Nautical Publications is a special purpose book, or a specially compiled database, that is issued officially by or on the authority of a Government, authorized Hydrographic Office and is designed to meet the requirements of marine navigation such as SOLAS and PSC. Nautical publications include List of Lights, Sailing directions. The SNPWG(Standardization Nautical Publications Working Group) from the IHO is working to implement in computer systems all those elements of interest for Hydrography and Navigation Concerning nautical publications' digitization process, the SNPWG has defined three types of nautical publications: Type 1 : Hard copy(NP1), Type 2 : Digital version, A slight modification of type 1(NP2), Type 3 : Digital version for ECDIS(NP3). Nautical Publications is essential with nautical charts as reference information to navigate. Development of digital nautical publications is needed for liaison with the chart production system, up-to-dateness of hydrographic information, improvement of service. But, Korean status is positioned in NP1. In our study, we surveyed the present status of nautical publications for development strategy of digital nautical publications. We build database of south coast of sailing direction, develop a manager program, convert the contents to KML( Keyhole Markup Language), develop a user program.

This paper has the first aim to analyze Elsa's magic power of why and how she, as a heroine in the animation of Frozen, is in the emotion of fear and anger. This paper will explain why these two emotions are twisted compound to identify Elsa's iced emotion in the ice kingdom. And secondly, this paper attempts to connect Elsa's fear emotion in her real life is the other flip with that of anger throughout the characters' network in Frozen, which symbolically reflect the feminine pattern of real society that Walt Disney prospects for the dream society. Through the cognitive process for Elsa's ice kingdom between emotion status and social network, we can assume the pattern of social network with emotional chart and the archetype of human emotion through the cognitive-emotional storytelling on the emotion of Elsa in Frozen.

The purpose of this study is to establish the Balanced Score Card for 'I Company' which is a small and medium sized manufacturing company in Busan City. It is suitable for SMEs and suitable for the management environment. The study was intended to contain the detailed needs of managers and employees when developing the performance measurement system. It also allowed other SMEs to benchmark through this study. We also proposed a solution to the problems after BSC construction. In addition, BSC has been developed for the purpose of shifting business strategy from RDS to SSS in accordance with changes in the demand market environment. Strategy Maps were divided into the whole company level and each team level. You can look at strategic goals, core success factors, and key performance indicators at each glance. Finally, we developed a smart performance evaluation system that can easily calculate the score, strategic goal, key success factor, weight of key performance indicators, target score, performance, and achievement rate by creating a smart chart. Have significance.

This study is done to provide basic data on the effective operation of the new policies by examining the satisfaction level of the elderly with dementia visiting dementia care centers located in 25 autonomous districts of S city. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to 217 elderly with dementia who visited the above dementia care center from July 1 to September 30, 2019. The satisfaction tool is a chart score scale that displays negative-positive expressions at both ends of a straight line. The result shows that satisfaction level is significantly higher in the group with trust in the visiting institutions than in the group with distrust (t=9.74, p<.001), higher in cognitive impairment group than in dementia group (t=0.13, p=.034), and higher in mild depression group than in more severe depression group (t=2.31, p=.022). Satisfaction ratios analyzed by logistic regression shows significant differences in factors like gender, age, education, and walking pattern. In conclusion, it is important to run health support programs that consider user characteristics to improve the satisfaction of newly introduced dementia care centers.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the prevalence, and determine factors associated with metabolic syndrome risk among kidney transplantation recipients. This study data were collected by means of retrospective chart reviews for 111 kidney recipients at an organ transplantation center in South Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test or chi-squared test, and Pearson's correlation or Point biserial correlation. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in our subjects was 65.8%. Metabolic syndrome was related with age, body mass index of before and after Kidney transplantation, and smoking. Study results indicate that intervention for modifying individual lifestyle behaviors is required to prevent and reduce their prevalence of metabolic syndrome after kidney transplantation.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a relatively common condition of childhood onset and is of significant educational and social concern in elementary school. Investigating the determinants of teachers' attitudes and behavior and their relative importance is crucial for improving teaching practices and initial teacher education for effective inclusion of ADHD children. Based on two hundred and twenty seven survey responses from elementary school teachers, having experienced in dealing with ADHD students, this paper examines the age, gender, career and training-hours effects on the knowledge, attitude, stress and inclusive education involving ADHD children. The regression analysis shows that the gender influences the level of stress and that the training hours has some impact on the knowledge about ADHD at 5% significance level. However, the number of ADHD children experienced, age, gender, career and training-hours were identified as the non-significant predictors of teaching behavior in relation to ADHD children. As a conclusion, a brief discussion concerning the critical needs of elementary school teachers is also presented.

This study concerns the present possession of CT and MRI machines in Daegu and the technologists' awareness of Quality Control. the study was conducted by visiting forty medical institutions as well as a survey. The survey was carried out by technologists responsible for CT and MRI. CT and MRI machines have only been used in medical institutions in Daegu for a short period. The study revealed that most of them have been acquired by those institutions recently. Most of the technologists who participated in the study are aware of the (prescribed) Quality Control measures and conduct regular inspections in accordance with the quality control chart, however some of them do not.

In recent years, various crimes such as "random killing' crime continue to rise. Despite the government's crime prevention efforts and crime related researches, crime increases and a different approach is needed. Therefore, this study proposes the alternative for crime prevention by analyzing big data. To achieve this objective, this study was to perform visualization utilizing the histogram, the bubble chart and the hit map and association analysis. To analyze the relationship between crime and some variables, this study analyzed data of Seongnam city, Korea National Police Agency and etc. The results of analysis showed that CCTV will be to reduce the crime rate and security light is not significantly relevant. And the result showed that other types of crime focused by time of the day and day of the week and showed that an increase of the foreigners and crime increase are associated. This study presents a scheme for reducing the crime rate on the basis of this analysis result.

The e-Navigation promoted by the International Maritime Organization is a technology that provides marine-related information necessary for ship and shore side by electronic means for marine safety, security and protecting marine environment. The IHO S-100 standard is a geospatial standard that can express various hydrographic information. Various specifications including S-101 for electronic charts are being developed. In this paper, to help developers who are interested in implementing the technology of S-100, we not only analyze the process to portray the S-100 based data but also implement a case study on S-129 under keel clearance management. The portrayal process consists of data encoding and portrayal engine. Data encoding includes generation of application schema and data set. Portrayal engine is performed by the reform of the generated data set, the XSLT processing, and then the generation of drawing instructions.
