Correlation and regression analysis are applied for building the empirical study. The results of the study helped to understand the digital finance concept. It also shows the main stages of digital finance development, the digitalization rank of the countries, the impact of digitalization on the financial and economic sphere. According to the results of empirical analysis, it is confirmed that the countries that invest more in innovative technologies are more developed. The digital economy is becoming an increasingly important source of regional competitiveness enhancement. The purpose of this research is to examine the spatial distribution characteristics of China's digital economy from 2016 to 2019. Moran's I analysis was performed to see if China's digital economy has spatial self-correlation. The Getis-Ord General G test was used to determine the clustering type of China's digital economy. In addition, we used OLS and GWR methodologies to figure out what drives China's digital economy level. The findings show that the digital economy is rapidly expanding throughout China; yet, there is a significant regional imbalance in the digital economy level in China, and the agglomeration of the digital economy is increasing over time. Furthermore, the findings reveal that human capital, information staff, telegram income, and Internet access are vital factors in the development of the digital economy. To close the digital economy gap, policymakers must invest in human capital and technology innovation. Simultaneously, the government must speed up the development and implementation of electronic information services.

This study is a study to develop a guide for the increasing number of elderly people to use digital finance smoothly. Through previous studies, the definition of the elderly and digital finance was found out, and the elderly support system related to digital finance was reviewed. In the case of the digital financial support system for the elderly, the current status of overseas and domestic situations were compared to derive implications, and cases of senior-friendly digital guides implemented by overseas institutions and private companies in the technical aspect were presented. In order to develop the guide, cases of using digital finance by the elderly in Korea were reviewed through actual measurement, and inconveniences in use and needs for improvement were derived, and supplementary items necessary for the institutional guide for digital finance were presented. Research Results Based on previous studies and case studies and actual measurement results of the elderly, a total of 10 guidelines for digital financial apps for the elderly were presented based on the ISO standards for supporting the elderly. This study is meaningful in that it provided a guide for the smooth use of digital finance by the increasing number of seniors, and it seems necessary to improve the system and apply it to the financial market.

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted supply chains across the world. When the pandemic broke out, the disruptions were mainly due to the lockdowns imposed in various countries. The WTO has predicted that the pandemic might cause world trade to decline by 13 to 32 per cent in 2020. This paper will examine the implications of COVID-19 on digital trade, particularly the use of blockchain in the Asia Pacific. The Asia Pacific (particularly Singapore and Hong Kong) is a leader in the use of digital technologies. This paper will thus attempt to draw out lessons from the first movers for the rest of Asia. It will examine the bottlenecks in the application of this technology in the Asia Pacific countries, and the need for regulatory changes in the Asia-Pacific. It will trace the technology's barriers to adoption, both as regards interoperability, and regulatory framework. The advantages of blockchain technology in trade finance are clear; it can promote trade efficiency, mitigate risk and expand trade to other regions. However, earlier efforts to introduce digital technologies have failed. More collaborative efforts are required, so that networks can connect seamlessly on a single technology platform, and meet the demand for trade finance. The COVID-19 pandemic seems to have provided an enabling environment for the intensification of digital efforts, increasing their urgency; should these measures indeed successfully occur, they will improve the resiliency of supply chains across the region.
As the post-COVID-19 consumer life environment is rapidly becoming non-face-to-face, changing non-face-to-face financial life services are having a significant impact on consumers' daily lives. People who do not have access to digital devices and services that have become essential goods are at risk of being left behind in the "digital blind spot," where they are marginalized not only in their daily lives but also in society and the economy as a whole (Kim Min-Jeung A, Kim Min-Jung B, Park Joo-Yung, 2022). In this study, we examined the effects of perceived control factors, Cognitive control, behavioral control, and decisional control, on intention to use digital finance. For this study, we surveyed 133 customers who are aware of and intend to use digital finance. The results show that cognitive control, behavioral control, and decisional control have significant effects on intention to use digital finance. In this relationship, the moderating effect of privacy concerns differs from the effect of decision control on intention to use digital finance. These findings suggest that digital financial services firms should consider whether to reduce or increase customer control. Based on these findings, we discuss marketing strategies and implications for digital financial services companies.
