Study on Digital Finance Secure Architecture based on Blockchain (블록체인 기반의 디지털 금융보안 아키텍처에 관한 연구)

  • In line with the trend of the digital transformation, the financial sector is providing financial services with new technologies. Among them, the open banking, which is drawing attention from global financial industry, is a service environment that maximizes customers' convenience and data utilization. In addition, the shift in the digital paradigm has also increased anxiety that security problems such as hacking and information leakage caused by data sharing are also concerned. A failure to overcome the negative view will hinder the development of financial services. This study presents a security governance system that can safely and comprehensively manage data in a digital financial ecosystem. This prepares a technical application plan by presenting a digital financial security architecture to field workers, focusing on the open banking service environment. It can be seen that this study is worthwhile by presenting a comprehensive information protection system that allows financial IT to introduce and utilize open banking services in a changing environment.

  • Digital transformation plays a critical role in making hospitality and tourism organizations create new business processes and customer experiences. The hospitality and tourism industry thrives on creating unique experiences by offering exceptional and innovative customer services through innovative digital technologies. Thus, this study provides an overview of the current use of these technologies in the hospitality industry and their potential advantages and opportunities. In particular, the metaverse and immersive virtual reality (VR) technology are gaining popularity in the hospitality industry, offering new opportunities for innovation and driving core values. This study discusses the current use of VR and metaverse and potential advantages and opportunities for researchers and practitioners in the hospitality and tourism context. Thus, we provide suggestions and implications for hospitality and tourism industry stakeholders to increase core values and business performance and create sustainable competitive advantages over other market players through VR and metaverse.

  • In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation to increase the effectiveness of industry is becoming more important to achieving the goal of industrial innovation. The digital new deal and smart defense are required for digital transformation and utilize artificial intelligence, big data analysis technology, and the Internet of Things. These changes can innovate the industrial fields of national defense, society, and health with new intelligent services by continuously expanding cyberspace. As a result, work productivity, efficiency, convenience, and industrial safety will be strengthened. However, the threat of cyber-attack will also continue to increase due to expansion of the new domain of digital transformation. This paper presents the risk scenarios of cyber-attack threats in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Further, we propose a preemptive intrusion response model to bolster the complex security environment of the future, which is one of the fundamental alternatives to solving problems relating to cyber-attack. The proposed model can be used as prior research on cyber security strategy and technology development for preemptive response to cyber threats in the future society.

  • The introduction of digital technologies affects most socio-economic processes and activities in the economy, from agriculture to public services. Even though the world is currently only in the early stages of digital transformation, the digital economy is growing rapidly, especially in developing countries. Shortly, digital platforms will be able to replace the "invisible hand" of the market and turn it into digital. Some digital platforms have already reached global reach in some sectors of the economy. The growing value of data and artificial intelligence is reflected in the high capitalization of these enterprises. Their growing role has far-reaching consequences for the organization of economic activity and integration into the field of e-business. However, their importance and level of development in different countries differ significantly. The main purpose of this article is an assessment of the level and trends of the digital economy in the world and the identification of homogeneous groups of states following the main trends in the development of its components from among the EU countries. The methodology of the conducted research is based on the use of general scientific research methods in the analysis of secondary sources and the application of statistical methods of correlation-regression and cluster analysis. Macroeconomic indicators and components of DESI (Digital Economy and Society Index) were used for the analysis. Results. Based on the analysis established that most developed countries have a medium level of digitalization of the business environment and a high level of digitalization of socially oriented public services, while countries with lower GDP focus their policies on building digital infrastructure and training qualified personnel. The study summarizes and analyzes current trends in digital technology, analyzes the level and dynamics of integration of digital technologies of the studied EU countries, the level of development of e-business and e-commerce. The conceptualization of mechanisms of creation of added value in the digital economy is offered and the possible consequences of digitalization of the economy of developing countries are generalized.

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of research of consumers' consumption values and toward usage attitude, usage intention and willingness to pay of modern people. The study is a consumer research about food delivery services which is rapidly grown up due to recent transformation on a modern dietary life. This study was based on the main survey had conducted from 23th May 2019 to 26th May 2019 by 336 consumers, aged 18 and older, who had experienced Food delivery services in the past. Statistical analysis was performed by using the IBM SPSS v.25.0. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, consumption values of food delivery services had a positive influence on usage attitude. Consumption values were catagorized in five sub-values: functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value, and conditional value, all of which were found to be significant in affecting on usage attitude. Second, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on usage intention. Third, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. Fourth, usage intention of food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. The results of the study renders industrial and academic implications to the area of Food delivery services industry.

  • With the development of information technology, the popularization of 5G and cloud computing has accelerated the circulation and digital transformation of information. In the network information society where information is rapidly increasing, it is very important to have the ability to manage and collect the required information. In particular, the information storage and management functions of cloud services are widely used among young people. This research takes the social factors of accepting cloud services as the breakthrough point, and takes young consumers aged 20-30 as the survey object, and designs a research model according to the development of cloud computing technology. The findings verify the influence of social factors on cloud service acceptance and 20-30-year-old consumers' intention to use cloud services. The partial and complete mediating effects of perceived ease of use were verified from the influence relationship between social factors and exploitation intention. Finally, this study provides inspiration for the development direction of cloud computing technology through empirical analysis.

Digital Customized Automation Technology Trends (디지털 커스터마이징 자동화 기술 동향)

  • With digital technology innovation, increased data access and mobile network use by consumers, products and services are changing toward pursuing differentiated values for personalization, and personalized markets are rapidly emerging in the fashion industry. This study aims to identify trends in digital customized automation technology by deriving types of digital customizing and analyzing cases by type, and to present directions for the development of digital customizing processes and the use of technology in the future. As a research method, a literature study for a theoretical background, a case study for classification and analysis of types was conducted. The results of the study are as follows. The types of digital customizing can be classified into three types: 'cooperative customization', 'selective composition and combination', 'transparent suggestion', and automation technologies shown in each type include 3D printing, 3D virtual clothing, robot mannequin, human automatic measurement program, AR-based fitting service, big data, and AI-based curation function. With the development of digital automation technology, the fashion industry environment is also changing from existing manufacturing-oriented to consumer-oriented, and the production process is rapidly changing with IT and artificial intelligence-based automation technology. The results of this study hope that digital customized automation technology will meet various needs of personalization and customization and present the future direction of digital fashion technology, where fashion brands will expand based on the spread of digital technology.

Approaches to Creating a Digital Encyclopedia of Korean Archaeology (한국고고학 디지털 사전 구축 방안 연구)

  • Although we have entered the era of digital transformation, there is currently no system that efficiently collects, manages, integrates, and services a large number of archaeological digital source materials produced as a result of cultural relics research, i.e., an intelligent integrated management and service platform for archaeological academic information. In this regard, the need to build a digital dictionary of Korean archaeology was confirmed by examining the problem of the Digital Encyclopedia of Korean Archaeology, which is currently available in PDF format on the web, the current status of the publication and use of the Dictionary of Korean Archaeology, and the cases of building digital platforms at home and abroad. Therefore, this paper aims to suggest a general direction for creating a digital encyclopedia of Korean archaeology based on the Dictionary of Korean Archaeology, which includes quality knowledge information, to reconsider the accessibility of archaeological data in conformity with data access limitations. The application of the series Dictionary of Korean Archaeology, published since 2001, and the necessity for digital transformation were examined, as well as the application of data from the archaeological data archiving platforms of Europe, the USA, Japan, and cases of establishing platforms corresponding to specialized encyclopedias from Korea. Based on these, a three-step implementation plan and detailed projects were suggested to create the Digital Encyclopedia of Korean Archaeology. Through this, we proposed the design of metadata for computerized records and the expansion to semantic (meaning-based) data that gives and shows the relationship information between the produced metadata as the implementation tasks to build the Digital Dictionary of Korean Archaeology. It is hoped that such research will help create an integrated intelligent management and service platform for archaeology, raise awareness, and provide a better understanding of Korean archaeology to the general public.

A Preliminary Study on the Expansion of Donations by Non-Profit Organizations after the COVID-19 Crisis: With Focusing on the Survey on the Citizens' Perception of Donations (COVID-19 이후 비영리조직의 기부금품 모집 확대 방안에 대한 기초연구: 일반시민의 기부 인식을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to present the direction of donation collection activities of non-profit organizations after the COVID-19 crisis by examining the perception of donations from the general public's perspective. The researchers conducted a convenience sampling of general citizens in South Korea, and the survey had been taken by sending e-mails for two weeks from November 11 to November 24, 2020. The total number of questionnaires that we send were 397, however 314 questionnaires were used for analysis, excluding 83 questionnaires that seemed insincerely marked. According to analysis result, non-profit organizations need to strengthen their digital capability in response to the changes in the fund-raising methods in the era of digital transformation. In addition, these factors such as transparency, accountability, and the interaction with donors for sustaining and improving their loyalty are turned out to be crucial. We hope that the results of this study will present the direction of the donation collection strategy of non-profit organizations and be used as basic data for further research.

  • Over the last few decades, various innovative technologies have emerged that have significantly contributed to making life easier for humans. Various information and communication technologies (ITCs) have emerged as a result of the global technological revolution, including big data, IoT, 4G and 5G networks, cloud computing, mobile computing, and artificial intelligence. These technologies have been adopted in urban planning and development, which gave rise to the concept of smart cities in the 1990s. A smart city is a type of city that uses ITCs to exchange and share information to enhance the quality of services for its citizens. With the global population increasing at unprecedented levels, cities are overwhelmed with a myriad of challenges, such as the energy crisis, environmental pollution, sanitation and sewage challenges, and water quality issues, and therefore, have become a convergence point of economic, social, and environmental risks. The concept of a smart city is a multidisciplinary, unified approach that has been adopted by governments and municipalities worldwide to overcome these challenges. Though challenging, this transformation is essential for cities with differing technological and social features, which all have the potential to determine the success or failure of the digital transformation of cities into smart cities. In recent years, researchers, businesses, and the government have all turned their attention to the emerging field of smart cities. Accordingly, this paper aims to represent a thorough understanding of the movement toward smart cities. The key themes identified are smart city definitions and concepts, smart city dimensions, and smart city architecture of different layers. Furthermore, this article discusses the challenges and some examples of smart cities.
