In this research the levels of information infrastructure of selected forwarders were measured and analyzed a relationship with business performance. The selected forwarder was consisted of local forwarder group and foreign invested forwarder group. In this analysis the level of information infrastructure of foreign invested forwarder group was higher than local forwarder group, and accordingly their performance was found a difference. i. e. A positive significant relationship was found between the level of information infrastructure and forwarders' business performance by means of correlation analysis.

Abstract. In this paper, for $a{\in}C$, we investigate functions $g_a$ and ${\psi}_a$ associated with three term relations. $g_a$ is defined by means of function ${\psi}_a$. By using these functions, we obtain some functional equations related to the Eisenstein series and the Riemann zeta function. Also we find a generalized difference formula of function $g_a$.

A method to numerically evaluate the behaviour of single span beams, prestressed with external tendons and symmetrically loaded is presented. This algorithm, based on the Finite Difference Method, includes second order effects and large displacements in an attempt to more fully understand the behaviour of the beam up to collapse. The numerical technique discussed is particularly appropriate for the analysis of R.C. and P.C. beams rehabilitated or strengthened by means of external prestressing but it is reliable for the analysis of new beams as well.

The present study was performed to establish the cephalometric standards of linear measurements in Hellman dental age II C groups of Korean on the roentgenocephalometry. The subjects consisted of 21 males 31 females with normal occlusion and acceptable profile. The major conclusions were as follows. 1. The means and standard deviations of the measurements in males and females were made. 2. No sex difference was made in all items, except in U₁-Y and U₁-X.

The structural changes of Al-Cr alloys due to the difference in the growth rates were investigated in the study using the water cooled copper chill apparatus, the levitation apparatus, and the melt spinner. Growth rate was evaluated by means of thermal analysis could measured the cooling rate up to 10$^{5}$ K/sec. The transformation from the cell structure to the massive transformed structure was obtained the Al-3.43wt%Cr alloy in the melt spinner method.

Recent interests in intelligent LP modeling aim to support MS/OR-naive users to be able to apply LP models to practical problems without the expert knowledges required. For more generalized LP modeling, a GPS(General Problem Solver)-based approach is suggested in this paper. It identifies modeling process as a means-ends analysis process. In view of this approach, a) we first divide the knowledges into domain specific assertive knowledges(state) and procedural knowledges about LP modeling(operator and macro) for model-domain independence, b) and then generate LP model according to the difference resolution techniques.

Robustness rates for repeated measures pairwise multiple comparison procedures were investigated in a split plot design with one between- and one within-subjects factor using untrimmed and trimmed data. Five factors were manipulated in the study: distribution, sphericity, variance-covariance heteroscedasticity, total sample size, and sample size ratio. The Welsch test (W) and the Welsch test on trimmed data $(W_{RT})$ performed better than the other procedures, but had a liberal tendency. The trimmed difference score Bonferroni Procedure $(B_{DT})$ was a good choice in some conditions.

The influence of Panax ginseng on alcohol-induced hyperuricemia were observed. Changes of uric acid blood levels and hepatic xanthine oxidase activities were studied by means of treating alcohol intoxication with ginseng. It was found that a single dose (4 mg/Kg) of ginseng saponin administered intraperitoneally significantly inhibits the hepatic xanthine oxidase activities and decrease urate blood levels in ethanol-induced hyperuricemic mice. It was also observed that there were some difference in pharmacological aspect between Panax ginseng and allopurinol which is a potent inhibitor of xanthine oxidase from any sources.

This study explored the instrumental values of homemakers by object family living and other social living. Homemakers' instrumental values on family living were compared with those on other social living. Through this it make to explain differences in instrumental values on 2 objects. 650 homemakers were adapted as data. The data were analyzed by frequency percentage means one-way ANOVA duncan-test and paired T-test The results showed significant differences in instrumental values by objects.
