This research defined professionality of science teacher from the perspective of PCK. An teaching strategy in the in-service teacher training for the gifted education was proposed based on the definition and implemented at an in-service teacher training program for the gifted education in order to explore about the teaching strategy and suggest practical implications that could improve the program. The in-service teacher training teaching strategy proposed in this research consists of three components: 'crafting activity materials', 'conducting inquiry-based experiment', 'developing rubric for identification of giftedness'. The survey carried out for the participants of the teacher training program showed that teachers perceived the importance of the need for the rubric for gifted identification, developing activity materials for the gifted education in science, and developing the rubric of gifted identification as properties for in-service teacher training programs fur the gifted education. However, the insufficiency of time and opportunities for being fully engaged in such a program made teachers feel lack of self-confidence in developing activity materials for the gifted education in science and rubric for gifted identification. Therefore, teacher training programs reflecting real features of the gifted education should be constantly developed and provided to enhance the effectiveness of in-service teacher training programs.

This case study aims to investigate how a primary English teacher's professional development was pursued through novice teacher mentoring after the six-month intensive in-service teacher training program(IIETTP). The teacher was involved in mentoring two novice teachers working at the same school. They observed each other's classes and exchanged their views on the classes, focusing on areas to be improved. The observation was done within a framework that consisted of pre-, during- and post-observation sessions. Data was gathered through retrospective entries kept after the post-observation meetings. The entries were categorized according to their saliency, frequency and recurring patterns identified. The findings reveal that learning from the training course could be applied professionally and could serve to bridge the gap between training and teaching. It is also shown that the mentee teachers' professional development was enhanced and the mentor teacher herself benefited from the collaborative learning process involved with working with the novice teachers. Some suggestions are made for the effective implementation of school-based teacher development programs after the IIETTP.

본 연구의 목적은 현재 우리나라에서 실시되고 있는 영재교육 담당교사를 위한 연수 프로그램이 어떤 내용으로 구성되어 있는지 분석하고 연수 프로그램이 영재교육 담당교사의 자질을 충분히 반영하는지 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 각 지역 교육청, 대학 부설 연수원과 원격연수원에서 실시하고 있는 영재교육 관련 20개의 연수 프로그램을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 분석을 위해 영재교육 담당교사의 자질에 관한 프레임을 선정하였고, 이 자료를 토대로 연수 프로그램을 강의별로 코딩하여 정제한 뒤 분류 작업을 거쳐 언어네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 교사 연수 프로그램은 '교육과정', '교수법', '교육과정 개발'에 중점을 두어 운영되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 교사의 전문적 자질을 중심으로 구성되어있음을 의미한다. 이는 많은 교사연수프로그램이 정의적 자질보다 전문성 및 교수능력 자질과 관련된 내용을 다루고 있다는 것을 보여준다. 그러므로 연수 프로그램을 다양하고 균형 있게 재편할 필요가 있다. 더욱이 교사의 자질을 균등하게 개선하기 위하여 체계적인 연수 프로그램이 요구된다.

본 연구의 목적은 선택형 문항 제작 전문성 향상 연수에 참여한 고등학교 수학교사들의 경험을 바탕으로 평가 문항 제작 전문성 향상 연수 프로그램의 효과 제고 요인을 밝히기 위한 것으로, 이를 위하여 사례연구를 실시하였다. 연수 한 팀에 교사 5명이 참여하였고 연수 후 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 두 차례의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 자료에 대한 질적 분석을 통해 선택형 평가 문항 연수의 효과 제고 요인을 도출하였다. 연구 결과로 연수 프로그램 효과 제고 요인은 집중 훈련 가능한 프로그램 구조(소규모 인원의 협력학습, 적정량의 집중적인 훈련), 문항 제작 습관 표면화와 수정(사전과제를 통한 문항 제작습관 표면화, 문항 제작에 대한 즉각 피드백), 교사간 공감대 형성(적극적인 학습태도, 문항 제작 과정 공유), 평가 문항 제작 전문성에 대한 자기 성찰(문항 제작 과정에 대한 반성, 문항 제작 전문성 중 취약점 자각)이었다. 이러한 요인을 바탕으로 평가 문항 제작 전문성 향상 연수 프로그램 개발을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the change of perceptions and images of teachers about engineering, according to practical training in laboratories of engineering research institutes. For this purpose, 149 elementary and secondary school teachers were surveyed before and after visiting the engineering research institutes and examined the perception of engineers and engineering. Through this teacher training program, perceptions and images of most teachers are changed positively and they can understand practically about engineering, and related fields. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development, operation, and expansion of teacher training using advanced science and technology research institutes with excellent human and material resources.

In this paper, we propose the elementary school teacher's training direction for effective SW education. In an effort to better understand the efficient SW training contents and methods for teachers, 200 of elementary teachers had been selected from different places in South Korea. The results showed that 1)it should be operated by focusing on the training of female teachers, especially, strengthening the contents of SW ethics. 2)It will need to actively operate the teacher training program to foster the necessary computational thinking and programing for elementary school teacher who work in big cities. 3)It need to create a training program for expanding the SW studying groups. 4)In order to improve the effectiveness of training courses in the development of in-service training programs, the SW ethics contents need to be coordinated with the link the computational thinking and programing. These results are expected to provide the efficient methods to design the future SW training programs.

This study developed a teacher training program aimed at promoting preschool teachers' competence in relation to pretend play and examined its effects on the teachers' knowledge, efficacy and interaction in pretend play. Regarding the learner's job characteristics and conditions, a small group session of 90 minutes per week was conducted for 8 weeks. To examine the effects of this program, the researcher collected data on the teachers' knowledge and the efficacy by means of questionnaires and the teachers' interaction by observation before and after the program execution. The fourteen child care centers were randomly assigned to both an experimental group or a control group, in which 38 teachers were included. In conclusion, the pretend play competence training program for preschool teacher was observed to be effective in improving their knowledge, efficacy and interactions in pretend play.

본 연구는 메이커 교육에 대한 교원 역량 강화 프로그램의 사례를 살펴봄으로써, 향후 메이커 중심 교육을 위한 교사 연수 프로그램 설계 및 실행에 대한 시사점을 도출하고 메이커 교육이 교육 현장에 정착하기 위한 방향을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 S구 교육지원청에서 제공한 메이커 교육 교원 연수 프로그램을 연구 문맥으로 설정하고, 5일간 구성된 교사 역량강화 연수 프로그램에서의 효과 분석과 연수 프로그램 후 교사들이 제안하는 메이커 중심 교육의 현장 정착 및 활성화를 요구사항을 도출하고자 양적 및 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과로부터 교육현장에서 혁신적인 교수 방법과 정책을 도입할 때 가장 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 교사들이 참여한 교원 연수 프로그램의 사례를 통해 교원 양성 프로그램 설계 방향과 메이커 중심 교육의 활성화를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

이 연구의 목적은 한국지질자원연구원 국제지질자원인재개발센터에서 실시한 교원연수 프로그램에 대한 학습생태 만족도 결과를 분석하여 교원연수 프로그램이 초등교원과 중등교원에게 어떠한 만족도와 교육 효과를 보이는지와 그 차이점을 알아보고 향후 교원연수과정 운영에 개선점을 제안하는데 있다. 따라서 2017년 7월부터 2018년 8월까지 한국지질자원연구원 내 국제지질자원인재개발센터에서 실시한 총 4회의 교원연수 프로그램에 참여한 초등 및 중등교원 98명을 대상으로 학습생태 만족도 검사를 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습생태 만족도 결과는 초등 중등교원연수 모두 4.58 이상의 다소 높은 결과 값을 나타내어 국제지질자원인재개발센터에서 실시한 교원연수가 연수 참여자들에게 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 학습동기와 학습발달을 나타내는 내부 요인에서는 초등교원연수 4.70, 중등교원연수 4.64였으며, 지질과학 및 지구과학 전공과 이외의 전공으로 구분하여 연수 콘텐츠 및 프로그램의 개발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육내용과 교육과정을 평가하는 중간요인은 초등교원연수가 4.67, 중등교원연수가 4.72를 나타내었다. 또한 교원연수가 과학기술문화라는 취지에 맞게 운영되기 위해 교수 학습 모형의 개발과 수업의 질적 개선을 위한 연구가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학습자 지원과 강사의 질을 나타내는 외부요인에서는 초등교원연수가 4.83, 중등교원연수가 4.72로 초등교원연수가 중등교원연수보다 다소 높은 결과를 나타내었다. 특히 연수중 수업의 흥미유발과 학교현장에서 실제적으로 사용될 수 있는 연수교재의 개발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 보육교사의 전문성과 자질을 향상시켜야 한다는 시대 사회적인 필요성에 입각하여 현재 우리나라에서 보건복지령에서 정하는 전문기관에서 위탁하여 실시되고 있는 영아보육교사 교사교육의 현주소를 파악해 보고자 하였다. 또한 지난 몇 년간 "영아기의 발달적 특수성, 보살핌과 가르침의 통합성, 영아보육에서의 포괄적 서비스제공의 필요성"에 기초하여 "영아전문가과정(Infant Care Specialist Program)"을 개설하여 성공적으로 운영하고 있는 국내 한 영아전문가 과정의 실제를 소개하고, 본 과정의 효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 본 영아전문가 과정에 참여한 교사들의 사후 교사효능감과 영아발달지식수준이 사전에 비해 유의한 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 향후 영아교사 현직 교육프로그램의 내실화 방안을 마련하는데 있어 정책적, 제도적 제언을 제공하였다.
