This study, which checked diagnostic agreement at the femoral region and lumbar region during diagnosis of osteoporosis and surveyed errors related with choosing measured parts, aimed at providing basic date for right diagnosis of osteoporosis. The study, using the first, second years of the fifth period from initial data from National Nutrition Survey, surveyed 1,637 men and 2,128 women at the age of 50 years or older. The study used kappa test to grasp the agreement between the occurrence of osteoporosis at the femoral region and lumbar region and whether or not received doctor's diagnosis. Women showed diagnostic agreement of osteoporosis at all of the femoral region and lumbar region, with diagnostic agreement of the lumbar region being higher than that of the femoral region. While, men showed diagnostic agreement of osteoporosis only at the lumbar region. Bone density changes with the age and varies depending on parts, and so, the study believes, measuring bone density should conduct all of the femoral region and lumbar region and diagnosis had better be made focused on the lumbar region.

This study was performed to investigate the relations on nursing professionalism, consciousness of biomedical ethics and intrapersonal intelligence of nursing students. The study included 159 nursing students. Data collection period was from December 3, 2018 to December 7 (5 days). Nursing professionalism was 3.97 with low social awareness and consciousness of biomedical ethics was 2.95 with high right to life of newborn and organ transplantation but low artificial abortion and euthanasia. Intrapersonal intelligence was 3.79, which showed high self reflection and self-understanding but low self-planning. There was significant positive correlation between nursing professionalism and consciousness of biomedical ethics (r=.31, p<.001) and nursing professionalism and intrapersonal intelligence(r=.39, p<.001). Nursing professionalism showed a positive correlation with biomedical ethics and intrapersonal intelligence. As a result, the nursing education strategy for positive establishment of nursing professionalism of nursing college students needs to be provided with education to improve intrapersonal intelligence that can improve self-development and education that deals with the foundation of Nursing professionalism.

Due to the recent Corona 19 outbreak, camping culture is rapidly drawing attention from many people. Convective heating devices, which many campers use during winter, have the temperature stratification problem. To solve this problem, various power circulators are being used. Several non-powered circulators are also on sale, but the direction of the circulator is designed to be at the right angle relative to the convection heating mechanism and the circulator does not properly play the role of air circulation. To solve this problem, a 3D printer is used to design a non-powered circulator in the same direction as the convection heating mechanism. Electricity is generated without power using Peltier element and ceramic paper and the circulator is produced to withstand heat using HTPLA-CF filament. This study presents a method to solve the temperature stratification problem through efficient convective circulation. In addition, the purpose of this study is to manufacture products at a lower cost by using a 3D printer.

This study compared business performance and earnings quality before and after the COVID-19 pandemic for information and communication companies whose sales increased due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. For this, 4 indicators of ROA, growth potential, liquidity, and stability are used for business performance, and for earnings quality, the standard deviation of the residuals measured by the Dechow and Dichev(2002) model and Francis et al.(2005) model was used. As a result of the analysis, ROA, a representative business performance indicator, increased after xthe period compared to the period before the pandemic, but liquidity was rather deteriorated. As for the quality of earnings, it was confirmed that earnings sustainability is maintained in the post-pandemic period compared to the previous period, similar to ROA. Overall, the profit level and earnings quality of information and communications companies seemed to be improving, while liquidity was deteriorating. This confirms that companies that have overcome the immediate crisis are not ready to pay off their debts right away. Therefore, it suggests that companies need restructuring to reduce their increased debt from the time the COVID-19 subsides.

Most Consumers don't pay attention the process of giving consent for the provision of personal information. The terms of giving consent of personal information provision including 3rd party provision related contents. Although personal information leakage were related 3rd party sharing, consumers can't recognize the details. Therefore, this study focused on the perception of 3rd party provision of personal information. Consumers recognized 3rd party as who are related the service offer or not. Consumers want to know the cases of personal information sharing to the 3rd party, and if the business operators got benefit to share personal information with 3rd party, consumers want to know the facts. To understand the terms easily, the format have to be revised and to be standardized. Standardization of consent forms is very important for consumers to understand the difficult documents and the development of the business system to collect and use consumer's personal information to guarantee the right to self-determination of personal information.

As a multicultural society, is it right to adhere to the prevention principle of permanent migration of migrant workers? We need to try to do a little more calm consideration on the prevention principle for permanent migration rather than in terms of human right and emotional aspect. Even though there is a suggestion that we need to decrease the proportion of 3D Jobs by improving industrial demand, migrant workers can be an alternative in that we need a solution unless we can be freed from 3D Jobs. The prevention principle for permanent migration not only is against the trend of multicultural society but also blocks the opportunity for migrant workers to share their skills and knowledge taught in our country. In addition, with the society aging, that the permanent migration of migrant workers can be proper channels to supply young labor force should be kept in mind. In addition to this practical aspect, considering that all human beings are equal and with dignity and unequal conditions that migrant workers undergo require empathetic viewpoint, the prevention principle should be amended.

Though that the importance of business ethics is growing, research and education of business ethics are insufficient. There are still few to teach business ethics as a formal subject at four-year universities, and there is little research on business ethics. The education of business ethics is mainly a simple type of discussion that focuses on cases. The research of business ethics is focused on corporate social responsibility, ignoring many subjects to be dealt with in business ethics. Starting from this recognition, this paper uses qualitative research method to identify five topics to be addressed in business ethics: employee right, employee responsibility, environmental responsibility, diversity and discrimination, and international business and globalization. Directions for education and research related to each subject are from examining the latest literature related to each topic. Specifically, this paper discusses the contents to be educated in each topic, and presents directions of research to be done in the future. Consequently, this paper presents directions for the development of education and research on the five topics in business ethics. Based on this research as the theoretical basis, various researches on each subject will be possible in the future.

While the broadband network and multimedia technologies have been developing, the commercial market of digital contents also has been widely spreading with recently starting IPTV. As the IPTV services are getting to be generalized and popularized, the contents protection and authentication system tends to draw more attentions. So we need a system that can protect contents and allow only authenticated person to use right service by controling user authority and using content encryption. Until now, the conventional protection and authentication system is taking advantages of merits both in CAS and DRM. But the weak point of this system are in high costs, complexity and using HW. For resolving these problems, in this paper, we proposed IPTV contents protection and authentication system using OTP. When we transmit the content encrypted by OTP key using contents delivery technology, we operate XOR with contents using another settop-box's OTP key which was transmitted from distribution server. And contents are reconstructed and transmitted to the settop-box, In the end, downloaded content are encrypted by OTP key and are superior in content protection when contents redistribution. Since OTP use double-authentication elements in encryption process, this method is excellent in content protection. And it is very effective in cost aspect because it could be implemented by SW program. Another benefit is that we can shorten the development time period. In this paper, we propose and find its possibility as a new content protection and authentication method suitable for IPTV services.

For this research, 27 out of 52 patients with chronic low back pain involving sacroiliac joint pain were classified into the experimental group to conduct pelvic exercise program and traditional physical therapies in parallel, and the remaining 25 ones were classified into the control group to only apply traditional physical therapies for 6 weeks. After that, their clinical samples were randomly extracted. Before the experiment, both of the experimental group and the control group had the Oswestry disability index test to see how big their pain was and their hip joint angles were analyzed during walking. After the post-test, finally, the results of the Oswestry disability index test and hip joint angles while walking before and after the experiment were compared between two groups to know the effect of pelvic stability exercise program. Within-group results and between-group results both displayed significantly reduced low back pain, and when comparing hip joint angles of the experimental group, there were differences between mid stance phase, terminal stance phase, pre swing phase and early swing phase of the right hip joint, and mid stance phase, terminal stance phase, pre swing phase and early swing phase of the left hip joint. In the control group, there were significant differences between mid stance phase, terminal stance phase and early swing phase of the right hip joint, and loading response phase, mid stance phase, terminal stance phase and pre swing phase of the left hip joint. as a result, pelvic stability exercise program is helpful to gait rhythm on stance phase and swing phase although effective to decrease Oswestry disability index including pain.

One of the largest changes in retail business in Korea since the distribution market was opened in the mid 1990s is the appearance of foreign discount stores and the rapid growth of department stores. Discount stores and department stores have changed the structure of distribution business which has been primarily made up of traditional markets and supermarkets that have been the main retail markets in Korea. The retail business is changing from just a product purchasing place to a space where various values such as pleasure, happiness, etc. are provided. Therefore the purpose of this research is to grasp the effects that the shopping experience values at department stores have on the department brands, images, and awareness by means of theoretical and empirical research. Especially I classified the shopping experience values, an independent variable, into aesthetics, pleasures, consumers' interests, and services' excellence, and I verified whether they have a meaningful effects on the brand recognition and image, an endogenous variable, and the store royalty, a final various. A total of 235 questionnaires were used for analysis to test the research hypotheses. The positive analysis was done with SPSS 17.0K and AMOS 17.0 covariance structure analysis was performed. As a result, variables of the shopping experience values except consumers' interests seemed to have not only right influences on recognition and image, but also right influences on store royalty. Therefore this research shows that department store customers not only make use of department stores to buy products, but also visit department stores to get the values of pleasure and happiness, and that these aspects have a greater influence on the department store's image, recognition, or royalty in a sense.
