  • The purpose of this study is to develop digital air meter used pressure sensor for measurement of air content in freshly mixed concrete by pressure method. The digital air meter can enhanced measurement accuracy and uniformity of air content in freshly concretes, according to use of pressure sensor and measuring process automation. Finally, the digital air meter in this study is improved reproducibility and reliability of measurement compared with analog air meter.

  • Oscillation-based testing of analog-to-digital converters represents a viable option for low-cost built-in self-testing in mixed-signal design. While numerous papers have addressed implementation issues, little attention has been paid to the measurement accuracy. In this letter, we highlight an inherent measurement uncertainty which has to be considered when deriving the parameters from the oscillation frequency.

  • Contact type sensors (e.g., displacement sensor and strain gauge) were typically used to evaluate the safety and mechanical properties in machines and construction. However, those contact type sensors have been constrained because of measurement problems such as surface roughness, temperature, humidity, and shape. The Digital Image Correlation (DIC) measurement system is a vision measurement system. This measurement system uses the taken image using a CCD camera and calculates the image correlation between the reference image and the deformed image under external force to measure the displacement and strain rates. In this paper, we discuss methods to improve the measurement precision of the digital image correlation measurement system. A tensile test was conducted to compare the precision improvement effects, by using the universal test machine and the DIC measurement system, with the use of subpixel algorithms, i.e., the Coarse Fine Search (CFS) algorithm and the Peak Finding (PF) algorithm.

일반 및 디지탈 측모두부방사선 규격사진, 하드카피의 계측오차 또는 확대율 비교 (Comparison of measurement errors between conventional, digital cephalographs and hardcopies)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the measurement error between conventional films, digital cephalographs and hardcopy. The material consisted of 29 cephalographs which used image modality of Asahi CX-90SP in the Kyung Hee University Dental Hospital. One observer measured fiducial measurements at an interval of four weeks. Measurement error was tested by Dahlberg's formula. A paired t-test was used to detect it between each modality. The results are as follows; 1. The monitor-displayed digital image showed enlargement compared with the conventional image. The cephalometric measurements of the monitor-displayed digital image and conventional image were no statistically significant difference except SNB. 2. In conventional image, measurement errors of linear and angular measurements were 0.23mm, $0.36^{\circ}$, respective. In monitor-displayed digital image, measurement errors of linear and angular measurements were 0.63mm, $0.48^{\circ}$ respective. 3. The reduction ratio of hardcopy was 1.01% compared to the monitor-displayed digital image. Based on the results, it indicates that the digital cephalographs and hardcopy using storage phosphor digital radiography showed the same accuracy as the conventional films in clinical use.

디지털 리터러시 측정도구의 개발 및 예측타당성 검증 연구 (A Study on Development and Validation of Digital Literacy Measurement Tool)

  • 최근 코로나19로 인한 언텍트 시대를 맞아 비대면 소통이 일상화되었고, 온라인상에서의 소통역량이 매우 중요한 역량으로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회의 변화와 요구를 반영하여 종합적이고 체계적인 디지털 리터러시 측정도구를 개발하고자 기존 디지털 리터러시 측정도구들을 유형화하여 구성 변인들을 도출하였다. 각 변인의 개념에 부합하는 34개 문항을 개발하였으며, 디지털 네이티브 세대에 해당하는 대학생을 대상으로 설문한 후 탐색적, 확증적 요인분석을 통해 신뢰도와 타당도 등을 확인하여 5개 하위요인, 25개 문항으로 디지털 리터러시 측정도구를 최종 확정하였다. 이후 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 디지털 리터러시 하위 요인들의 예측 타당성을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 수치근접사진측량기법에 의한 DCS 420 디지털 카메라의 석재표면 거칠기 측정정확도 파악을 위하여 윈도우 환경의 Microsoft Visual basic 6.0으로 표면거칠기측정시스템을 구축하였다. 본 시스템을 통하여 거칠기가 거의 없는 이상적인 평면과 곡면인 돌의 표면 거칠기를 최소제곱법으로 기준면을 적용, 측정한 결과 $\pm$0.1 mm이하의 정확도로 측정할 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구는 구조물의 변위계측에 있어 비접촉방법인 디지털 카메라를 이용한 근접수치사진측량을 이용한 실험결과를 제시한 것이다. 근접수치사진측량을 구조물 변위계측에 적용하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 카메라 자체검정을 통하여 기하학적 해석 정확도를 저해하는 렌즈의 왜곡에 대한 보정을 실시한 후 구조물의 변위계측을 위하여 자체제작한 라멘구조물에 각각의 하중을 재하하여 변위계측을 실시하였다. 또한 변위계측시 현장 적용성을 높이기 위하여 구조해석 프로그램인 MIDAS를 이용하여 모델링한 후 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 현재 구조물 안전진단에 활용되고 있는 LVDT, 케이블식변위계등 접촉식변위계가 가지고 있는 단점인 현장접근의 어려움, 설치비 과다등의 단점을 극복할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였으며, 특히 실측 시간의 단축으로 인한 경제성을 확보할 수 있었다. 따라서 디지털 카메라를 이용한 근접수치사진측량은 구조물의 변위계측 뿐만 아니라 구조물의 3차원 모델링, 구조물의 실측형상재현 등 시각적 분석이 필요한 분야에 다양하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • A flow measurement system which is able to measure the instantaneous three-dimensional velocity components and the pressure distribution of fluid flows is developed using a digital image processing system and the stereoscopic photogrammetry. This system consists of two TV cameras a digital image processor and a 32-bit microcomputer. The capability of the developed system is verified by a preliminary test in which three-dimensional displancements of moving particles arranged on a rotating plate are tracked automatically. The constructed system is through the measurement and spatial pressure distribution is also obtained. The measurement uncertainty of this system is evaluated quantitatively. The present technique is applicable to the measurement of an unsteady fluid phenomenon especially to the measurement of three-dimensional velocity field of a complex flow.

  • Advancements in the imaging and computing technology have opened the path to digital holography for non-destructive investigations of technical samples, material property measurement, vibration analysis, flow visualization and stress analysis in aerospace industry which has widened the application of digital holography in the above fields. In this paper, we demonstrate the non-destructive investigation and micro-structure measurement application of digital holography to the small particles and a biological sample. This paper gives a brief description of the digital holograms recorded with this system and illustratively demonstrated.

  • In this paper, we propose a voting method for capacitance measurement. Nowadays the measurement system is changing from analog system to digital system. However, capacitance measurement system has a data error because of the noise. The data of general digital measurement system include an internal and external measurement noises that highly affect to the results. Therefore, this paper proposes data compensation method using voting method. Finally, simulation results are used to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method.
