치단체 기록관 소속 기록연구사의 배치 현황 및 업무, 서울특별시 자치구청 소속 기록관의 현황과 업무에 대하여 조사하였다. 기록연구사들을 대상으로 직무특성요인, 직무환경요인, 근무여건 등의 항목으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과를 분석하여 도출한 문제점에 대한 개선방안으로는 기관장 및 상사와 동료의 기록관리에 대한 인식 개선, 교육에 대한 기관 차원의 지원, 기록관리업무를 담당할 인력충원 혹은 기록연구사가 담당하고 있는 업무분담의 필요성, 중앙기록물관리기관의 업무환경에 맞는 행정적 지원 등이 있다.

현재, 우리나라 전 해상에서는 38개소의 유인등대가 운영 중이다. 사람이 거주하면서 등대를 관리하는 유인등대는 항로표지로서의 기능강화와 관리체계 효율화 방안을 마련하기 위해 변화가 불가피하다. 이들 유인등대 중 무인화 등대에 부합하는 등대를 선정하기 위한 유인등대 관리체계 개선 기준(항로표지 기능, 광역관리 기능성, 국가정책, 해양문화공간 운영)을 마련하여 무인등대화를 위한 평가자료를 수집 및 분석하여 AHP 가중치 및 리커드 척도(Likert Scale) 분석 기법을 적용한 결과를 토대로 관할청에서 멀리 떨어진 항로표지의 기능장애시 복구시간을 단축하기 위해 유인등대의 역할과 기능을 강화할 수 있고, 주변의 항로표지를 소권역화 할 수 있는 거점등대를 선정하였다. 이에 본 논문은 우리나라 전 해상에 산재되어 있는 항로표지시설들을 효과적으로 관리 및 유인등대의 생활환경 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

This study is aimed at giving the basic information for individual farm households to make decisions for optimizing their farm sizes and for the government to implement farm size optimization policies through the identification of combinations among rice production factors in plain areas like Cheolwon district and the suggestion of the optimal farm sizes of individual farmers based on the scale of economy calculated. The data of agricultural production costs of 50 rice farmers in the plain area which is located in Dongsong-eup Cholwon district, Kangwon province were used in the analysis. The 'translog' cost function among various methods which is a flexible function type was adopted to calculate the scale of economy in rice production. Seemingly unrelated regression(SUR) method was used in forecasting functions and processing other statistics by SHAZAM which is one of the computer aid program for quantitative econometric analysis. In conclusion, the long-run average cost(LAC) curve showed 'U-shape' which was different from 'L-type' one which was shown in the previous studies by others. The lowest point of the LAC was 9.764ha and the concerned production cost amounted to 633 Won/kg. Based on these results, it have to be suggested that around 10 ha of paddy is the target size for policy assistances to save costs under the present level of farming practices and technology. The above results show that the rice production costs could be saved up to 10ha in Cheolwon plain area which is a typical paddy field. However, land use, land condition, land ownership and manager's ability which may affect scale of economy should be considered. Furthermore, reasonable management will have to be realized by means of labor saving technology and cost saving management skill like enlargement of farm size of rice.
