The purpose of this study is to develop a capstone design program by applying a design thinking methodology to the digital healthcare field to cultivate creative convergence talents with complex and practical skills and understanding of new technologies required in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. To this end, we analyzed the literature and previous studies in the field of digital healthcare and capstone design and proposed a capstone design model and application plan in the field of digital healthcare. The effectiveness was confirmed through expert review, and the effectiveness was analyzed by pilot application of the capstone design program. This is meaningful in that it can be used as an operation guide that can be used step-by-step when applying the capstone design in the digital healthcare field.

One of the most important inventions and developments in the digital world today is the healthcare system based on blockchain technology. Healthcare is an important field that requires the application of security mechanisms due to the sensitivity of patient data. The association of blockchain with healthcare contributed to achieving better security mechanisms than the traditional approach. The new approach operates in a decentralized system, which in turn, improves security in the healthcare environment. Consequently, blockchain technology has emerged as one of the most crucial solutions to security violations and challenges in the healthcare industry. This paper provides a comprehensive review of several experts' recent protection and detection approaches in this domain. It is also imperative to note that the paper focuses only on the recent techniques that have been published during 2017-2020. The sophisticated procedures have been investigated and discussed in terms of similarities and differences to highlight the significance of the protection needed to secure the healthcare environment.

'Data' is the key component that leads Digital Healthcare. Most of the Healthcare Data is personal information of data subject and includes Sensitive Information. It is very important for companies to use data lawfully and safely during the lifecycle of data collection, use, provision, and destruction. However, small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs), ventures, and startups, which account for 78% of the Healthcare Services Industry, have had difficulties in performing tasks related to personal information protection. The personal Information Protection Act's requirements depending on the purpose of using Personal Information are different. Also, the requirements for each personal information lifecycle are varied. Therefore, this study suggests six purposes for companies to use healthcare data. It examines the considerations during the lifecycle in which personal information is collected to be destroyed.

최근 4차 산업시대 도래, 정보통신기술(ICT)의 발전, 코로나19의 여파로 전 세계적으로 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 중요성과 산업의 전망이 높아지고 있다. 한국에서도 디지털헬스케어관련 정책들이 지속적으로 발표되고 있으나 아직까지 많은 중소기업과 스타트업 기업들이 연구 인력, 인프라, 자금 부족 등으로 새로운 정책을 따라가기 어려운 실정에 놓여 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 디지털 헬스케어 관련 세계 및 국내 변화요인을 파악하고, SWOT분석을 실시하여 국내 중소기업을 위한 경영전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 중소기업이 산업 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 전략적 대응 및 우선순위 수립 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Smart healthcare environments which merge medical and IT technology are getting ready for the third generation centering EHR from current second generation. As a basic technology for the introduction and activation of EHR systems it requires heterogeneous network interworking techniques between various wired and wireless medical devices. Interworking technology for heterogeneous network among various medical devices is needed to introduce EHR system. The heterogeneous network interworking technology is needed for construction of a reliable data system to convert each of unstructured data into structured data. Therefore, in this paper, we identify the domestic and international trends of smart medical field and analyze the characteristics of wired and wireless communication technology that is used in a heterogeneous network. and also suggest requirements needed for interworking technology and provide interworking technology based on them. we expect that proposed method which is designed for smart healthcare environments would provide a basic architecture needed for third smart medical technology generation.

With increasing social interest in health and health promotion, the government and many organizations are conducting various health campaigns for the public. The public health campaign is aimed at protecting the people from the dangers of disease and contributing to a healthy life and also help establishing a healthy attitude and changing behavior as well. In addition, many researches have been carried out in order to enhance the advertising effect of campaigns aimed at forming preventive attitudes and to verify it by applying many theories. However, as a result, there is a significant lack of research regarding analysis of differences in the effectiveness of the campaign by media. This study is to analyze the effect of health campaign by the type of media which published health campaign advertisements that can affect prevention attitude. To meet the purpose of this study, The 15 print media were to examine the impact of media characteristics and types on participation in campaigns for health campaigns. Through this, we will present the role of the media as an efficient channel to encourage the formation and participation of the health attitude of campaign advertisements, and present significant implications in the selection of optimal media and the execution of campaign budgets.

As computer performance is leveled upward, the use of IoT systems is gradually expanding. Although IoT systems are used in many fields, it is true that it is difficult to build a safe system due to performance limitations. To overcome these limitations, many researchers have proposed numerous protocols to improve security issues. Among them, Azrour et al. except. We proposed a new efficient and secure authentication protocol for remote healthcare systems in a cloud-based IoT environment, and claimed that the new protocol could solve the security vulnerabilities of the existing protocols and was more efficient. However, in this paper, through the security analysis of the remote healthcare system in the cloud-based IoT environment proposed by Azrour et al., the protocol of this system was found to be vulnerable to Masquerade attack, Lack of Perfect Forward Secrecy, Off-line password guessing attack, and Replay attack.

Background: The globalization of the healthcare industry and the increasing demand for skilled professionals in the global healthcare industry have opened up opportunities for specialized biotech healthcare professionals to seek overseas employment and career advancement. Objects: This study aimed to develop educational content essential for the overseas employment of digital bio-health professionals. Methods: A survey was conducted among 196 participants. Google Forms (Google) were utilized to create and administer the survey, employing purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling method. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS 25.0 (IBM Co.), including Cronbach's α and independent sample t-tests to assess significant differences. Results: About half of college students are interested in overseas employment and international careers, while the other half had not. The most common reason for wanting to work or go overseas was "foreign experience will be useful for future activities in Korea." Students who had experience taking courses from the Bio-health Convergence Open Sharing University preferred overseas programs more than those who did not have that experience. In terms of the degree of desire for overseas education courses provided by universities, contents related to human health were the highest, followed by bio-health big data. Conclusion: Many students wanted to work and go overseas if there is sufficient support from the university. The findings in this study suggest that universities are necessary to play an important role in supporting students' aspirations to work or go overseas by providing language education, education and training programs, information on overseas jobs, and mentoring programs.

As IoT and AI have recently developed, interest in digital healthcare is increasing. Therefore, this study aims to identify technology trends through a patent analysis on digital healthcare and present future promising areas by analyzing domestic and foreign technology competitiveness and keywords. The detailed technologies to be analyzed were designated as Health Information Measurement Technology, Healthcare Platform Technology and Healthcare Remote Service Technology, and 61,166 patents were analyzed to identify the patent trends of the world's major patent offices and major patent applications. In addition, the analysis of the technological competitiveness of each detailed technology and Korea's technological competitiveness based on its patent activity, the rate of major market securing, and the uses of the patents showed that Korea's technological competitiveness was lower than global technology. In addition, the key keyword analysis showed that the core promising areas of digital healthcare were expected to require a focused strategy for fostering health care platform technologies in Korea.

As the well-being mindset to keep our minds and bodies free and healthy more than anything else in the society we live in is spreading, the meaning of health care has become a key part of the 4th industrial revolution such as big data, IoT, AI, and block chain. The advancement of the advanced medical information service industry is being promoted by utilizing convergence technology. In digital healthcare, the development of intelligent information technology such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud is being promoted as a digital transformation of the traditional medical and healthcare industry. In addition, due to rapid development in the convergence of science and technology environment, various issues such as health, medical care, welfare, etc., have been gradually expanded due to social change. Therefore, in this study, first, the general meaning and current status of digital health care medical information is examined, and then, developmental tasks to activate digital health care medical information are analyzed and reviewed. The purpose of this article is to improve usability to fully pursue our human freedom.
