Epilepsy is the most common paroxysmal disorders seen in the childhood. But other nonepileptic paroxysmal events are confused with epileptic seizures or have unusual clinical features. Nonepileptic paroxysmal disorders tend to recur episodically. So differential diagnosis between epileptic and nonepileptic disorders in fundamental not only to allow correct management of patients and but also avoid of unnecessary antiepileptic medications. To accurate diagnosis of nonepileptic paroxysmal disorders, the patients' age and accurate description of the events are need.

In this paper, three species stage-structured predator-prey model with time delayed and periodic constant impulsive perturbations of predator at fixed times is proposed and investigated. We show that the conditions for the global attractivity of prey(pest)-extinction periodic solution and permanence of the system. Our model exhibits a new modelling method which is applied to investigate impulsive delay differential equations. Our results give some reasonable suggestions for pest management.

In this study, firstly we introduce generalized differential and integral operator, also using integral operator two classes are presented. Furthermore, some subordination results involving the Hadamard product (Convolution) for these subclasses of analytic function are proved. Moreover, complete screening of review of system for patient is important. Through this article, the simple ulcerative, recurrent ulcerative, acute multiple ulcer, chronic multiple ulcerative diseases will be discussed. Clinicians have to keep in mind its differential diagnosis and management.

데이터웨어하우스내에서 실체뷰는 소스 데이터에서 갱신이 발생하였을 경우 질의에 정확한 결과를 제공하기 위하여 릴레이션의 변경사항과 동일하게 갱신되어야 한다. 이 뷰를 갱신할 때 전체 릴레이션이 아닌 갱신된 부분만 이용하여 점진적으로 뷰를 관리하는 것이 효과적이다. 뷰의 점진적인 갱신 방법중에서 부가화일을 이용한 방법은 부가적으로 유지하는 정보의 양이 적고 뷰 관리 비용이 적게 든다는 장점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 이 방법에 의해 뷰를 관리할 때의성능을 평가하기 위하여 이 방법의 비용 모델을 분석적으로 제시하였으며, 이 모델을 기반으로 성능을 비교, 분석하여 부가 파일을 이용한 방법이 다른 기존의 방법보다 성능이 우수함을 보였다.

"G protein-coupled receptor 40" (GPR40), a receptor for long-chain fatty acids, mediates the stimulation of glucose-induced insulin secretion. We examined the profiles of differential gene expression in GPR40-activated cells treated with linoleic acid, and finally predicted the integral pathways of the cellular mechanism of GPR40-mediated insulinotropic effects. After constructing a GPR40-overexpressing stable cell line (RIN-40) from the rat pancreatic ${\beta}$-cell line RIN-5f, we determined the gene expression profiles of RIN-5f and RIN-40. In total, 1004 genes, the expression of which was altered at least twofold, were selected in RIN-5f versus RIN-40. Moreover, the differential genetic profiles were investigated in RIN-40 cells treated with $30{\mu}M$ linoleic acid, which resulted in selection of 93 genes in RIN-40 versus RIN-40 treated with linoleic acid. Based on the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes Pathway (KEGG, http://www.genome.jp/kegg/), sets of genes induced differentially by treatment with linoleic acid in RIN-40 cells were found to be related to mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase- and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathways. A gene ontology (GO) study revealed that more than 30% of the genes were associated with signal transduction and cell proliferation. Thus, this study elucidated a gene expression pattern relevant to the signal pathways that are regulated by GPR40 activation during the acute period. Together, these findings increase our mechanistic understanding of endogenous molecules associated with GPR40 function, and provide information useful for identification of a target for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus.

This paper proposes the development model of the aerodrome traffic control simulator (ATCS) System for the domestic airport. The application of the ATCS is used as a OJT training function for the air traffic controller and research function for a new control procedure. In order to perform those functions, we classified the ATCS in three types such as education, research and integrated management system, and the ATCS types analysed by the working and OJT training condition in domestic airport. Therefore, we proposed the ATCS models such as uniform type, differential type, and center type, and analysed the merits and demerits of the proposed models. Also we looked up ATCS's application in terms of the building and maintenance costs, operational utilization and scalability. So, we proposed the differential type which was suitable for the developing ATCS for the domestic airports.
