If we were reviewing safety standards in Korean businesses today we would find that conglomerates have a low rate of workmens accidents largely due to safety supervision being practiced on site. Unlike small businesses which experience more than 50% of the total workmens accidents with many conventional accidents occurring repeatedly. This research is presenting a course that proves safety and health programs are the most effective positive factor to increase a companys prosperity. This model research also presents basic causes of industrial accidents and has made counter proposals by trial modeling.

The future society is forcasted the creativity society. The employee creativity and the leadership are more important than any other factor of the organization. This research would review the antecedent study of the superordinate leadership and the employee creativity. The major purpose of this study are theorically and empirically to identify the relationship between the superordinate leadership and the employee creativity. However, this would suggest the direction of the employee creativity development for both the management and the scholars.

This study concerns logistics support analysis record(LASR) which provides guaranteed support, and is needed in various weapon systems development and acquisition to develop the optimal factor for integrated logistics support(ILS) by reflecting the results of logistics support analysis(LSA). We observe and analyze the logistics management information(LMI) system used in the United States under the integrated data environment(IDE), and analyze the differences between logistics management information system and the LOADERS(logistic support analysis data entry and retrieval system) which is currently used in Korea. Based on the analyzed results, a improvement model that corresponds to reality and can be applied is presented.

This study was to investigate principle of freeze concentration such as nucleation, crystal growth and procedure of freeze concentration, essential factor and application of freeze concentration. Especially, quality of milk was emphasized. For exemple, in sensory evaluation of freeze concentrated and reconstituted skim milk and whole milk, taste, color, mouth feel and texture were superior to control. Recently developed technique of freeze concentration for quality milk and dairy products may be expected for advanced quality of various milk and dairy products in near future.

전압 안정도를 향상 시키고 무효전력을 보상하는 방법 중 하나로 정지형 무효전력보상설비(SVC, Static Var Compensator)를 사용한다. 특히, 전기로(EAF, Electric Arc Furnace) 등 비선형 부하가 주를 이루는 철강 민수 사업자의 부하는 단시간 내에 전류 변화가 급격히 일어나며 큰 전압 변동을 일으키므로 무효전력 보상설비를 적용하여 안정적인 전력을 공급하고 전력 품질을 확보해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 LS-Nikko 동제련 온산 공장에 역률 보상을 목적으로 무효전력을 제어하기 위한 ${\pm}100[MVar]$ SVC 시스템 모델을 소개하고, 그 특성에 대한 이해를 돕고자 한다.

Traceability has been held as an important factor in testing activities as well as model-driven development. Vertical traceability affords us opportunities to improve manageability from models and test cases to a code in testing and debugging phase. This paper represents a vertical test method which connects a system test level and an integration test level in testing stage by using UML. An experiment how traceability works to effectively focus on error spots has been included by using concrete examples of tracing from models to the code.

This paper researched the adiabatic characteristic, safety and sound insulation characteristic of rolling stock window pane type and transition process of korean train vehicle window glass, and also including investigating a hereafter course of development. The window pane have provided the romantic feeling and the external scenery of train travel to the passenger in period of korea 110 year railway history. From the adiabatic viewpoint, this paper reviewed heat conductivity(U-value) and solar factor according to window pane type, including the safety and sound transmission loss of window pane.

Understanding the impact of obesity on CRC recurrence, therapeutic efficacy, and overall survival is paramount. Lifestyle modifications, including weight reduction, offer promising avenues for mitigating CRC risk. Recognizing obesity as a modifiable risk factor highlights its importance in shaping CRC prevention and therapeutic paradigms.
