It is true that the digital electronics industry of Korea whose natural resources are very poor, is one of very important fields that can make Korea's ranking rise in global competitiveness. However we already know the actual circumstances that low Korea's birthrate, an ageing population, growing of developing countries, avoiding majoring engineering, etc. can be major obstacles to developing the technology. To overcome these problems, it is very important to turn out better manpower by presenting students an opportunity for creative basic scientific technological education by kindling students' interest. Through this study, I will apply DIKI-3000 developed by KEA(Korea Electronics Association) to the elementary school, compare and analysis the result of special ability and aptitude synthetic test, measure which factors of special ability and aptitude are improved, and search what to modify.

The importance of Digital Rights Protection technologies, especially the forensic marking, is getting larger and larger as the demand for the digital contents is increased. But the technologies for the evaluation of forensic marking is not set up properly due to the conflicts between interested parties and technical difficulties. Therefore to evaluate the performance of forensic marking objectively, image and video modification items/levels and evaluation criteria are essential. This paper suggests the quantitative system for evaluating the performance of forensic marking objectively. By providing the opportunity to evaluate the Digital Rights Protection product in objective and quantitative manner, forensic marking industry can expedite its technology development and consumer can get objective and universally validated performance result. It is expected this technology could help revitalizing the related industries and help expediting the development of forensic mark technologies.

It is said that the highlight in the media covergence and integration within digital environment era is 'Contents'. Due to the advent of new media and various covergence and integration services, the competition between the platforms has become aggressive. As a result, it is predicted that the negotiation power of a 'Content's industry will be strengthened. In reality, the actual environmental changes in the media environment have accompanied elements of industrial crisis rather than opportunity to expand the market. The changes are especially causing sales structure distortion and proceeds deterioration in the Korean film industry. Moreover, telecommunication and broadcasting businesses are making their entrance into the film industry, through the appearance of the media covergence and integration as a backdrop. Thus, the situation that the Korean film industry is facing is closely associated with the development of the digital technology and new media environment. Eventually, weathering the crisis and pioneering the future will be possible through changes in the media environment. The purpose of this study is to show how the media covergence and integration phenomenon is occurring in the film industry. This study will also focus on what new problems are occurring as a result, and seek out the solutions that are available.

Nowadays, the progress of high technology in modern society provides humankind with the opportunity to obtain diverse information easily and quickly. Among those rapidly progressing fields of high technology, digital media field has the ability to substitute for the multimedia information society by being applied to many related fields and daily life. Specifically, the concern and enthusiasm for the restoration of cultural property has risen. So, effective methods are required to decide on the preservation, restoration and academic value of cultural property. Among these, image processing technology using computers has been introduced. The restoration of cultural property using this technique has been studied vigorously in many advanced countries because this would allow us to restore damaged parts without destroying the original asset. However, in Korea, though we have numerous examples of cultural property with recorded history, research related to the items has scarcely been conducted. Accordingly, this study focuses on the investigation of virtual reality and the techniques applicable to restoring cultural property in addition to suggesting the significance and possibility of digitally restoring cultural property following the introduction of applicable examples both domestically and abroad.

MPEG-21 has identified the need fur Event Reporting in its vision for an interoperable multimedia framework. Event Reporting is required within the MPEG-21 multimedia framework in order to provide a standardized means for sharing information about Events amongst Peers and Users. Such Events relate to Digital Items and/or Peers that interact with them. Arising from an each Event, there is the opportunity to describe what occurred. However, there are a number of difficulties in providing an accurate report about an Event. Different observers of the Event may have vastly different perspectives, needs, and focuses. They may emphasize certain elements to the detriment of others, or they may describe an Event in a way that others may find confusing. In this paper, we design how to express Event Reporting message structure and system architecture in compliance with ISO/IEC 21000-15. And we implement the system for MPEG-21 Event Reporting service.

IT companies are increasingly taking interest in the automobile industry as a major industry of the future. Companies specializing in information technology, such as Google, Apple and Samsung, are actively taking part in the automobile industry and are conducting various research on connected cars. At this point in time, this study aims on understanding the concept of connected cars and the concept of mirror linking, which is one of the many methods in connecting cars. In this transitional period of connected cars, the purpose of this study is to present the method of mirror linking iPhones and to discover how this could be used in connected cars. By turning a normal car into a connected car, simply with a smartphone in hand, the ideas presented in this study will serve as an opportunity for many current automobile owners to experience the functions of connected cars of the future without shouldering additional expenses.

The advance of IT brings various IT equipment which functions as creation, application, and distribution of digital contents, and its demand is increased in the market. As the world IT equipment market has grew steadily, some companies think of it as a good opportunity. But there is a entry barrier like IT Capabilities to the late movers. So some participate in the market, forming the technology alliance with a advanced company. Ironically, the market system set companies' partnership into rivalry. In this context, our study focused on strengthening late mover's competitiveness under the technology alliance. And we conducted the case study concerning the technology alliance, and showed a strategical implications. As a result, we found some challenges for late mover; price policy making by scientific demanding forecasting, preparatory research and management for brand identity and efficient contact points for customer management. We hope that results of the study will influence the development of digital contents industry.

Objectives: This study aimed to develop human rights indicators through reliability and validity tests in order to measure the human rights situation of dental hygiene students who experience clinical practice at dental clincs. Methods: The basic framework of questions was constructed through literature review. Nine experts were tested for validity of the contents of the experts twice. The main survey was conducted on 121 students in the 3rd and 4th grade who were enrolled in the department of dental hygiene located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon-do. Validity was tested through exploratory factor analysis, and reliability was tested through internal reliability coefficient and test-retest method. Results: The cronbach's α value was 0.734, and the Kappa coefficient was 0.584. The result of the reliability and validity test was composed of 11 questions and 3 factors. Conclusions: During the practice of a dental institution, the validity and reliability of the indicators that can grasp the human rights status of dental hygiene students were tested. It is expected that the indicators of this study will be provided an opportunity to understand the human rights situation of dental hygiene students and to improve problems such as human rights violations.

In the recent education market, Edutech technology, in which various digital technologies are grafted into the education, is being actively applied due to the 4th industrial revolution and the development of ICT. In particular, realistic experiential learning contents that can provide realistic and immersive learning in a virtual space are in the spotlight and are being expanded to each field. However, in the field of Korean medicine education, the introduction of ICT is delayed due to the nature of Korean medicine, difficulties in apprenticeship education, quantitative education, and the absence of an objective evaluation system. Therefore, in this study, we propose a digital technology application for acupuncture and acupuncture points, where practice is particularly important in Korean medicine. Various methods of acupuncture and acupoints education using AR, MR, IoT and Touch-Display Table will provide an opportunity to change the paradigm of Korean medicine education and further contribute to the globalization of Korean medicine.

Over the past three years, even amidst viral threats, a notable shift towards online interactions has been observed. This trend persists the presence of significant viral concerns. Our study centered on female office workers in their twenties and thirties in Korea, seeking to comprehend how they enhance and present their external image in the digital era. We explored the use of digital devices and fashion choices that enable them to amplify their self-expression in video conferences. Using a mix of surveys and in-depth interviews, we employed snowball sampling to recruit twelve participants. These women were given the opportunity to shape their digital persona either to uphold their current image or to adapt it for interactions where they weren't face-to-face. Their desired images fell into three distinct categories: an authoritative professional image, a clean modern image, and a natural image. Depending on the context, the participants aimed to convey these images independently or in various combinations. Our findings suggest the need to develop strategies for acknowledging and projecting individual fashion identities in non-face-to-face interactions. Such strategies would empower individuals to better align their online personas with their desired self-image, whether it's professional, modern, clean, natural, or a combination thereof.
