This study aims to find the perception and utilization of the citizen about the dryness watch warning (DWW) among special weather reports. For this we have made up a descriptive questionnaire including the perception, utilization of special weather reports. Using the SPSS 17.0 program, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe test were used to analyze the collected data. The results are as follows; The perception of DWW is measured by 4 point Likert scale and the average is $15.97{\pm}3.70$ (percentile=57.0). This value shows that the awareness level is not that high and according to the occupation, college students show the lowest awareness and housewives show the highest awareness. According to the age, the teens and twenties show the lowest awareness and fifties and sixties show the highest awareness. Although the perception of the teens and college students are rather poor, there were many positive answers that it is necessary to establish the advanced disaster prevention plan according to the questionnaire about the utilization of DWW. Therefore, if we come up with an effective plan to improve the perception than we can expect a large-effect in terms of fire and forest fire prevention. The perception of DWW can be improved by providing weather information and weather related education program on TV or internet which have the high level of preference. Also, it is necessary to provide online and offline program of advertising education and disaster management education through the weather forecast bureau which is the host organization of delivering weather information.

본 연구에서는 도시지역과 농촌지역의 재난안전에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 도시와 농촌지역의 재난안전에 관한 현황을 조사하였으며 도시지역에 비해 농촌지역의 재난안전에 관한 의식조사를 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 도시지역과 농촌지역의 재난안전도 특성과 개선방안을 검토하였다.

본 연구는 재난과 관련한 공공도서관 역할에 대한 사서의 인식을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 통해 재난 관련 공공도서관 역할을 도출하였으며, 이러한 역할에 대한 사서의 인식을 살펴보기 위해 공공도서관 사서 대상의 설문조사를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 재난 관련 도서관역할에 대한 사서들의 인지도는 과반에 못 미치는 낮은 수준으로 확인되었으나, 지역사회 재난 발생 시 관련 역할의 필요성에 대해 전반적으로 지지하는 입장이었으며, 역할의 유익성에 대한 평가도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사서들은 재난 관련 도서관의 세부 역할 중 이재민을 위한 심리 정서적 지원, 재난 지원 기관과의 협력, 재난 대피소 및 보호소 역할, 재난 관련 정보서비스, 주민의 재난 경험 아카이빙, 아웃리치서비스, 지역사회 지원 등의 순으로 그 필요성을 인식하였다. 셋째, 사서들은 재난으로 스트레스 및 상처를 받은 지역주민을 위해 심리 정서적으로 지원하는 서비스를 도서관역할의 필요성과 유익성 측면에서 가장 높게 평가하였다. 넷째, 사서직급과 소속도서관의 유형에 따라 재난 관련 도서관역할에 대한 사서의 인식에 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로, 개별 도서관을 중심으로 재난과 관련한 공공도서관 역할 개발 및 이행을 위한 주요 방안을 제언하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 자연재난을 경험한 농촌주민을 대상으로 재난 후 개인의 변화와 재해인식, 심리적 스트레스를 알아보고 이에 따른 농촌주민의 재난대책방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 2017년 7월 집중호우로 직간접적인 피해를 입은 충청남도 청주시에 거주하는 농촌주민을 대상으로 하였으며, 설문조사와 인터뷰 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 성별에 따른 재해인식에 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 많은 주민들이 외상 후 스트레스를 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 고찰 및 제언을 통해 농촌주민의 재난 후 성장을 위한 방향을 제안하였다.

본 연구논문은 지방자치단체에서 재난관리에 관한 총괄 조정업무를 담당하고 있는 일반 행정직공무원과 긴급구조업무를 담당하고 있는 소방공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 재난대응훈련에 관한 인식을 조사하였다. 설문조사결과 두 직렬공무원 모두 재난대응훈련에 동원되는 장비 및 훈련에 필요한 예산의 확보, 유관기관 사이의 네트워크 구축, 실제상황 및 지역특성의 반영, 훈련평가결과는 재난대응매뉴얼 및 다음 훈련에 반영, 훈련에 필요한 지휘통신 시스템의 확보 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

건축물 화재상황에서 피난시간을 감소시키기 위한 기존의 노력들은 피난시간의 구성요소 중 피난행동시간을 감소시키는 데 집중되었다. 그러나 피난행동시간의 비율이 전체 피난시간의 1/3임에도 불구하고 이를 제외한 인지시간과 초기대응행동시간을 감소시키기 위한 고려는 부족한 실정이며, 특히 피난행동시간만을 감소시킴으로써 피난성공률을 향상시킬 수 없는 상황이 발생하게 되었다. 따라서 인지시간과 초기대응행동시간을 감소시킬 수 있는 재난정보라는 개념이 주목 받게 되었다. 본 연구는 재난정보가 재실자특성에 작용하는 과정을 분석하기 위해 피난시간의 감소 측면에서 10가지 주요 재난정보와 3가지 재실자특성 요소의 관계를 설명하는 재난정보-재실자특성 연관성을 도출하였다. 또한 노인, 지적장애인, 청각장애인과 시각장애인을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 가상의 피난실험을 수행, 재난정보가 재실자특성에 작용하는 과정을 부족한 재실자특성을 보완하여 최저수준의 화재안전성을 확보하는 과정과 일정 수준 보유한 재실자특성을 극대화하여 화재안전성을 확보하는 과정으로 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 직관적인 수준에서 설명되는 기존의 재난정보-재실자특성 간의 관계에 피난시간의 감소라는 관점에서의 설명력을 더하였고, 향후 다양한 재실자 유형이 존재하는 상황에서의 재난정보 관계에 대하여 후속연구가 진행된다면 재난정보와 재실자특성을 고려하는 후속 연구에 기초적 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that affect nursing students' perception of pediatric safety nursing activities for children during hospitalization. Methods: The study sample included 304 nursing students who had participated in pediatric nursing practice. Data were analyzed using SAS 9.3 program. Results: Regression analysis showed that the model's explanatory power was 37%. Safety policy and procedure, safety priority, disaster experience, and knowing a place of refuge were factors affecting the perception of safety nursing activities for children during hospitalization. Conclusion: Findings show that safety policy and procedures and safety priority are major factors that affect the perception of safety nursing activities and indicate that effective education programs on safety policy and procedure and safety priority are necessary to improve the perception of safety nursing activities.

본 논문에서는 사회재난에 관한 효과적인 대응방안 검토를 위하여 ICT기술을 활용하는 방안에 대한 설문조사 결과를 소개한다. 일반인 146명과 행정 및 소방 공무원 55명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 일반응답자의 87%는 현재의 사회재난 대응시스템에 문제가 있다고 답했으며, 82%는 ICT기술이 사회재난 저감에 효과를 발휘할 것이라고 응답했다. 또한 공무원의 경우 ICT기술의 필요성 및 기대효과에 대한 조사에서 재난대응을 위한 필요정보로서 지리정보 및 시설물정보가 높게 조사되었다.

With the implementation of the "Critical Disaster Punishment Act" in 2022, the safety and health management system within the organization is being established and awareness of the importance of safety culture is spreading. Measuring the level of safety culture in an organization can grasp the perception and attitude of members about safety. You can also identify the safety-related problems and improvements of the organization. In this study, prior studies on the safety culture level scale were considered, focusing on domestic literature studied from 2001 to 2021. Domestic literature was analyzed by research period, research field, author, core terms, and constituent factors of scale. The implications of the research trend analysis results of the safety culture level scale were derived.

산업안전보건 관계법령의 강화와 중대재해처벌법의 시행으로 기존의 안전보건기준의 준수 개념에서 안전보건관리체계 구축으로 대한민국의 안전보건 패러다임이 바뀌었지만 안전보건경영시스템에 대한 접근은 인증항목별 구축의 관점에서만 접근이 이루어지고 실질적으로 시스템을 운영하는 사람을 중심으로한 접근은 미약하여 안전보건경영시스템 인증항목을 세부지표로 개발하여 본사와 현장 조직구성원들에게 설문을 통한 성과측정으로 건설관리자들의 안전보건경영시스템에 대한 인식수준을 파악하고자 함.
