In an effort to resolve environmental pollution problems, developed countries enforce green building certification systems. The same is true in Korea. However compared professional accreditation system to certification systems did not systematically in Korea. Therefore, in accordance with development of green building related systems and technology the requirement for foster green building professionals is urgent. Accordingly this study is purposed to analyze and propose that green building professional accreditation system development and operation of the direction. Through data analysis domestic and international green building professional accreditation system for draw a development plan. And then conduct an expert Delphi survey reflected in the survey results to development plan.

This paper designed and developed internet based competency developing system for small IT (Information & Technology) companies. The purpose of this system was to provide career development opportunities to small IT business workers for their longstanding employment and self-improvement job skills. This study analyzed job competencies based on job descriptions from two IT companies. The survey was conducted to analyze employees' self-assessed current job competency level and effective ways of improving their current level of competencies. From the results of survey, most of subjects indicated their job competencies were in between mid-level to low level, and they required the need of training programs to improve their job knowledge and experience. Based on the interview from field experts about job competency development, this study designed and developed the internet based competency development system to provide effective and efficient way of improving job competencies and needed training programs for small IT business employees.

This paper describes the main considerations for the development of engine emergency protection system and applications to preliminary engine development tests. Emergency protection system performed its role without failure to shutdown test very quickly for the prevention of development of malfunctioning of test articles, which protected test articles and test facility in all abnormal situation occurred during preliminary engine development test program. This results will be used for the development of engine emergency protection system.

The researches on modern fashion design have more specific and multifactorial, and expressional approaches of designers become more deeverse too. And, at the present point time when the design itself extends actively throughout the world, there should be may studies that focus on the development of CAD system. This study research that computer adied design used in developing various design and variety training. Development of fashion design by using computers could contribute to the rapid composition of deverse researches on it. It is to be classified into three items, diagram, illustration, transformation in computer adied fashion design. The illustration could be color variation by using CAD system, and express correct form, adjustment, complement. It must be development as an expression of propaganda, having a artistic value of ganre. At the present point of time when the fashion design itself it needed development, there should be may studies that focus on development of fashion design by using computer. This study present diagram for practical side, and illustration for decorative side by using CAD system.

West coast of Korea belongs to the five largest tidal-flat zones in the world. Aiming at the efficient management and preservation of the eco-system and the enhancement of the bio-productivity of the tidal-flat zones, development of a environment-friendly vehicle for tidal-flat area is being attempted. This paper deals with the description of the characteristics of the tidal-flat zones of west coast of Korea, the technology assessment of the related products in the ATV(All-Terrain Vehicle) market, the demand assessment for the resident people.

Due to the development of science and technology and the emergence of new industries, the environmental change of the digital contents industry is rapidly progressing. The scope of technological development in the digital contents industry is affecting not only the entertainment industry but also various industries. Recently, with the development of digital convergence using realistic content, games, video, and VR have provided new opportunities for the growth of the content industry. The researcher determined that a new education system would need to be changed as the digital contents industry developed. For this purpose, an AHP questionnaire was conducted for experts with a high basic understanding of the education platform based on previous studies. We proposed a platform model for human resource development as an education system that meets the demand of digital contents industry. The education system for nurturing talents needed by future society should include elements that can interest the learning of users. The platform should not be approached from a system point of view, but should be developed from the content and user's point of view, considering the platform's original purpose.

The regulation of continuous and adjacent development was introduced to prevent unplanned and improper development and to protect environment in green zone and non-urban area that was deficient in infrastructure. Though it has been effective, it was repealed in 2011 by disorderly development problem caused by crafty tricks around restrictions. Alternatively, the Urban Planning Commission is now deliberating on the development permit, but there are still much to be resolved such as improper committee formation and abuse of power, insufficient green corridor preservation, a lack of use of planning information system, discordance between landscape management guidelines in laws, etc. Therefore, we suggest several ideas for improvement of development permit system as follows; intensive deliberation system in the Urban Planning Commission, integrated commission for green corridor prevention, early establishment of urban planning information system, making a development permission guideline to minimize discretional act of the Urban Planning Commission, etc.

Therefore, with this development assignment we'd like to develop the hybrid system combining 800W DMFC (Direct Methanol Fuel Cell) and 1.6kW of Lithium secondary battery pack which can be applied to the most common small cart. a scooter, to secure the development capability of hundreds of Watts DMFC, the high-capacity Lithium secondary battery pack, the technology of BMS (Battery Management System) and the development technology of hybrid system. DMFC, in fact, has lower energy efficiency than PEMFC (Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell); however, it has several advantages in terms of fuel storage and use. It is pretty easy to be stored and used without any additional colling and heating devices because of its insensitive liquid methanol to temperature. In conclusion, DMFC system is the most suitable device for small mobile vehicles.

The systems engineering (SE) process shall be applied to the project for successful development of ultra-high-speed (UHS) Maglev train system which is one of very large and complex systems. It is important to abolish technology differentials from the advanced developers such as Germany, Japan, etc. and to ensure discriminatory competitiveness of the application of systems engineering process for the development of the system based on appropriate concepts and requirements. General operation concept and stakeholder's requirements of UHS Maglev train system must be elicited with system concept for initiating the project. The management plan should be devised for all sorts of systems engineering activities of risk management, performance management, lifecycle cost management, etc. This paper would support to establish the systems engineering management plan (SEMP) for the program of UHS Maglev train system development with associated documents.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review the academic development of school health system and projects implemented in Korea since 1945. Methods: This study analyzed and reviewed literatures to find out the process of the development of school health system and projects implemented in Korea. Results: The history of school health in Korea since 1945 could be divided into three periods according to the development of school health system and projects; countermeasure period (1945-1969), support period (1970-1999), and innovation period (2000~). The major school health system and projects were focused on the health screening and prevention, health management and support, and health promotion for each period. Conclusion: School health system in Korea has been set successfully due to school health law(1967) and school meal law(1981), and various countermeasure, support, and innovation projects had implemented during last 60 years.
