무작위 이송 개체용 실시간 동시 배출 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Real-time Simultaneous Discharge Algorithm for Randomly Feeding Object)

  • Methods of discharging each graded agricultural product are divided into two according to the type of feeding. One is based on feeding objects using a series of specially designed holders mounted with an equal interval. The other is randomly feeding objects while being isolated without a specific interval. In this paper, a real time simultaneous discharge algorithm, which is good for objects randomly fed individually and for multi-objects located along a series of discharge buckets, was developed. And the developed algorithm was implemented to the controller and the performance was verified using the system developed for dried mushrooms. The discharge system used for the experiment was composed of a variable speed conveyor, a series of double channel bucket mounted along both sides of the conveyor, and a series of air nozzles and optic sensors. Developed algorithm worked perfectly and could be directly used for automatic discharge system for randomly feeding agricultural products.

이중베리어방전을 이용한 $NO_x$ 제거 ($NO_x$Removal by using Double Barrier Discharge)

  • In this experimental study we proposed the double dielectric barrier discharge (DDBD) reactor to produce as high an electric field as possible. The experiment are conducted for applied voltage from 15 to 20[kV], $1~4[\ell/min]$ of gas flow rate and 120[Hz] and 240[Hz] of pulse rate. Superposition discharge(SPD) generated in DDBD which combined the surface discharge with the silence discharge was the most effective to reduce the $NO_x$. In the decomposition efficiency per watt, the low pulse rate gave better efficiency than the high pulse rate. However in DeNOx rate, the high pulse rate gave better performance than the low pulse rate. $NO_x$ removal rate and efficiency increased with increasing the applied voltage in all reactors.

건전지의 성능평가 장치 (A Performance Testing Device of Drycell)

  • In this paper, I have developed a high-speed and high-resolution measuring device in order to check the performance of drycell. The system is developed for the drycell manufacturing plant. Measuring time is one of key factors to inference on the production speed. So the developed system is designed to generate the classified result up to 1200ea/min. In the other words, each product can be classified within 25ms. There have been many studies to estimate both state of charge as well as state of health, such as OCV (Open Circuit Voltage), SC (Short Circuit) and measuring impedance with frequency pulse. But those methods take a few second due to surface discharge. To overcome the phenomenon, I developed the method to engage the reverse current to two electrodes of battery. As a result, I could achieve to measure the indigenous capacity without the problem of surface discharge.

전산실의 환기성능 최적화를 위한 연구 (A Study for Optimization the Ventilation Performance of the Computer Room)

  • The objective of the present study is to identify the ventilation problems and to suggest the optimal ventilation system to save energy and to improve IAQ in the computer rooms, which annually performs the cooling operation by the server with the highly thermal load. Numerical results on the temperature and local mean age are presented along with some of the discharge velocities. Results show many interesting aspects of airflow patterns affecting the ventilation performances, according to the discharge velocity of the supply diffuser installed in the bottom surfaces between the servers. As the results, 2.5 m/s of the optimal discharge velocity is needed in order to improve the ventilation performance.

Electrochemical Properties of LiNiyMn2-yO4 Prepared by the Solid-state Reaction

  • LiN $i_{y}$M $n_{2-y}$ $O_4$were synthesized by calcining a mixture of LiOH, Mn $O_2$(CMD), and NiO at 40$0^{\circ}C$ for 10 h and then calcining at 85$0^{\circ}C$ for 48 h in air with intermediate grinding. The voltage vs. discharge capacity curves at a current density 300 $\mu$A/c $m^2$ between 3.5 V and 4.3 V showed two plateaus, but the plateaus became ambiguous as the y value increases. The sample with y=0.02 had the largest first discharge capacity, 118.1 mAh/g. As the value y increases from 0.02 up to 0.2, on the whole, the cycling performance became better. The LiN $i_{0.10}$M $n_{1.90}$ $O_4$sample had a relatively large first discharge capacity 95.0 mAh/g and showed an excellent cycling performance. The samples with larger lattice parameter have, in general, larger discharge capacities. The reduction curves in the cyclic voltammograms for the y=0.05-0.20 samples exhibit three peak showing that the reduction may proceed in three stages in these samples. For the samples with relatively large discharge capacity, the lattice destruction induced by strain causes the capacity fading of LiN $i_{y}$M $n_{2-y}$ $O_4$ with cycling.cling.ing.

  • 이산화탄소 소화설비는 질식소화가 주된 소화작용이므로 제한된 시간 내에 소화약제를 방출하여 방호구역의 산소농도를 기준치 이하로 유지시키는 능력이 확보되어야 한다. 국내에서 이산화탄소 소화설비는 국민안전처 고시에 따라 인증된 설계프로그램을 사용하여 소화설비를 설계하고 있다. 그러나 소화설비가 설치된 방호구역의 기하학적 구조는 성능인증 단계의 모의실험장치와 차이가 있기 때문에 설계프로그램 적용 범위를 벗어난 소화설비 설계가 이루어질 수 있다. 특히, 저압식 이산화탄소 소화설비는 배관 내 유동현상에 따라 소화약제 방출량이 변하므로 소화설비 설치 후에 현장 방출시험을 통하여 성능을 확인할 필요가 있다. 현재까지 국내 외 기술기준에는 방출시험에 대한 방법론이 구체적으로 명시되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 기술기준을 비교 분석하고, 방출시험 사례분석을 통하여 현장 방출시험 방법론을 제시하였다.

Discharge Capacity Fading of LiCoyMn2-yO4 with Cycling

  • LiCo$_{y}$Mn$_{2-y}$O$_4$ samples were synthesized by calcining a mixture of LiOH.$H_2O$, MnO$_2$ (CMD) and CoCO$_3$ calcining at 40$0^{\circ}C$ for 10 h and then calcining twice at 75$0^{\circ}C$ for 24 h in air with intermediate grinding. All the synthesized samples exhibited XRD patterns for the cubic spinel phase with a space group Fd(equation omitted)m. The electrochemical cells were charged and discharged for 30 cycles at a current density 600 $mutextrm{A}$/$\textrm{cm}^2$ between 3.5 and 4.3 V. As the value of y increases, the size of particles becomes more homogeneous. The first discharge capacity decreases as the value of y increases, its value for y=0.00 being 92.8 mAh/g. The LiMn$_2$O$_4$ exhibits much better cycling performance than that reported earlier. The cycling performance increases as the value of y increases. The efficiency of discharge capacity is 98.9% for y=0.30. The larger lattice parameter for the smaller value of y is related to the larger discharge capacity. The more quantity of the intercalated and the deintercalated Li in the sample with the larger discharge capacity brings about the larger capacity fading rate.ate.

조선대학교 사이클로트론 시설의 RI 배기필터 성능평가 및 18F 배출저감 연구 (Performance of the RI Exhaust Filter at Chosun University Cyclotron Facility and 18F Emission Reduction)

  • Recently, the number of PET cyclotrons has increased in Korea. A cyclotron mainly produces $^{18}F$, which is used for the production of [$^{18}F$]FDG, a cancer diagnostic radiopharmaceutical. For radiation protection, the discharge control standard under the Nuclear Safety Act limits the radioactive concentration of $^{18}F$ in the exhaust discharged from a nuclear power utilization facility to below $2,000Bq\;m^{-3}$. However, the radioactive concentration of $^{18}F$ discharged during [$^{18}F$]FDG production at the cyclotron facility at Chosun University is maintained at about $1,500Bq\;m^{-3}$ on average, which is 75% of the concentration limit of the discharge control standard, and temporarily exceeds the standard as per the real-time monitoring results. This study evaluated the performance of the exhaust filter unit of the cyclotron facility at Chosun University by assessing the concentration of $^{18}F$ in the exhaust, and an experiment was conducted on the discharge reduction, where $^{18}F$ is discharged without reacting with the FDG precursors during [$^{18}F$]FDG synthesis and is immediately captured by the [$^{18}F$]FDG automatic synthesis unit. Based on the performance evaluation results of the exhaust filter at the cyclotron facility of Chosun University, the measured capture efficiency before and after the filter was found to be 92%. Furthermore, the results of the discharge reduction experiment, where the exhaust $^{18}F$ was immediately captured by the [$^{18}F$]FDG synthesizer, showed a very satisfactory 94.3% reduction in the concentration of discharge compared to the existing discharge concentration.

국내 PBD재의 배수성능과 진공효과에 의한 통수능력 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Drainage Performance of Domestic Plastic Board Drains and Recovery of Discharge Capacity by Vacuum Effect)

  • 연약지반 개량공법으로 국내에서 생산된 플라스틱 보드 드레인(PBD)이 많이 사용되고 있으나 이들에 대한 물리적 성질 및 배수성능의 검증이 미약한 실정이다. 또한 PBD의 웰 레지스턴스(well resistance)에 크게 영향을 미치는 공기(기포)의 영향에 대한 인식이 부족하다고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대형 실험장치를 이용하여 먼저 국산 PBD를 중심으로 물리적 성질 및 배수성능 시험을 실시하여 제품의 질적 수준을 규명하고 대표적인 국외제품과 비교했다. 아울러 PBD재의 꺾임 부분에 누적된 공기(기포)가 통수능력에 지장을 초래하는 것을 재확인하였으며 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 진공펌프를 이용하여 필기(기포)를 제거시키므로써 통수능력의 회복이 가능하다는 것을 나타냈다.

Li[Ni0.2Li0.2Mn0.6]O2 양극물질의 Ag 도핑(Doping) 효과 (Ag Doping Effect on Li[Ni0.2Li0.2Mn0.6]O2 Cathode Material)

  • Ag doping effect on $Li[Ni_{0.2}Li_{0.2}Mn_{0.6}]O_2$ cathode material was studied. Specially, we focused on rate performance of Ag doped samples. The $Li[Ni_{0.2}Li_{0.2}Mn_{0.6}]O_2$ powder was prepared by simple combustion method and the Ag was doped using $AgNO_3$ during gelation process. Based on X-ray diffraction analysis, there was no structural change by Ag doping, but the 'metallic' form of Ag was included in the doped powder. Both bare and Ag 1 wt.% doped sample showed similar discharge capacity of 242 mAh/g at 0.2C rate. However, as the increase of charge-discharge rate to 3C, Ag 1 wt.% doped sample showed higher discharge capacity (172 mAh/g) and better cyclic performance than those of bare sample. The discharge capacity of Ag 5 wt.% doped sample was relatively low at all rate condition. However it displayed better rate performance than other samples.
