푸시-풀형 고주파 공진 인버터에 관한 연구 (A study on the Push-Pull type high frequency resonant inverter)

  • This paper describes a Push-Pull type high fre-quency resonant inverter conposed of consolidation of boost converter circuit and resonant circuit. By using a boost converter circuit the proposed inverter can obtain a twice input voltage of reson ant circuit and reduce a secondary turn ratios. By using both boost-converter and switching device can be reduce by half. Also the ana-lysis of the proposed circuit was described by using normalized parameter and operating characteristics have been evaluated as to switching frequency and parameters. In the future this pro-posed inverter shows that it can be practically used as a power source system for the lighting equipment of discharge lamp induction heating applications.

  • 마이크로파 방전을 이용한 고효율 고출력광원으로 연구 개발되고 있는 2-분자 발광체의 고압증기 플라즈마는 그 특성이 충분히 이해되지 않고 있다. 본 논문은 특유한 물리적 성질을 보이는 2-원자 황분자 증기 플라즈마의 물리적 성질과 광학적 특성에 관하여 총체적인 고찰을 할 것이다. 특히 고압 발광 플라즈마의 마이크로파 흡수 메카니즘 플라즈마 전도율, 및 발광 특성에 관하여 논의 할 것이다.

  • In this paper, an improved full bridge inverter is presented to get multiple output for UV lamp and barrier discharge. It has a structure of two equivalent half bridge inverters and one full bridge inverter. The outputs of the proposed circuit can be controlled using frequency and PWM independently. To verify the proposed circuit, theoretical analysis and experimental results has been done using a prototype power supply.

  • Many mechanical, electrical and electronic products have more than one performance characteristics (PCs). For example the performance degradation of rubidium discharge lamps can be characterized by the rubidium consumption or the decreasing intensity the lamp. The product may degrade due to all the PCs which may be independent or dependent. This paper deals with the design of optimal bivariate step-stress partially accelerated degradation test (PADT) with degradation paths modelled by gamma process. The dependency between PCs has been modelled through Frank copula function. In partial step-stress loading, the unit is tested at usual stress for some time, and then the stress is accelerated. This helps in preventing over-stressing of the test specimens. Failure occurs when the performance characteristic crosses the critical value the first time. Under the constraint of total experimental cost, the optimal test duration and the optimal number of inspections at each intermediate stress level are obtained using variance optimality criterion.

  • A new mercury-free flat fluorescent lamp with a single cell having dimension 2.2inches across the diagonal, had been developed which shows a wide, stable operating voltage margin, high luminance and luminous efficacy by adopting the bipolar pulse drive scheme. In this paper, the single cell is expanded into a multi-structured configuration to realize a 32inch sized panel across the diagonal by a simple repetition of the single cells. A driving scheme is proposed for a 2-bit areal selective dimming using dual auxiliary electrodes and bipolar drive scheme.

  • A simple new method to fabricate transparent carbon nanotube field emission devices was developed. The highly graphitized single wall carbon nanotubes were attached on Sn/ITO glass by arc discharge method. Post heat treatments below the deformation temperature of soda-lime glass guaranteed a good mechanical adhesion and electrical contact of the nanotubes. The Sn layer was oxidized below $400^{\circ}C$ and became transparent. As increasing the oxidation temperatures, the emission properties became stable and life time of emitter has been increased.

  • 대기환경오염물질인 NO가스의 제거를 위하여 방전관을 채용한 3전극-2갭 방식의 새로운 형태의 오존발생기를 설계 제작하였다. 본 논문에서는 원료가스의 유량, 방전전력 및 오존발생기의 사용 개수 변화에 따른 방전특성과 오존생성특성을 연구검토하였으며, 오존발생기로부터 생성된 오존을 NO가스에 접촉시켰을 때 NO 제거특성이 우수하여 방전관형 오존발생기가 대기환경개선 설비로 적용가능함을 확인하였다.

  • The electronic ballasts for low pressure discharge lamps are produced and commercialized. However, the electronic ballasts for high pressure lamps are now in progress because of poor reliability and high cost. The major case of troubles with electronic ballasts are thermal destruction of semiconductor output switches due to non ideal i-v characteristics of switch. The loss converts to heat and rises the temperature of switch and it increases proportionally to switching frequency and value of current and voltage. This study shows the variable frequency ballasts which can suppress the heating of switches efficiently. It is used for the limitation the switch current and the rising temperature of switch by impedance variation of lamp inductor. As a result, initial warm-up time of the proposed ballasts was faster than that of magnetic ballasts about 90 msec. Power factor of tested ballasts follow as ; input and output average of magnetic ballasts are 93 [%] and 86 [%], respectively, And proposed ballasts are 97 [%] and 99 [%], respectively.

  • The power semiconductor switching devices(PSSD) continuously developed, Power Electronic Technology using PSSD is gradually extended. The high frequency inverter to generate the large power high frequency subject to power electronic technology pursuit various applications. Also, in emboss with environmental destruction problem cause the atmosphere and the water pollution to growth of the commercial society, the research in favor of cleaning environmental a pollutant actively proceed. Therefore, This paper describe study on the high frequency pulse power supply. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. The proposed pulse power supply is considerated to be useful for discharge lamp.
