This study seeks to investigate the effect of a musical's reputation and online discounts on the consumer's willingness to re-watch a musical in the convergence industry. of service management As a resut, First, this study verified the moderating effect of on-line price discount. Second, on-line price discount was found to have an impact on reputation of a musical and consumer satisfaction. Third, consumer satisfaction was found to have a positive impact on word-of-mouth intention. Accordingly, it would also be imperative to provide information via on-line communities on a consistent basis so that viewers could create viral marketing. Also, those customers having received differentiated benefits would have a higher degree of satisfaction. Eventually, these customers will create positive viral marketing effect.

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among disease-related characteristics, symptom stress, quality of life in women with endometriosis, and then to identify predictors of quality of life in them. The self-reported questionnaires were administered to 99 women in one general hospital. As results of multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting quality of life in women with endometriosis were sick leave (${\beta}=-.27$, p=.000) and symptom stress (${\beta}=.59$, p=.000), explained women's quality of life with 57.0% (F=11.39, p<.001). Based on the findings, there is a need to develop a self-care program for chronic pain and a nursing intervention for enhancing a quality of life in women with endometriosis.

Population aging in Korea is in progress rapidly, though it isn't recognized as a critical situation now. Absolute scale of population will decrease since 2030 and that of 2050 will stay in 2005 levels. But most serious problem is that the core working age group, 25-54 ages will begin to decrease since 2012 because of low fertility and population aging. In these situation of population aging, we will face inevitably great amount of labor force shortages and we should build up policy alternatives for solving these problems. I proposed some policy alternatives. firstly, pronatalism policies including state-supported child-care system for preventing decreases of absolute scale of population. Second, facing up to labor shortages under population aging, I proposed policy alternatives for increasing labor market participation, measured by employmeny rate, of aged (or aging) people including wage-peak system of extending retiring ages and women including lowering opportunity costs of women labor market participation rates, given laboer forces. And to conclude, we should approach to the aging problems by steady state equilibrium ecnomic growth, under inevitable population aging.

The plastic optical fiber has been previously known to have the limits in fabrication and care, due to its lack of flexibility and durability. Recently, an innovative technology of 'water-resistant & flexible optical fiber', in which the surface of etched POF(i.e., plastic optical fiber) is to be coated with a type of synthetic resin, has been developed. In this study, the post-treated POF-based flexible textiles were evaluated in terms of luminance, physical visibility and perceived visibility, according to the fabric lengths and colors of the light source. The POF-based flexible textile with 10cm fabric length and green light source appeared to show relatively higher illuminating effects. The maximum distance for perceived visibility of the POF-based flexible textiles was found to be 100m. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be utilized as a fundamental for the further studies to develop the digital color clothing with application of POF-based flexible textile.

This study provide Car driver with car sensor information which is car trouble code in engine and many sensors. This provide car manager with many information of tar sensors when we go to vehicle maintenance. This system consist of embedded linux system which uses RS232 and EML327 for CAN communication of car system. This System can control digital appliances in home network using wireless and ZigBee. Finally this is a lot of application for embedded linux system which get sensor informations of car control sensor system.

Among methods of the big data process, big data process under the cloud environment is becoming a main topic. As part of solving faced problem and strengthening industrial competitiveness in the medical and health industry, discussion on ways to activate big data is actively being conducted. Because the reason is a paradigm shift, saving pressure for increasing health care costs, and increased consumer interest for the level of service. In this paper, we find out the relationship between the cloud and big data. And we are to research and analysis a cloud-based big data case in the medical field. Finally we propose the efficient utilization and future outlook. For the smooth functioning of cloud-based medical big data, we have to solve the problems like infrastructure extension, analysis/application software development, and professional manpower training. In addition, we have to correct insufficient laws maintenance to the Cloud utilization, and improve the security and the recognition to personal information, and solve authority for data centralization.

This study aims to identify depressive symptoms status and factors to affect depressive symptoms in the elderly. The research selected 1,429 adults aged over 65, who appeared with depressive symptoms, from the fifth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2012. We analyzed states of depressive symptoms using descriptive statistics. Logistic regression analysis was used to examine the main factors associated with depressive symptoms in the elderly. The result shows that depressive symptoms in the elderly is significantly associated with gender, age, income level, subjective health status, smoking and the number of chronic diseases. Females, higher age, lower income, lower subjective health status, smoking and the higher the number of chronic diseases were the significant factors of higher depressive symptoms. Therefore, it is necessary to develop effective social programs and individualized approach to improve the quality of life in the elderly. In the future, these findings can be used as important data for health care policy and assessment.

Recently, m-health care is be a problem that the patient's information is easily exposed to third parties in case of emergency situation. This paper propose an attribute-based access control protocol to minimize the exposure to patient privacy using patient information in the emergency environment. Proposed protocol, the patient's sensitive information to a third party do not expose sensitive information to the patient's personal health information, including hospital staff and patients on a random number to generate cryptographic keys to sign hash. In addition, patient information from a third party that is in order to prevent the illegal exploitation of the patient and the hospital staff to maintain synchronization between to prevent the leakage of personal health information.

In February 2014 Korean Bar Association has amended Professional Ethics Code as to stipulate attorney's duty to protect personal information. While existing Korean law and Professional Ethics Code has made attorney to keep client's confidential information, attorney's newly promulgated obligation has its meaning in that personal information of subject other than client is not protected through confidentiality rules, given that confidentiality obligation is interpreted to protect only client's information relating to representation. Moreover, duty to protect personal information deals with not only disclosure and use of information, which confidentiality rules is about, but also collection and retention process, access to and correction and care of information and even destruction of information. Amid unprecedented theft of personal data in several national banks and other serious leakage reported recently, this paper is going to contemplate the scope and application of the duty to protect personal information with hope to contribute to starting discussion on it.

This study aims to derive implications on current problems in the nursing manpower management in Korea through the comparison with the nursing workforce and employmentrent in the United States and Japan. There are various issues in nursing policy, such as nursing shortage, quality of the nursing service, and the increased cost of management due to the high turnover rate of nursing staffs and it is urgent to seek various policy measures to resolve this. Although nursing shortage is a commom problem in the world, the U.S. and Japan were higher rate of employment than Korea in nursing staffs, which implicates the importance of the legislation of mandatory minimum staffing ratios, the establishment of policies such as the fees and charge policy and the nursing work environments. For quality nursing care and patient safety through the stable workforce of qualified nursing staffs, administrative mechanisms that support adequate nurse staffing and promote positive work conditions are needed, for which the improvement of legal system is required.
