A context-aware services platform supporting mobile agents consists of sensor nodes and a sensor coordinator. Sensor nodes collect environmental information and transmit the collected information to the sensor coordinator through wireless sensor networks. The sensor coordinator passes the information to the context-aware service module, and the mobile agent. The context-aware service module or the mobile agent performs services suitable for a user's situation based on the environmental information and a service actuation message is delivered to an actuation node through the sensor coordinator. In this paper, we present a context-aware services platform structure employed in our project, and describe context-aware services platform interfaces with a context-aware service module and mobile agents.

It is rapidly expanding to provide Home Digital Service based on the Home Network System in intelligent apartment. Fortunately, Korea has one of the highest rates of Internet penetration and access in the world. Construction companies used the Home Network system as a strategy of differentiation and it is available to the customers to raise their asset value. Besides, the government has a positive response to accept the new movements to make the digital environment with 'u-Korea (Ubiquitous Korea)' as the slogan. However, the level of providing Home Digital Service is actually at the beginning. The develop the home network industry more effectively, the related industries' cooperation is essential. The purpose of this study is to propose a providing model of Home Network System for the construction company and to make a method to response the fast change of technology development and customer's request at the point of construction companies' view.

홈 네트워크 서비스의 활성화와 더불어 홈 네트워크 제어를 포함하는 다양한 서비스가 홈 게이트웨이를 중심으로 제공되고 있는데, 이러한 다양한 서비스의 지속적인 제공과 업그레이드 등을 위해서는 개방성 및 확장성을 갖춘 서비스 분배관리 플랫폼 (Service Delivery & Management Platform)이 필수 요소가 된다. 서비스 분배관리 플랫폼은 홈 게이트웨이를 관리하는 기능 뿐아니라. 홈 게이트웨이상에 다운로드된 서비스의 라이프 사이클을 관리하는 방법을 제공한다. 서비스 제공자는 개발한 서비스 응용을 서비스 플랫폼에 등록하고, 서비스 분배라는 행위를 거쳐 홈게이트웨이의 프레임워크상에 다운로드되며, 해당 서비스 응용은 설치와 동시에 구동되면서 서비스 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 본 고에서는 홈네트워크 서비스 분배관리를 제공하는데 있어서, 서비스 사용자의 요구에 의한 pull 방식의 서비스 제공 방법과 시스템 관리자에 의한 push 방식의 서비스 제공 방법을 지원하는 서비스 분배관리 시스템의 구조 및 시나리오에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

This study investigated the effect of service quality and using experience on a royalty in a electronic commerce. Expecially, used HTS (Home Trading System of securities companies)as a online service system. HTS (Home Trading System) is a electronic commerce system of securities companies that is a most progressive tool of it. Almost securities companies are offering these typical trading system, because it is a required factor for a competitive position in their compound market. This paper made hypotheses of five cases, and collected some data through survey questionnaire for an analysis of actual proof. For attaining the object of this research, used a structure equation modeling, and found that almost paths of the research model are supported among the service quality, using experience, involvement and royalty. This study could provide academic and managerial implications in a electronic commerce business.

Purpose: This study was done to evaluate the operating status of community-based home health center for revitalization of the centers. Method: In this study performance data including organization plan and service utilization plan were evaluated according process theory. Target of evaluation was the community-based home health care center. Results: The vulnerable part of the organization was the information system and financial resources. The home health center introduced PDA (Personal Digital Assistants) in 2005, however home health care nurses did not make full use of it. This service received full support from Seoul city and local government and there were no other sources of income. The vulnerable part of service utilization was service expansion and standardization due to vulnerability of organizational aspects. Conclusions: The home health care center provides high quality services to underprivileged people. In the future, these services should be provided with equity for continuous health care for this population.

KT 메가패스를 기반으로 하는 홈엔(HomeN) 미디어 서비스가 신규 서비스 추가 및 UI개선으로 새롭게 개발되었다. 홈엔의 신규 서비스중에 하나인 교육/문화 전문채널 서비스는 고객에게 TV기반의 EOD 온라인서비스를 제공함으로써 편리한 학습환경을 제공하고 홈네트워크 서비스의 활용도 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본고에서는 교육/문화 전문채널 서비스의 유형 및 서비스 정책, 서비스 플랫폼 구성을 소개하고 향후 홈엔 전문채널 서비스의 나아가야할 방향을 조망해보고자 한다.

In this paper, we describe a development of a Bluetooth Access Point for the WAN connection of home network devices. Especially, users can access the PSTN at home instead of expensive digital cellular network through the AP, using the 'one-phone', which is the Bluetooth enabled cellular phone. The simultaneous benchmark test about telephone service and LAN access service shows the perfect compatibility and reasonable performance of the access point. The one-phone service can become a convergence of wired and wireless communication through the AP.

This study analyzed the domestic and foreign cases of the existing smart home service and grasped the needs of the future smart home service in the future of the Internet of Things. As with all smart homes, the effectiveness of future use is important when comparing needs and random services according to user usability and destination patterns. In order to improve the reliability and to promote the development direction, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 110 people in 20 ~ 30 age group. The survey shows that the reliability of the smart home service is low. The low trust factors include: 1. lack of usability; 2. lack of device recognition; 3. lack of specialization services. Since the smart home service is still in the early stage, various smart home services and ecosystem should be constructed according to user's needs.

IEEE1394 is a de facto standard for the home network interfaces of digital multimedia home devices including digital A/V systems, digital camcorders, and PCs. Recently, it has been used in applications to guarantee the real-time characteristics such as home automation system and IICP (Instrument and Industrial Control Protocol). In order to guarantee real-time requirements in these IEEE1394-based real-time applications, this thesis proposes the software architecture of an IEEE1394 based home network that supports the guarantee for service's react-time characteristics. The proposed architecture has a real-time IEEE1394 device driver and event service architecture for guarantee real-time characteristics. The real-time device driver supports priority-based queueing of packets and mechanism to reduce the interrupt latency time in ISR. The event service architecture supports a real-time events delivery based on home network service using real-time event channel. This architecture can accommodate the real-time requirements of various applications and services such as digital multimedia services with QoS guarantees. home automation system required real-tine characteristics.

This study examined the awareness of the middle aged about the digital home system and well-being apartment design elements in order to suggest the design guidelines for planning of the elderly housing environment. By literature review, the concept and characteristics of the digital home system and well-being Apartment design elements were summarized the degree of satisfaction and preference of middle aged for these characteristics were investigated and analyzed. For this study, a questionnaire survey of 156 housewives living in apartment complex of Busan was carried out. The results of this study are as follows: The middle aged were generally short of recognition for digital skill and service, and also they showed positive evaluations to a few useful items of digital home system. These items belong under safety security system and interior environment control system and provided for convenient & comfortable life. Accordingly, satisfied digital home system can apply basic design element for housing for elderly. Whereas, the middle-aged were not satisfied with housework help system and cultural life system because items of these systems were not various and complicate to us. So, for the improvement of not satisfied digital home system, we needed development of digital contents and marketing & management for high accessibility and easy useability. The middle aged will concern about health & environment friendly continuously and become to stay long in their housing as the characteristics of elderly. So, It is necessary to be considered well-being apartment design elements of health & environment friendly very actively and lastingly in elderly housing environment design. Also, the awareness of middle aged for digital home system and well-being apartment design elements varied according to the background characteristics. This suggests housing environment for elderly life is considered differently as various background characteristics of middle aged.
