이 연구는 국내에 거주하는 유학생들의 한국어 수준이 안전의식에 미치는 영향 간에 인과관계를 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 한국어 표현과 이해능력이 안전의식에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석할 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국어 표현능력은 생활안전의식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치나 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 이해능력은 생활안전의식에 부(-)의 영향을 미치나 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국어 표현능력은 소방안전의식에 유의미한 영향을 미치고, 정(+)의 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 한국어 표현능력은 재난안전의식에 유의미한 영향을 미치고, 정(+)의 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유학생들이 한국에 체류하여 생활하면서 한국 생활에 맞는 안전의식을 준수하도록 강화할 필요가 있으며, 한국어 교육 시 생활 한국어뿐만 아니라 안전과 관련된 주제로 한 한국어 이해 교육도 반드시 강화되어야 할 것이다.

This study aims to investigate the correlation between the causes of natural disasters and feng shui factors targeting disaster management experts, feng shui experts, and the general public who are interested in feng shui. To this end, it is intended to reveal that the factors of the disaster at Mt. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of three factors on disasters: feng shui factors, natural factors, and social factors. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting feng shui experts, disaster management experts, master's and doctoral students in feng shui geography, residents of the Umyeonsan disaster area, and people interested in feng shui geography. 260 copies of the questionnaire were prepared and 248 copies were used for the final analysis. First, in order to analyze the impact of feng shui factors on awareness of disaster occurrence, after controlling for demographic variables, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the impact of feng shui factors on awareness of disaster occurrence. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of natural factors on awareness of disaster occurrence, looking at each independent variable in the second-stage regression analysis. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of social factors on awareness of disaster occurrence, looking at each independent variable in the second-stage regression analysis. Finally, as a result of the T-test and Anova analysis conducted for discriminant analysis, if the p-value was less than .005, the F value for each group was obtained as a result of the ANOVA analysis on the feng-shui factors

본 논문에서는 사회 환경의 변화에 따라 재난 발생 시 반복되는 재난현장 대응체계 현황검토를 통해 문제점을 파악하고 소방대공무원의 의식조사를 통하여 재난현장 대응체계의 현 실태 및 발전방안을 제시하였다. 재난현장에서 재난안전대책본부와 긴급구조통제단의 유기적인 협조체계가 이루어져 명령에 대한 권한의 중복성이 없도록 행동의 범위 및 시점이 명확하게 개선되어야 한다. 또한 재난현장 대응능력 강화를 위한 체계적인 교육 및 훈련체계가 구축되어야 하고 그를 위한 인력 및 장비도 증가되어야 한다. 마지막으로 재난 발생 시 초동대응능력을 향상시키기 위한 전술 개발 및 대응계획 수립 등 세부적인 대책이 요구된다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 재난간호 핵심수행능력에 영향을 미치는 융합적인 요인들을 파악하기 위하여 시도하였다. 연구 대상은 4년제 간호대학에 재학중인 간호대학생 224명이였으며 측정 도구는 재난인식, 재난준비도, 자아탄력성, 재난간호 핵심수행능력에 관한 문항으로 구성되었다. 재난인식, 재난준비도, 자아탄력성, 핵심수행능력 정도는 기술통계로 분석하였고 제 변수들 간의 상관관계는 Pearson correlation coefficients, 핵심수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다중 선형 회귀분석(Multiple linear regression)을 적용하였다. 핵심수행능력은 재난인식, 재난준비도, 자아탄력성과 유의한 정적상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 재난준비도(${\beta}=.413$), 학년(${\beta}=.165$), 임상실습만족도(${\beta}=-.160$), 자아탄력성(${\beta}=.159$), 재난교육경험(${\beta}=-.120$)순으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 핵심수행능력의 35.8%를 설명하였다. 본 연구 결과는 간호대학생들의 재난간호 핵심수행능력 프로그램 개발에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to test the effects of video-based fire safety education among college students on the students' fire safety knowledge and disaster safety awareness and competency. Improvements were found in fire safety knowledge (t = -3.24, p = 0.001), social disaster awareness (t = -2.25, p = 0.025), basic disaster awareness (t = -2.44, p = 0.015), and disaster safety capacity (t = -2.04, p = 0.043). The contents of safety-education materials should be continuously developed. Those materials should be provided to many people, and future research should test the longer-term effects of those educational interventions.

본 연구에서는 농촌지역의 재난안전마을을 구축하기 위해 농촌지역의 재난 발생 현황 및 사례를 검토하였다. 또한 과거 재난발생이력이 있는 6개 마을에 대해 실태조사를 통하여 재난 발생 현황 및 문제점 등을 알아보고 주민 의식조사를 실시해 농촌지역 재난안전에 대한 의식수준 및 필요사항을 조사하였다. 이러한 연구수행을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 농촌의 지역별 특성을 충분히 반영한 맞춤식 재난안전관리 대책마련이 요구된다. 둘째, 재난안전에 대한 농촌주민의 관심과 참여를 위한 방안마련이 필요하다. 또한 지속적인 교육 및 훈련을 통하여 주민방재의식을 향상시키기 위한 맞춤식 컨텐츠 개발이 요구된다. 셋째, 정부에서는 지속적인 예산 지원과 사업의 지속성을 유지하기 위한 법/제도적 근거를 마련하여 농촌지역의 안전도 향상에 이바지해야 한다.

Since the mankind started its space mission, the number of artificial space objects has been increasing exponentially. It contains not just the space machines which are in use but the machines which are out of order. Meantime, those dead machines are being a serious danger, a real threat to human's lives and property because of it could re-enter into the earth's atmosphere and fall to the ground causing mega-disaster. As the number of space activities gets growing so far, the re-entry of the space objects will be a lot more happened in the future. Therefore, not just natural space object like asteroids but the artificial space object like artificial satellite and space station can cause the disaster by falling to the ground. To protect our nation and our property, the government has set up the space disaster management center in Korea astronomy and Space science Institute. In this study, we surveyed public's recognition of the space object's re-entry situation and analyzed it to contribute building national space disaster management policy.

연구목적: 활동지원사의 안전의식과 안전행동은 시각장애인의 안전에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에, 본 연구에서는 시각장애인 활동지원사들이 갖고 있는 안전의식과 안전행동에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법:본 연구는 2021년 5월 ~ 6월까지 서울의 활동지원서비스를 제공하는 수행기관 9곳의 모집문건을 통해 참여의사를 밝히고 서면동의를 한 시각장애인 활동지원사 263명을 대상으로 하였으며, 결과분석을 위해 차이검증, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 소화기 실제 연습경험이 있고 재난상황의 행동요령에 대한 교육을 받은 활동지원사들이 안전의식과 안전행동이 높았다. 또한 응급구조법을 교육받은 경우 활동지원사의 생활안전의식과 소방안전의식이 높았으나 재난안전의식에서는 차이가 없었으며, 안전행동은 더 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 모든 안전의식은 안전행동과 높은 관련성을 보였다. 셋째, 시각장애인 활동지원사의 생활안전의식, 소방안전의식, 재난안전의식이 높을수록 안전행동이 높았다. 결론: 본 연구는 시각장애인이 보다 안전한 삶을 살 수 있도록 활동지원사에게 적절한 안전교육을 제공하고 안전의식을 고취시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 실시하는 것이 중요함을 밝혔다.

인적 재난은 체계적인 예방과 지속적인 점검을 통해 피해를 대폭 줄일 수 있는 재난이므로 시설을 이용하는 시민의 안전의식도 중요하지만 시설안전을 관리하는 경비원의 안전의식이 더욱 중요하게 고려된다. 즉, 경비원의 안전의식과 전문성 함양은 인적 재난을 포함한 사회적 재난의 피해규모를 축소시키고 효과적 안전관리를 가능하게 한다는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시설경비원의 재난안전의식을 향상시키기 위한 영향요인으로 교육훈련 및 조직 안전분위기를 변수로 선정하여 분석을 실시한 후 다음과 같은 연구결과를 확인하였다. 첫째, 교육훈련 중 교육내용과 교육환경은 재난안전의식에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 조직 안전분위기는 재난안전의식에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 즉, 교육훈련의 개선과 조직적 차원에서의 안전문화형성은 재난안전의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 효과적인 안전관리를 가능하게 할 것이다.

Recent abnormal climate has increased the frequent of heavy rains and floods, and over 100 people have been killed in the last decade caused by these. In the midst of severe flood disasters, safety education to learn how to respond and evacuate them has become important. The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs and effective education types for the flood disaster school safety education. This study shows Analysis the current state of school safety education based on the 7 standards of school safety education, especially in disaster safety categories through the survey of secondary school teachers and students. And a desirable form of flood safety education was derived by analysis of awareness of flood disaster safety education and their educational needs. More than 70% of teachers and students hoped for a experience-based flood disaster safety education, they wanted to learn once a year, one hour from a safety education specialist in experience facilities. As for the contents of the training, they wanted to experience evacuation in the event of flood disaster, and also wanted education related to survival swimming. The most necessary thing for the establishment of experience-based disaster safety education was the expansion of experience facilities.
