Relationships between Hotel Restaurant Visit Motivations, Consumer Attitudes, and Revisit Intention (호텔 레스토랑의 방문동기, 소비자태도, 재방문 의도와의 영향관계)

  • This research was conducted over about four weeks from May 1, 2015 until May 30. First, of the hotel restaurant visit motivations, awareness image B=0.524 (p<.001), food B=0.121 (p<.05), and distinctiveness B=0.251 (p<.001) had a significantly positive impact on consumer attitude. Second, the hotel restaurant, visit motivation and preference image B=0.577 (p<.001), Social B=0.192 (p<.001), distinctiveness B=0.173 (p<.01) was significantly positive on consumer attitudes there were influential (+). Third, there was the influence of motivation and purchases, visit the hotel restaurant between images of B=0.705 (p<.001), Around B=0.113 (p<.01) significantly positive (+) on purchase of consumer attitudes to food B=-0.135 (p<.01) and social B=-0.123 (p<.001) are part had the effect of (-). Addition, consumers also look at the attitude and awareness Revisit B=0.464 (p<.001), Rating B=0.321 (p<.001), even the purchase of B=0.205 (p<.001) all significantly positive (+) with there was influence. If the five-star hotel from carrying out marketing activities around awareness, preference, and purchase intention judges will give a great help in hotel management.

  • This study aims to consider the display method of the STA information that holds aesthetic cultural distinctiveness with the capability of immediate recognition of information in the relationship between the exposed time and the degree of cognition. As an consideration on the display method of information in an efficient way according as 'information attributes', the purpose of this study is to identify the visualization attributes of the STA information and to seek out display methods accordingly. Based on the information design and cognitive psychology, the cognitive features of the STA information have been identified and four visualization attributes of the STA information have been found based on the preceding studies on the information attributes in line with the relationship between exposure frequency and the level of awareness. In terms of information recognition, a metaphor, metonymy, use of indexical image and context, rhetoric, and Mnemonic have been proposed as major display methods for 'Understandable' and 'Conciseness', which are the major visualization attributes of the STA information while humor, parody, distinctiveness, friendliness, kitsch, formative beauty and newness have been suggested as the major display methods of 'Relevance' and 'Valuable', which are the major visualization attributes from the perspective of sensitive perception of information. Based on the results of this study, I'm planning to come up with display methods and to proceed with analyzing the relationship of the degree of cognition in association with context.

  • There is a negotiation between management and labors about paying incentive at the every end of the year. This result causes the conflict between management and labors. The successful operation of incentive system is based on respect and common benefit between workers and managers. The manager-trust is the power of leading reciprocality. This research started from the issues of companies with incentive system at this year. This research analysed the influence of manager-trust by the fairness of incentive system. and how HRM system affects the manager-trust through the strength of the HRM system. It appeared in a survey that shows the fairness of incentive system and manager-trust effect positive matter. As a result of the control effect in the strength of the HRM system, the relationship between distributive justice and manager-trust shows that Distinctiveness, consistency, and consensus have the control effect. Although the Distinctiveness has control effect, consistency and consensus didn't have control effect in the relationship between perceptual justice and manager-trust.

Review for Evaluation Criteria for the Establishment of Conservation Areas in Korea (한국에서 적용가능한 보전지역 평가기준에 대한 고찰)

  • The purpose of the present study is to prepare the conservation category to establish the Natural Ecosystem Conservation Area(NECA) in Korea. The authors prepared the conservation category for the NECA based on the previous relevant papers and reports. This draft of conservation category was examined by way of the case study. From this, the possible factors are introduced to prepare the final conservation category that can be applied directly in Korean situation for the conservation of natural areas. The present conservation category was prepared based on the possible data, while some factors of which do not possess the adequate raw data at the moment was removed. According to the reference analyses from the previous conservation categories reported in order to prepare the conservation category in the NECA, a total of 27 factors was assessed; 21 for rarity and 15 fur utility and diversity, 13 far size, for both naturalness and human influence, 13 for typicalness 12 and 10 for fragility. From the literature reviews, the categories which quantitatively assessed was 13: 9 for rarity, 8 far human influence, and 5 for size. From the 27 conservation categories assessed, the factors such as rarity, taxonomic distinctiveness and threat was regarded as applicable to the Korean situation. Furthermore, the criteria such as use could be applied further when this is supported by the augmentative research and field studies.

The Relationships among Food Image, Tourist Satisfactions and Destination Loyalty Intention: A Case of Hanoi Local Cuisine

  • The purpose of this study was to examine tourist satisfaction towards Hanoi local food image as well as examine the relationship between those two variables with tourist destination loyalty intention. A self-administered survey was carried out in Hanoi, Vietnam. Of the distributed 400 questionnaires, a total 393 respondents of foreign tourists were used to data analysis by a convenience sampling method. Factor analysis was performed to identify underlying dimensions of what foreign tourists expect most from Hanoi local food image. The results showed that foreign tourist perceived Hanoi local food image as, food quality, food culture, contexture features and atmospheric. The finding showed that Hanoi local food image had a direct effect on foreign tourist's satisfaction and destination loyalty intention. In addition, tourist satisfaction had a positive influence on destination loyalty intention. At last, considering the results from this study, it is suggested that it is necessary to create and maintain the identity of image by formulating appropriate strategies and it is instrumental to promote local food image based on its distinctiveness and diversity which stands for the unique native culture.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the distinctiveness and problem areas in cataloging rules of printed music. In this study, therefore, the characteristics, kinds, and cataloging rules related to a printed music are examined first as the backgrounds. Then the sources of information, title and general material designation, musical representation statement, publication.distribution.etc., physical description, notes, etc. in ISBD(PM), Chapter 5 Music of AACR2R 2002 Revision 2004 Update, and Chapter 5 Music of KCR4 are analyzed. And also printed music parts in Bibliographic Data of KORMARC and MARC21 are analyzed. Finally, the special issues and some problems to be considered in cataloging of printed music in KCR4 are presented.

Minimal Graphics in Twentieth-Century Design (20세기 그래픽 디자인의 미니멀 경향)

  • This research has started from a critical mind that raised a question how we will view the minimal tendencies of graphic design in historical context that is newly raised again after the late 1990s. In chapter 1, I examined the main ideas of the twentieth century such as "Less is more", "Less is boring", and "I believe in less and more". In chapter 2, I studied the minimal tendencies and the distinctions in graphic design by chronological order. 1 became to think that the recent minimal tendencies of graphic design appears naturally in the process of newly redefining ones specialty and identity from accepting the rapidly changing of social/cultural/technical changes rather than being temporary trend, Furthermore, I realized that considering the distinctiveness of design field, the research of the forms and styles of design itself is as an important and too much urgent task as the contents or ideological characters of designeological characters of design

Lysobacter ginsengisoli sp. nov., a Novel Species Isolated from Soil in Pocheon Province, South Korea

  • A Gram-negative, aerobic, rod-shaped, nonspore-forming bacterial strain, designated Gsoil $357^T$ was isolated from soil sample of a ginseng field in Pocheon Province (South Korea). The isolate contained Q-8 as the predominant ubiquinone and iso-$C_{16:0}$, iso-$C_{17:1}$ ${\omega}9c$, and iso-$C_{15:0}$ as the major fatty acids. The G+C content of the genomic DNA was 69.3 mol%. A phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that strain Gsoil $357^T$ was most closely related to Lysobacter gummosus (97.6%) and Lysobacter antibioticus (97.6%). However, the DNA-DNA relatedness value between strain Gsoil $357^T$ and its phylogenetically closest neighbors was less than 17%. On the basis of its phenotypic properties and phylogenetic distinctiveness, strain Gsoil 357T should be classified as representing a novel species in the genus Lysobacter, for which the name Lysobacter ginsengisoli sp. novo is proposed. The type strain is Gsoil $357^T$ (=KCTC $12602^T$=DSM $18420^T$).

Vector-based Face Generation using Montage and Shading Method (몽타주 기법과 음영합성 기법을 이용한 벡터기반 얼굴 생성)

  • In this paper, we propose vector-based face generation system that uses montage and shading method and preserves designer(artist)'s style. Proposed system generates character's face similar to human face automatically using facial features that extracted from a photograph. In addition, unlike previous face generation system that uses contours, we propose the system is based on color and composes face from facial features and shade extracted from a photograph. Thus, it has advantages that can make more realistic face similar to human face. Since this system is vector-based, the generated character's face has no size limit and constraint. Therefore it is available to transform the shape freely and to apply various facial expressions to 2D face. Moreover, it has distinctiveness with another approaches in point that can keep artist's impression just as it is in result.

  • In case of the Grand Performance Hall, in view of its distinctiveness, since various Assembly Activity as well as Lecture together with the use for Music are important besides the purpose of Performance itself, the consideration with regard to the sound environment which enables to minimize the acoustic defect has appeared on the stage as an essential factor. On this viewpoint, this Study has attempted to examine the acoustic satisfaction degree and its response regarding to the grand performance hall by means of the measurement and valuation about the psychological volume of human-being using the auditory-evoked technology that possible to experience the Virtual Sound Field at the designing stage, after practice of the optimized acoustic design for the object of the grand performance hall on the step of construction. As the result of auditory-evocation, it was known that the valuation about the acoustic performance after reformation has been improved affirmatively than before reformation. It is considered that such outcome of the study could be utilized as the useful material that enables to improve the curtailment effect of construction cost and the acoustic performance, by means of the presupposition control about the acoustic problem from the stage of design, for the occasion when the similar Performance Hall is planning to build, hereafter.
