Korea has introduced the levy-grand system in the vocational learning finance. The standard unit price system of training cost was utilized in the distribution of training budget and the reimbursement system including total or partial training cost return has been operated in the corporate training after completing the learning course particularly. The standard unit price was calculated in the base of analyzing on supporting budget by the government per training institutions and corporate payment decision to learning institutions. The proposing standard unit price system of training cost was analyzed in the current standard price unit of training cost and then an improvement policy and the implication are derived from it. At the result of this study, the current government supporting level to e-learning and postal distance learning indicates good status.

Development and evaluation of distance learning for the gifted students in science and mathematics In this study, we developed and administrated the distance learning for the gifted students in science and mathematics, and analysed their responses. To do this, four types of teaching programs - lectures using program for distance learning, practice activities using simulation program, tasks solving programs based on discussions, and problem solving activities - were developed and students responses were analysed in eight area - stimulus, difficulties, structure, learning circumstances, involvement, interaction, learning outcomes, comparison with other learning -. As results, it was found that many students responded positively and thought programs helped their creativity, logical thinking, intelligent ability, and information searching ability. Students preferred practice activities based on appropriate guidances to lectures providing detailed explanations. And interaction could be stimulated by inducing discussion.

The purpose of this study was to identify the interaction patterns in distance only mode e-Learning. In order to investigate this study, messages shown in the electronic notice board were analyzed to see how interaction occurs between teacher and learner or learner and learner under the e-learning of cyber university. To analyze messages was applied according to the framework by Henri's contents analysis model. As a result of contents analysis on electronic board, the participative dimension was 399 messages. A learner put on 7~8 messages a day. The number of messages was low compared to the number of learners, but the number of inquiries was about 140. That means that each learner contacts and checks messages at least once a day. The meaning dimension was 600 units. The main interaction patterns were Interactive-social-cognitive-metacognitive. This means that e-Learning in distance only mode leads a positive attitude of learners as a self-directed learning, and needs teacher's well-structured instructional strategies for increasing interaction. In conclusion, social dimension and interactive dimension of messages support learners psychologically in the process of learning though they directly guide learning under the circumstances of e-learning lacking face-to-face element. It can be interpreted that the teacher's role is significantly important in order to attract learners' positive participation and cognitive and meta-cognitive dimension of messages and activities

As the learning space has expanded, the distance education has become a recent scholarship in teaching-learning method, and also a great type of media, technologies and strategies to support distance education are attracting a fair amount of attention. However in order to manage a distance education system, it is necessary to be endowed user with technical ability and operational expenses. On the other hand, although a web-based system that makes simple may cut cost, it is difficult to analyze learner's behaviors. Therefore, in this paper, we developed a interactive distance system based on individualized questioning, which relies upon learner's knowledge state and applies a efficient individualized learning method. Additionally, this study is instrument to reduce users' technical ability and operational expenses.

The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the pedagogical interaction of the subjects of the educational process in the context of distance learning; taking into account the identified features of the implementation of pedagogical interaction defined teaching methods in distance learning; a course has been developed that reveals the features of the pedagogical interaction of participants in the educational process in conditions of distance learning. To solve the tasks and check starting points, a set of methods was used: theoretical: analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature, dissertation research, curricula, analysis of the conceptual and terminological system; empirical: questioning, conversation, self-diagnosis.

Information and communication technologies used in the social sphere are born due to the development of computer technologies. The main task of the distance learning process in higher education institutions is not to provide information, but to teach how to obtain and use it. The purpose of the article: to identify innovative approaches in the training of specialists in higher education institutions in the context of distance learning. Various innovative approaches to organizing the work of students of higher educational institutions in the context of distance learning are considered. Based on the conducted research, it is concluded that each of the approaches described by us outlines the study of the phenomenon of professional training of a specialist in the condition of distance learning. All the described approaches significantly contribute to the improvement of professional training of specialists, encourage students to self-improvement, professional development and enrich their professional competence in modern conditions. The emergence and spread of innovative technologies means not only a change in the activity itself and its inherent means and mechanisms of its implementation, but also a significant restructuring of goals, value orientations, specific knowledge, skills and abilities. Therefore, the current stage of the development of civilization, scientific and technological progress requires the emergence of such specialists who would have broad humanitarian thinking, would have good psychological training, would be able to build professional activities according to laws that take into account the relationship between economic productivity and creativity, as well as the desire of the individual for constant renewal, self-realization. Only such qualities will help you master the specifics of innovative technologies well. We see the prospects in the study of innovative approaches to training specialists in higher education institutions in the condition of distance learning in foreign countries.

This study analyzed the impact of expectations congruence, usefulness, ease of use, and interaction on the satisfaction of learners who participated in distance learning. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting students taking remote classes operated by universities after COVID-19. The survey was conducted online using learning management system notices and mobile notifications at the end of remote classes. The research results are as follows. First, expectation confirmation was found to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Second, usability was found to have no significant effect on satisfaction. Third, ease of use was found to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Fourth, interaction was found to have the greatest impact on satisfaction. This study analyzed the impact on satisfaction with university distance learning after COVID-19. Based on the research results, it is necessary to specify teaching strategies such as supporting a distance learning environment optimized for learners and strengthening interaction.

This research aimed at investigating Islamic Studies teachers' attitudes towards utilizing virtual learning environment in distance teaching among primary stage pupils. It also aimed at determining the statistical differences among variables due to sex, educational qualification, number of years of experience, and training sessions. This research adopted the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of male and female primary teachers of Islamic Studies (N=250) in governmental schools in Taif. The questionnaire was used as a main research tool. It included (20) items. Results showed that Islamic Studies teachers' attitudes towards utilizing virtual learning environment in distance teaching among primary stage pupils were ranked to a medium degree. There was a statistically significant difference among primary Islamic Studies teachers' attitudes due to sex variable. It was recommended to adopt more training sessions and seminars for adopting the idea of utilizing virtual learning environments among Islamic Studies teachers at boys' and girls' school in Mecca through emphasizing its significance and benefits in Teaching.

A distance learning is diffusing rapidly in society. It is more difficult to confirm a learner's identity and learning processing in a distance learning. Distance learning has a checking attendance system because a teacher and student do not meet face to face. There are some checking attendance systems such as login check, SMS authenticating system, unexpected quiz, and so on. However, existing checking attendance system has some problems to check learner's attendance in a whole lesson. Therefore, this study designed and developed learner's attendance system based on PC camera's shot of certification in a whole lesson. This attendance checking system can judge real attendance of learners in a distance learning and distance evaluation. The system is expected to make trust of a distance learning higher.

This study is to find strategies to promote distance learning effectiveness in the online learning environment. The research showed that the level of learner's perception of the structure of transactional distance was not significantly different according to sex (p>.05). There was significant correlation between the level of learner's perception of the structure and academic satisfaction(p<.01). And, the level of learner's perception of the structure and learning durability appeared to have statistically significant correlation. However there was no significant difference(p>.05) between academic achievement. Among the three subordinate factors, the course interaction organization had the most influence on the learner's academic satisfaction and the learner's learning durability was influenced the most by the content organization.
