  • 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 토론 환경에서 교수자의 사회적 메시지를 통한 피드백 형태가 토론 참여도와 만족도에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과 분석을 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 온라인 토론 환경에서 교수자의 상호작용적 형태의 사회적 메시지를 통한 피드백이 정의적 형태보다 학습자의 토론 참여도 및 만족도를 더 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해, 온라인 토론 환경에서 토론 참여도와 만족도의 향상을 위해 교수자의 사회적 메시지를 통한 피드백 형태의 적절한 활용을 제안한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 토론 수업에서 학구적 자기효능감이 토론 참여도와 만족도에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과 분석을 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 온라인 토론 수업에서 학구적 자기효능감이 토론 참여도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 온라인 토론 수업에서 학구적 자기효능감과 토론 참여도가 토론 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 드러났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해, 온라인 토론 수업에서 토론 참여도와 만족도의 질적 증진을 위해 학습자의 학구적 자기효능감을 활용할 것을 제안한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 비실시간 온라인 토론에서 학습자의 자기조절학습전략이 토론 만족도와 참여 메시지 유형에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과 분석을 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 우선, 비실시간 온라인 토론에서 자기조절학습전략이 토론 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 자기조절학습전략이 인지적 차원의 참여 유형 형태에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해, 비실시간 온라인 토론에서 학습자의 인지적 차원의 참여와 토론 만족 수준의 향상을 위해 자기조절학습전략을 활용할 것이 제안되었다.

A Survey on the Home Meal Satisfaction Levels of High School Students

  • This study aims to identify the importance and satisfaction levels of home meals of high school students. A developed survey was conducted on July 10 through July 13, 2012. Of 12 high schools located in three different areas in South Korea, three high schools were singled out. For the analyses of the study, the following statistical methods were employed: frequency, cross-tabulation, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan as a post-hoc test. As a result, food experiences and education through home meals during childhood promote close ties with other family members and help them develop the food taste and preference that can naturally raise the meal satisfaction level by developing proper eating habit. More implications and discussion are suggested.

  • 이 연구에서는 대학의 혼합학습 환경에 참여한 학습자를 대상으로 학업성취도, 학습만족도, 학습참여도에 영향을 미치는 e-러닝 학습전략의 요인을 조사하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 위해 K대학교에서 혼합학습(BL)에 참여하는 58명을 선정하였다. 연구를 위하여 e-러닝 학습전략, 학업성취도, 학습만족도를 측정하였고, 학습참여도는 LMS의 로그인 정보를 분석하였다. 자료 분석방법으로는 학습자들의 e-러닝 학습전략의 수준을 알아보기 위해 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 학업성취도, 학습참여도, 학습만족도를 예측할 수 있는 e-러닝 학습전략을 알아보기 위해서는 선형 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 학업성취도를 예측하는 변인으로는 시간관리전략, 과부하관리전략으로 규명되었다. 학습참여도를 예측하는 변인으로는 자기주도전략, 시간관리전략, 과부하관리전략으로 규명되었다. 학습만족도를 예측하는 변인으로는 다중토론관리전략, 비동시성관리전략, 사회성으로 규명되었다. 이 연구에서 규명된 예측변인을 토대로 교육효과를 높이기 위해 고려 할 사항을 제언하였다.

의과대학생의 행복과 의학교육의 과제 (Happiness of Medical Students and Tasks in Medical Education)

  • Purpose: Core competencies for becoming a good physician have been the focus of recent discussion. Understanding students' state of mind should be included in this analysis. Thus, the purpose of this study was to review recent research papers on subjective well-being in medical education and propose some suggestions. Methods: A selective search was conducted of the literature that has been published since 2000 in the Medline, Riss4U, ERIC, and KoreaMed databases using the search terms "happiness", "subjective well-being", "satisfaction", and "stress". Thirty seven studies were included in this review. Each was categorized according to 3 subjects (satisfaction, positive affect, negative affect). Results: Most studies showed relatively high levels of distress in medical students, which was related to academic worries. Although medical students were under a great deal of distress, they regarded help-seeking behavior for their distress as weakness or something negative. Conclusion: To decrease medical students' distress and sustain their well-being, there should be a change in students' awareness through curriculum, teaching methods, and coping strategies in medical education.

  • 마트폰 등 스마트기기의 확산으로 촉발된 스마트워크는 국내에서는 근로 시간 대비 낮은 노동 생산성 및 일과 삶의 조화, 저탄소 녹색성장 등의 사회적 논의와 맞물려 이슈화가 되고 있으며 모바일, 보안 및 클라우드 컴퓨팅 관련 IT기술의 발전으로 인한 업무 방식의 변화 또한 스마트워크에 대한 논의의 활성화를 뒷받침하고 있다. 그러나 일부 연구에서는 스마트워크에 대한 막연한 기대와 달리 기대하는 수준의 효과가 없을 것이라 지적하고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트워크 유형 중 홈오피스 방식의 스마트워크 도입 시 직원만족도와 생산성 증대에 미치는 요인들이 무엇인지 고찰하기 위해 실증연구를 실시하였다. 실제 홈오피스 도입 기업의 사용자 인터뷰와 사회-기술적 체계(socio-technical system) 접근기법을 기반 하여, 영향요인을 도출하고 홈오피스 근무자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 일과 삶의 균형, 홈오피스 업무-시스템적합도, 홈오피스-직무적합도가 홈오피스 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였고, 홈오피스-직무적합도와 홈오피스 만족도, 홈오피스 환경품질이 홈오피스 생산성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

카마스터의 지각된 핵심역량 수준이 고객만족에 미치는 영향: 고객접점(MOT)품질의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Influence of the Car Master's Recognized Core Capability level in Achieving Customer Satisfaction: Emphasis on Mediating Effect of Moment of Truth Quality)

  • Purpose - This research identifies the meaning of the core capability level of Car Master and the reason why its service at the Moment of Truth should be demonstrated through empirical cases. It can be seen that this study differs from existing research because it proposes that the recognized core capability level to achieve customer satisfaction should focus on the mediating effect of Moment of Truth quality. This paper examines the effect of Car Master's recognized core capability level on customer satisfaction by using the variables mentioned above. Moreover, this study uses regression analysis to verify that the mediating effect of Moment of Truth quality on Car Master's capability level achieves customer satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - First, we present evidence that could apply to Car Master's recognized core capability level by detailing the relationship between customer satisfaction and a structuring factor for Car Master's core capability level. Our proposed research model observes the relationship between the structuring factor of core capability and customer satisfaction. Second, we had an opportunity to define how the core capability and Moment of Truth quality affect customer satisfaction by performing empirical analysis on the partial mediating effect of Moment of Truth quality at a recognized core capability level and Moment of Truth quality affecting customer satisfaction. Results - First, the results indicate that Car Master's recognized core capability level (product professionalism, marketing skill, and reliability) positively affects customer satisfaction. Second, the results show that an ability to listen and a sense of dedication positively affect customer satisfaction, and are among the Moment of Truth quality factors; but performance capability, which is one of the Moment of Truth quality factors, does not positively affect customer satisfaction. These results clearly differ from prior studies focused on Moment of Truth quality and consumer satisfaction. Third, the results show that Moment of Truth quality has a partial mediating effect in terms of the impact of Car Master's recognized core capability level in achieving consumer satisfaction. Conclusions - This research indicates that the company will be able to expand if they investigate and show an interest in more training and education for Car Master. The study verified that outstanding Car Masters show differentiated performance on customer satisfaction at the Moment of Truth in various instances. Thus, we believe that this is the time for a discussion on systematic and empirically recognized core capability levels and the Moment of Truth quality. The study on Car Master's recognized core capability level offers suitable solutions for Car Masters to respond to customers at the Moment of Truth. Further, this study emphasizes the importance of service as a critical factor having a direct relationship with the company's success and failure and contributing to building trust with the customer. Thus, an investment in continuous education and training for Car Master will help the growth of the business.

Administration order of midazolam/fentanyl for moderate dental sedation

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of administration order when a sedative drug (midazolam) and an opioid analgesic drug (fentanyl) is applied for moderate intravenous (IV) sedation in dentistry. Methods: A retrospective chart review was conducted in one dental clinic during its transition from a midazolam-first to a fentanyl-first protocol for dental procedures requiring moderate IV sedation. Physiological parameters, drug administration times, patient recovery times, drug dosages, and patient recall and satisfaction were investigated for differences. Results: A total of 76 charts (40 midazolam-first and 36 fentanyl-first administrations), were used in the analysis. Administering midazolam first resulted in an average 4.38 min (52%) decrease in administration times (P < 0.001), and a decrease in procedural recollection immediately following the procedure (P = 0.03), and 24 to 48 hours later (P = 0.009). Administering fentanyl first required an average of 2.43 mg (29%) less midazolam (P < 0.001). No significant differences were found for change in vital signs, minimum oxygen saturation levels, recovery times, and patient satisfaction (P > 0.05). Oxygen saturation levels did not drop below 90% for either group; however, 5 cases in the fentanyl-first group fell to between 90% and 92%, compared with 0 cases in the midazolam-first group. Conclusions: The administration order of fentanyl and midazolam may have different effects on patients and the sedation procedure. Findings from this study should be used to facilitate discussion among dental practitioners and to guide additional research investigating this topic.

고위험산모신생아 통합치료센터 (MFICU) 간호사 임파워링 교육프로그램 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Empowering Education Program for Maternal Fetal Intensive Care Unit (MFICU) Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop an empowering education program for Maternal-Fetal Intensive Care Unit (MFICU) nurses who provide intensive care to high-risk mother and fetus at hospitals, to test effects of the education program on nursing care confidence and nursing knowledge, and to examine program satisfaction. Methods: This study comprised of 2 phases: program development and evaluation. First, we have followed a process of program development to develop and refine an empowering education program for MFICU nurses through collaborative works among clinical obstetrics and gynecology doctors and nurses and academic nursing professors. Second, the empowering education program was provided to 49 nurses and evaluated from July 5 to 6, 2019. Levels of MFICU nursing care confidence and knowledge were measured. Results: The empowering education program included 18 hours of lectures, discussion, and Q & A, which continued for 2 days. This program significantly improved high-risk maternal-fetal nursing care confidence and knowledge of nurses. The program was well met with nurses' education need and goals, and found to be highly satisfactory. Conclusion: The empowering education program was observed to be effective in terms of improve nursing care confidence and knowledge of nurses in MFICU. It is proposed that this program should be open regularly for nurses to obtain and improve their clinical knowledge, confidence, and competency. Further study is needed to develop and run 2-levels of education such as basic and advanced levels based on nurses' clinical background and competency.
