Development of electric vehicle maintenance education ability using digital twin technology and VR

  • In this paper, the maintenance training manual of EV vehicle was produced by utilizing digital twin technology and various sensors such as IR-based light house tracking and head tracker. In addition, through digital twin technology and VR to provide high immersiveness to users, sensory content creation technology was secured through animation and effect realization suitable for EV vehicle maintenance situation. EV vehicle maintenance training manual is 3D engine programming and real-time creation of 3D objects and minimization of screen obstacles and selection of specific menus in virtual space in the form of training simulation. In addition, automatic output from the Head Mount Display (HUD), EV vehicle maintenance and inspection, etc., user can easily operate content was produced. This technology development can enhance immersion to users through implementation of detailed scenarios for maintenance / inspection of EV vehicles" and 3D parts display by procedure, realization of animations and effects for maintenance situations. Through this study, familiarity with improving the quality of education and safety accidents and correct maintenance process and the experienced person was very helpful in learning how to use equipment naturally and how to maintain EV vehicles.

디지털방식의 위성 트랜스폰더 반송파 복원 방안 연구 (A Digital Carrier Recovery Scheme for Satellite Transponder)

  • 위성 트랜스폰더는 상향 링크 신호를 복원하여 신호처리를 수행 하고, 하향 링크를 통해 지상국으로 전송하기 위한 통신 시스템이다. 이때 고속 비행에 의해 발생하는 도플러 주파수 편이로 인한 주파수 추적 및 동기시스템이 필요하며, 이를 위해 아날로그 트랜스폰더 방식으로는 PLL (Phase Locked Loop)을 사용하여 수신시스템의 반송파 복원을 획득한다. 이러한 방식은 위성의 기능에 따라 PLL구조 및 Loop필터의 구조와 설계방식의 변경을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 아날로그 트랜스폰더를 대체할 수 있는 디지털 방식의 반송파 복원방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 방식은 근거리통신 위성이나 심 우주용 통신 위성의 특성에 따른 회로설계 변경 없이 동일한 하드웨어 플랫폼에 소프트웨어 변경으로 최적의 동기화를 구현할 수 있다.

KSR-3 과학 로켓용 자력계 디지털 회로 개발 및 검교정시험 결과 분석 연구 (DEVELOPMENT OF MAGNETOMETER DIGITAL CIRCUIT FOR KSR-3 ROCKET AND ANALYTICAL STUDY ON CALIBRATION RESULT)

  • 본 논문에서는 2002년 하반기에 발사 예정인 과학로켓 3호에 탑재되어 있는 자력계의 비행모델(flight model) 제작 모델의 디지털 회로 설계와 부품선정 및 Fluxgate 자력계 AIM(Attitude Information Magnetometer)과 지구 자기장 섭동 측정용 Search-Coil 자력계 SIM(Scientific Investigation Magnetometer)의 검교정시험 수행 결과에 대해 기술하였다. 초기 설계된 자력계 디지털 회로는 자료의 샘플링 속도가 낮고, 잡음이 많이 발생되어 이를 향상시켰으며, 자료의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 부품 재선정 및 회로를 다시 설계하였다. 재구성이후 자력계의 디지털 검교정시험을 실시하였고, 그 결과, 최초 아날로그 검교정시험때 설정한 AIM 센서의 InT의 분해능보다 실제 측정된 분해능 값이 떨어졌음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 보정하기 위해 수치계산법을 이용하여 보정치와 오차값을 계산하였으며, 이 보정치들을 과학로켓 3호 발사 이후 얻어지는 자력계 자료에 적용할 예정이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to research a method of creating a new type of boundary by repeated disposition of single unit of modularized membrane successively. In the contemporary architectural indoor space, more highly dimensional analysis of boundary is required and the necessity of establishing boundary of a new concept that may satisfy cultural value, social value and artistic value as a whole as well as aesthetic and functional merit has been increased. In order to create a membrane that may fulfil the requirements of the diversified programs of space like this, an approach of complicated mechanism and high-dimensional calculation are required. At this time, digital GA modelling, parametric modelling technique may expand its range of possibility. One thing to be noted at this juncture is that indefinite expandability involved in digital modelling technique, modelling by grid of absolute and relative coordinates and convenience of systematization may surpass limitation of analogue or simple numerical calculation being progressed in the past. And in order to create solid process including unit modelling or pattern formation, Precise calculation process of computer is necessitated inevitably.

  • A wind tunnel provides artificial airflow around a model throughout the test section for investigating aerodynamic loads. It has various applications, which include demonstration of aerodynamic loads in the building, automobile, wind energy, and aircraft industries. However, owing to the high equipment costs and space-requirements of wind tunnels, it is challenging for numerous studies to utilize a wind tunnel. Therefore, a digital wind tunnel can be utilized as an alternative for experimental research because it occupies a significantly smaller space and is easily operable. In this study, we performed airfoil testing based on velocity field measurements utilizing a digital wind tunnel. This wind tunnel can potentially be utilized to test the full-range aerodynamic characteristics of airfoils.

  • The digital domain has witnessed unprecedented growth, reshaping the way we interact, work, and even perceive reality. The internet has evolved into a vast ecosystem of interconnected virtual worlds, giving birth to the concept of the Metaverse. The Metaverse, often envisioned as a collective virtual shared space, is created by the convergence of virtually enhanced physical reality and interactive digital spaces. Within this Metaverse space, the concept of ownership, identity, and authenticity takes on new dimensions, necessitating innovative solutions to safeguard individual rights. The digital transformation through Metaverse has also brought forth challenges, especially in copyright protection. As the lines between the virtual and physical blur, the traditional notions of ownership and rights are being tested. The Metaverse, with its multitude of user-generated content, poses unique challenges. The primary objective of this research is multifaceted. Firstly, there's a pressing need to understand the strategies employed by non-fungible token (NFT) marketplaces within the Metaverse to strengthen security and prevent copyright violations. As these platforms become centers for digital transactions, ensuring the authenticity and security of each trade becomes paramount. Secondly, the study aims to delve deep into the foundational technologies underpinning NFTs, from the workings of blockchain to the mechanics of smart contracts, to understand how they collectively ensure copyright protection. Thus, in this paper, we propose a quantum based NFT solution that can secure Metaverse and copyright contents in an advanced manner.

  • The digitalization of our society has brought on the digitalization of housing design and human life. Thus, the concerns for developing digital home have increased. However, most of them has focused on digital technology, not human. This study was intended to examine the residents' housing needs for digital home and to suggest the design guidelines of digital home. The subjects were 400 housewives who lived and used internet in $85m^2$-sized housing unit in the new apartment complex, Busan. The important aspects in digital home design, the residents' needs for digital home design, and the needs for digital system in digital home were examined. The subjects were relatively young in their ages. Also, they had relatively high educational level and middle income. On the base of their housing needs for digital home, the design of digital home like as followings would be desirable: 1) the safe and secure design and digital system, 2) the design to improve residents' health and encourge family interaction, 3) human, warm, and soft interior mood, 4) space composition different from the existing one.

  • We introduce a novel complete framework for contructing realistic facial animations given just one facial photo as an input in this paper. Our approach is carried on in 2D photo spacem not 3D space. Moreover, we utilize computer vision-based technique (digital matting) as well as conventional image processing methods (image warping and texture synthesis) for expressing more realistic facial animations. Simulated results show that our scheme produces high quality facial animations very efficiently.

  • 本論文에서는 二次元인 순회형 디지틀 필터의 安定度判別에 관한 한 方法을 提案하였다. 二次元系에서의 安定度에 관한 Liapunov의 定理를 기초로 하여 二次元傳達函數로부터 그의 狀態空間式을 유도하여 系行列에 Liapunov의 定理를 적용시켰다. 그 결과 종래의 像에 의하여 구한 결과와 일치하였으며 그의 계산양도 줄어들었음을 알 수 있다.

  • Today, in space design boundaries between spaces have become obscure and space images are changed and overlap each other. Moreover, with the digital technology creating more informational spaces with various interactions, the set up of intelligent space has been made possible in reality. As if to deny the law of physical limitation, interfaces are used as main concept in structuring and expressing the spaces. It appears once again when each section is an expressional factor of interfaces and when meanings are produced through the systemization. Here this study analyzes the hybrid action that appear in contemporary space design. At the very moment, interface emerged as an important concept, defining contemporary space design in a very different way and present interface as a new possibility in space.
