If the automated image calibration system is performed in the position of non-experts, an expert will be required in every case inefficiently. But this requires an expert only when absolutely necessary. As well as the rapid system operation and efficient workforce can be managed. Image correction to perform projector inspection and management skills and to filter SW plug-in correction is that special theater system maintenance is not only managed efficiently, but also combined image analysis techniques can improve the technical perfection. This paper is to minimize the economic loss by developing a 10-bit High-depth and high-resolution $360^{\circ}$ projection image analysis technique and is to development of the special theater calibration system to effectively support quality.

This paper analyzed the statistical status of public properties, management organization, operational performance focused on Gyeonggido. And This paper tried to get some implications through comparative analysis of public property management system of Gyeonggido and other local governments including Seoul, Incheon. The survey was also conducted on the whole practitioners of public property management in Gyeonggido. As a result of analysis, although Gyeonggido has an urgent need to raise funds because financial independence is insurfficient, non-tax revenues from it's own public properties are insignificant compared to holdings. The major reason would be pointed out that the dedicated management department on public property is not composed and lack of workforce. The survey results conformed that establishment of the dedicated department to public property management is urgent by reorganization of management structure for the higher operational performance.

Though the latest ICT technology is expected to serve as a bridgehead for future industrial development as the core of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the gap in ICT technology is still directly connected to the disparity in wealth and it is widening. Training to foster female ICT capabilities in developing countries is an opportunity to foster quality workforce for national development and a means to close the technology gap. The study aims to investigate the status of infrastructure and ICT education at UHP University in Indonesia, as a preparation for educating students in developing countries with ICT skills. Based on this survey, we develop appropriate ICT education contents for female students and provide necessary policies for ongoing education. We will seek ways to improve efficiency in education by comparing and analyzing the results of the previous research, Life University survey.

This study aims to explore the characteristics of platform for social service delivery and the electronic voucher system as an instrument for the delivery. The paper discusses the concept and characteristics of platform and reviews the factors by which firms migrate to platform. Social service e-vouchers are an example of a government platform that pays e-vouchers to consumers and gives them the choice of services. Then it analyzes the case of platform establishment to deliver social services. The demand on welfare services has changed with demographic structure. The change in demand requires innovation in the social service delivery system and adoption of strategies to move to the platform. Factors that enabled the social service delivery platform to build both demand and supply sides include access to employment policies, industrial connection, workforce training, and requirements for social service eligibilities.

This research aims to explore the possibility of open source software for creating digital archives of small organizations or ordinary people that run short of budget and professional workforce and may easily create digital archives without the help of a professional. To do so, this study suggested three open source software, AtoM, ArchivesSpace, and Omeka, for such use, and conducted usability tests with system designers and users who had no experience with open source software. The results of the usability testing was that AtoM, which was developed to support the records management system and user services of small organizations, proved satisfactory to both system designers and users. ArchivesSpace had too many required fields with it to create archives. Omeka greatly satisfied the system designers because it is possible to create archives with simple inputs on the item level. However, Omeka, which focuses on exhibition functions while neglecting search functions, registered low satisfaction among the users. Based on the results of the usability testing, this study suggested selection criteria of open source software for small organizations or ordinary individuals, namely, purposes, license, characteristics, service creation environment, advantages and disadvantages, functions, metadata, file type, and interoperability.

With the rapid development of scientific technologies and the appearance of new industrial areas, the 4th industrial revolution is rapidly progressed while new values are created and realized by the conversion between industries. The researcher wrote the main questions through the preceding research on domestic and overseas major new technology convergence products and services. The researcher planned the in-depth interview, which is one of the qualitative research methodologies, and conducted the Kano method questionnaire that can embody multidimensional and strategic judgment rather than grasp fragmentary preference trends. According to the results, In addition to strengthening the technical capabilities of the VR/AR game industry, policy needs to raise professional manpower have been raised. Practical workforce development through close collaboration between industry and educational institutions, and continuous supply of human resources through retraining of existing game contents personnel. It gave direction to the creation of new jobs in the VR/AR game industry.

This study aimed to compare the perception of dental role-play or dental ASMR videos between the general public and dental personnel, to determine whether they are suitable for mass media or educational media, and to identify guidelines for video production. The survey consent form was agreed on using SNS for the general public and dental personnel, 236 ordinary people and 232 dental officers who said that they watched dental ASMR videos were analyzed. The questionnaire consisted of 27 questions for the general public and 31 for dental personnel. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test and the Independent T-test using SPSS 25.0 ver. The viewing experience of 'dental ASMR videos' was significantly higher among dentists (84.7%) than among the general population (71.5%) (p<0.001). Overall, 53.8% of the general public were interested in watching dental ASMR videos, and 47.8% of dental personnel acquired clinical information from them.. Overall, 64.8% of the general public and 65.5% of the dental workforce felt that such technical videos should be produced under the guidance of experts in the field to provide accurate technical information. It is necessary to avoid indiscriminate video production with inaccurate information produced by non-experts and to continuously monitor dental ASMR videos dental institutions for better quality of the videos.

This paper examines the security threats to enterprise Generative Artificial Intelligence systems and proposes countermeasures. As AI systems handle vast amounts of data to gain a competitive edge, security threats targeting AI systems are rapidly increasing. Since AI security threats have distinct characteristics compared to traditional human-oriented cybersecurity threats, establishing an AI-specific response system is urgent. This study analyzes the importance of AI system security, identifies key threat factors, and suggests technical and managerial countermeasures. Firstly, it proposes strengthening the security of IT infrastructure where AI systems operate and enhancing AI model robustness by utilizing defensive techniques such as adversarial learning and model quantization. Additionally, it presents an AI security system design that detects anomalies in AI query-response processes to identify insider threats. Furthermore, it emphasizes the establishment of change control and audit frameworks to prevent AI model leakage by adopting the cyber kill chain concept. As AI technology evolves rapidly, by focusing on AI model and data security, insider threat detection, and professional workforce development, companies can improve their digital competitiveness through secure and reliable AI utilization.

In this study, the problem of child care gaps has arisen due to the expansion of women's entry into the workforce and the increase in working couples, and the care cliff phenomenon after children enter elementary school has been identified as one of the causes of women's career disconnection and low birth rates, and child care services have been initiated to solve care problems and balance work and family. The importance of childcare services to the safety and well-being of children has been highlighted by the restrictions on school attendance and the absence of caregivers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The government has been making policy efforts to reduce the gap in child care, but problems with the effectiveness and efficiency of the child care system have arisen due to unstable target selection and delivery systems by ministries and projects in the implementation of child care services. Therefore, this study examines the child care services implemented by each ministry to reduce the blind spots of after-school care services in the community and prepare efficient operation plans for various delivery systems, and seeks directions for the development of child care services.

The logistics industry is converging with digital technology and growing into various logistics automation systems. However, inspection and loading/unloading, which are mainly performed in logistics work, depend on human resources, and the workforce is shrinking due to the decline in the productive population due to the low birth rate and aging. Although much research is being conducted on the development of automated logistics systems to solve these problems, there is a lack of research and development on load stacking stability, which has the potential to cause significant accidents. In this study, loading boxes with various sizes and positions of the center of gravity were set up, and a method for stacking that with high stability is presented. The size of the loading box is measured using a depth camera. The loading box's weight and center of gravity are measured and estimated by a developed device with four loadcells. The measurement error is measured through various repeated experiments and is corrected using the least squares method. The robot arm performs load stacking by determining the target position so that the centers of gravity of the loading boxes with unbalanced masses with a random sequence are transported in alignment. All processes were automated, and the results were verified by experimentally confirming load stacking stability.
