대화식 의복 디자인 생성을 위한 맞춤양복제작 시스템 개발 (Development of Custom-made Suit Production System for the Interactive Garment Design Creation)

  • 본 논문에서는 카메라를 통하여 획득한 2D 인체 영상에 계측점(landmark)을 설정하여 인체 치수 측정과 치수 수정(editing)이 가능하며, 계측점과 가상의복 모델링 데이터를 이용하여 가상의복 시각화를 할 수 있는 맞춤양복 제작 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존의 맞춤의복산업의 수동적인 방식이 아닌 디지털화와 자동화에 필요한 기술일 뿐만 아니라 의류산업의 다양한 콘텐츠에서 일반적으로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

국방 CALS를 위한 IWSDB 구축에 관한 연구 (The study on the construction of IWSDB for National Defense CALS)

  • This study aims to develop an approach to construct IWSDB for National Defense CALS. Along with the introduction of Korean version of CALS conception, it is essential to analyze the national defense system with a new information technology for the construction of IWSDB. A long-tenn goal of CALS is to construct fully Integrated Data Environment (IDE) and establish IWSDB for the application of CALS conception to the life cycle management of weapon system. IWSDB is a set of databases that contain digital data. It supports common interface of data objects and databases throughout the life cycle management of weapon system, including design, engineering, analysis, manufacturing, operation, and logistics. etc. The goal of this study is threefold. First, we propose a right direction for the establishment of Integrated Data Environment. For the integrated database technology, we use the five schema architecture and the distributed object oriented technology that will lead to the "share of data." Second, we present the most effective IWSDB architecture for defense CALS, which will provide the efficient data sharing by business process modeling. Third, we suggest that IWSDB should be constructed based on the process which is related to the acquisition and logistics of weapon system for the national defense, and at the same time it should be implemented with GITIS for government agencies and CITIS for the industries in order to obtain the efficient data sharing.

TOF 센서용 3차원 Depth Image 추출을 위한 고속 위상 연산기 설계 (A Design of High-speed Phase Calculator for 3D Depth Image Extraction from TOF Sensor Data)

  • TOF(Time-Of-Flight) 센서에 의해 획득된 정보로부터 3차원 깊이 영상(depth image)을 추출하기 위한 위상 연산기의 하드웨어 구현을 기술한다. 설계된 위상 연산기는 CORDIC(COordinate Rotation DIgital Computer) 알고리듬의 vectoring mode를 이용하여 arctangent 연산을 수행하며, 처리량을 증가시키기 위해 pipelined 구조를 적용하였다. 고정 소수점 MATLAB 모델링과 시뮬레이션을 통해 최적 비트 수와 반복 횟수를 결정하였다. 설계된 위상 연산기는 MATLAB/Simulink와 FPGA 연동을 통해 하드웨어 동작을 검증하였으며, TSMC 0.18-${\mu}m$ CMOS 셀 라이브러리로 합성하여 약 16,000 게이트로 구현되었고, 200MHz@1.8V로 동작하여 9.6 Gbps의 연산 성능을 갖는 것으로 평가되었다.

연마 브러시 접촉력 산출을 위한 비선형 강건제어기 실험 (Experiments on Robust Nonlinear Control for Brush Contact Force Estimation)

  • Two promising control candidates have been selected to test the sinusoidal reference tracking performance for a brush-type polishing machine having strong nonlinearities and disturbances. The controlled target system is an oscillating mechanism consisting of a common positioning stage of one degree-of-freedom with a screw and a ball nut driven by a servo motor those can be obtained commercially. Beside the strong nonlinearity such as stick-slip friction, the periodic contact of the polishing brush and the work piece adds an external disturbance. Selected control candidates are a Sliding Mode Control (SMC) and a variant of a feedback linearization control called Smooth Robust Nonlinear Control (SRNC). A SMC and SRNC are selected since they have good theoretical backgrounds, are suitable to be implemented in a digital environment and show good disturbance and modeling uncertainty rejection performance. It should be also noted that SRNC has a nobel approach in that it uses the position information to compensate the stickslip friction. For both controllers analytical and experimental studies have been conducted to show control design approaches and to compare the performance against the strong nonlinearity and the disturbances.

Study on the Effect of the Usability and Usefulness of Mobile Application Programs on Buying Intention

  • Purpose -This paper aims to understand how easy and convenient it is for consumers to use mobile services. A mobile service combines hardware and software with information technology. To specifically meet the needs of users of mobile applications, the context of usability was identified in consumer mobile services. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - For usability measurement and evaluation, appliances and software were the main target: this applied to an expanding range, such as a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), mobile phones, and wired and wireless integrated services. This study extended the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by examining the roles of two characteristics of mobile applications'usage: usability and usefulness. Results - The study tested the research model using a structural equation modeling (SEM) technique. Results showed no significant differences between the two models. Usability comprised learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction: the motivation for using a mobile application was understood as being the usefulness and easy-of-use of the mobile application. This empirical study validated the proposed research model and hypotheses, and found that the hypotheses could be supported. Finally, the phenomena derived from the causal relationships in usability were identified, and their implications considered.

R22 대체냉매를 적용한 스크롤 압축기의 누설 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Leakage Characteristics of a Scroll Compressor with alternative Refrigerants of R22)

  • This paper presents leakage characteristics of a scroll compressor applying alternative refrigerants of R22 such as R407c and R410a under actual operating conditions. Because leakage in a scroll compressor produce significant losses and degradation of performance, those should be clarified to design a high efficient scroll compressor with alternative refrigerants of R22. However, flank and tip leakage characteristics of a scroll compressor with alternative refrigerants are very limited in open literature. In the present study, both experimentation and modeling of the leakages in the scroll compressor were performed. As a result, it was observed that the leakages of the scroll compressor with R407c increased by 15%, and that with R410a increased by 76% as compared to the compressor applying R22 under standard load conditions due to a higher upstream pressure and a higher pressure difference between pockets.

Enhanced Approach Using Computational and Experimental Method for the Analysis of Loudspeaker System

  • Enhanced approach using computational and experimental method is proposed and performed to describe very well the behavior of loudspeaker than conventional method. Proposed procedure is composed of four parts. First, Thiele-Small parameters for test loudspeaker are identified by an electrical impedance method like as a delta mass method. Second part includes the processes to measure physical properties. Physical data like masses and thicknesses of loudspeaker's components are measured by an electrical precision scale and a digital vernier caliper. Third, the identified Thiele-Small parameters are proposed to be used as load boundary conditions for vibration analysis instead of electromagnetic circuit analysis to get a driving force upon bobbin part. Also, these parameters and physical data are used to modify physical properties required for computation to accommodate simulated sound pressure level with measured one for loudspeaker enclosure system. These data like as Young's modulus and thickness for a diaphragm are required for vibration analysis of loudspeaker but not measured accurately. Finally, it was investigated that simulated sound pressure level with full acoustic modeling including an acoustic port for test loudspeaker agreed with experimental result very well in the midrange frequency band(from 100 Hz to 2,000 Hz). In addition, several design parametric study is performed to grasp acoustical behaviors of loudspeaker system due to variations of diaphragm thicknesses and shapes of dust cap.

지적정보데이터베이스의 효율적 구축과 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effective Construction and Use of Cadastral Information Database)

  • 현재 지적도 전산화에 기록된 속성자료는 도형자료와의 연계를 고려하여 작성된 것이 아니고 형식면에서 자료가 기재된 상태로 사용되고 있다 따라서 다양한 공간정보의 분석과 종합도형정보의 기초 자료로 활용하기 위해서는 속성자료와 지적도가 연계되어 수치정보화가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 도해지적도와의 관련 사항들을 기준으로 도형 및 속성정보를 연계하여 지적정보를 효율적으로 구축하여 활용하고자 하였다. 속성정보는 데이터 모델링을 이용하여 개체-관계 다이어그램으로 표현하므로써 관계형 데이터베이스의 형태로 구축하였다. 그리고 다양한 공간분석 및 응용방법을 제시함으로써 지적정보를 효율적으로 관리하고 지적도면의 전산화 방안을 비롯하여 각종 공공계획을 수립, 설계하는데 기초자료로 제시하고자 한다.

DSPs 기반 8축 듀얼암 로봇의 견실적응제어 (A Robust Adaptive Control of Dual Arm Robot with Eight-Joints Based on DSPs)

  • In this paper, we propose a flew technique to the design and real-time control of an adaptive controller for robotic manipulator based on digital signal processors. The Texas Instruments DSPs(TMS320C80) chips are used in implementing real-time adaptive control algorithms to provide enhanced motion control performance for dual-arm robotic manipulators. In the proposed scheme, adaptation laws are derived from model reference adaptive control principle based on the improved Lyapunov second method. The proposed adaptive controller consists of an adaptive feed-forward and feedback controller and time-varying auxiliary controller elements. The proposed control scheme is simple in structure, fast in computation, and suitable for real-time control. Moreover, this scheme does not require any accurate dynamic modeling, nor values of manipulator parameters and payload. Performance of the proposed adaptive controller is illustrated by simulation and experimental results for a dual arm robot manipulator with eight joints. joint space and cartesian space.

고추력과 속도특성의 향상을 위한 양측식 슬롯리스 영구자석 직선형 동기전동기의 정수 결정 (Determination of parameters of double-sided slotless PMLSM for improvement of thrust and speed performance)

  • This paper deals with determination of parameters of permanent magnet linear synchronous machine(PMLSM) for high thrust and improvement of speed performance. To satisfy these characteristics, PMLSM with double-sided PM mover and slotless ring-winding stator is presented. And using multilaver method, this paper analyzes the electromagnetic field phenomena and estimates parameters such as back-EMF and thrust constant. These parameters are used to derive DC link voltage of voltage source inverter with space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) using a digital signal processor and encoder pulse signal. The DC link voltage is one of the most important factor for accurate design. It enables to determinate dynamic operating range of system. Hence, performance evaluation is performed through dynamic modeling. Finally, in this paper, dynamic characteristics according to DC link voltage are presented as experiment result.
