The article considers the peculiarities of developing a marketing strategy for the adaptation of small businesses to quarantine restrictions in the field of commercial entrepreneurship. The importance of reformatting the existing marketing strategy in connection with the change of key conditions of trade activity with the introduction of quarantine restrictions due to the covid19 virus epidemic is substantiated. Quarantine restrictions and the temporary introduction of lockdown in various countries around the world, including Ukraine, have not only caused a crisis for small businesses. But they became a shock therapy and accelerated the digitalization of retail. Trends in digitalization and development of digital infrastructure allow both to adapt the structures of commercial entrepreneurship to the current conditions, and set directions for development in the long run. Particular attention in the article is paid to changing the business model and automation of sales processes based on the introduction of vending. The preconditions and existing experience of vending in Ukraine are analyzed. An outline of the business model of the project for the sale of goods through vending machines has been developed.

As a pioneering company who entered new era of brand marketing in the domestic housing development market, Construction Division of Samsung Corporation achieved enormous business performance with the brand asset at the short time period. For the great success, they tried to apply customer's value into marketing mix strategy thoroughly, and created new trend of brand marketing strategy in the field. This case deals with the Samsung Corporation's efforts mainly focused on Raemian's brand marketing strategy to build the best powerful brand, and shows which are the key success factors, and suggest strategic implications to succeed in the long run.

Knowledge of morphological changes in eel larvae is very important for artificial rearing of eel larvae. In this study, we investigated the morphological structure of the head region and histological changes of the eye retina in artificially reared larvae at various stages and in glass eel just after metamorphosis. Structural changes were observed in the upper jaw (maxilla) and the lower jaw (mandible) after 100 dah (day after hatchery) and after metamorphosis. Teeth had degenerated by the time of completion of metamorphosis. Major histological changes observed in the eye retina were the formation of the outer plexiform layer and the outer nuclear layer from 100 dah larva and a change in the rod cell layer after metamorphosis. The cornea was not observed at 10 dah in the eel larva. More information is needed on the early developmental stages of eel larvae to enable mass production of glass eels. The results obtained in the present research will be useful when developing novel rearing programs for eel larvae.

Patent strategy research has focused on the efficiency of licensing for investigation, analysis and utilization of application management, product and development task in finding patent idea, to establish patent strategy linked with management strategy and technology strategy. However, it is difficult to find the research on patent strategy that reflects an adaptive culture to enhance the internalization and performance of the established strategy. As a result, companies have been striving to imitate patent strategies of advanced companies that do not consider their industry and organizational culture. This study proposes a method of defining a firm 's patent strategy according to the competing value model that analyzes organizational culture as four frameworks. This study verifies the classification method through case studies, suggests a suitable patent strategy for the patent strategy type. This study has contributions in that discussing from a new point of view based on organizational culture theory and providing a IP strategic model with high practicality.

In recent days, the study on hybridization of the heavy-duty is going on, actively. Especially, the improvement of fuel economy can be maximized in the intra-city bus because it drives the fixed route. For developing the hybrid electric intra-city bus, optimized control strategy which is possible to be applied with real vehicle is necessary. If the real-time control strategy is developed based on the HILS, it is possible to verify the real-time ability and fail-safety function which has the vehicle stay in safe state when the functional errors are occurred. In this study, the HILS system of series hybrid electric intra-city bus is developed to verify the real time control strategy and the fail-safety functions. The main objective of the paper is to build the HILS system for verifying the control strategy (rule-based control) which is implemented to reflect the Dynamic Programming results and fail-safety functions.

University campus has grown and developed along with history of human in connection with transition characteristics of city. In particular, reflecting the features in the times, the masterplan should explore its main roles today when international growth of university is pursued. In particular, center core and quad space, focusing on main components of campus such as main building, student union hall and main lecture facility, are the prototype of campus components and have been pursued to have importance in terms of shape and function as traditional campus space strategy. Recently, however, new strategy has been proposed to explore orders of campus utilizing the underground space focusing on main universities. Design of Hana Plaza of Korea University and Bekyangro of Yeonsei University, the targets of this study, actively explore this strategy. This study analyzed such strategies in terms of concept of space to obtain space, design trend of main universities at home and abroad, and viewpoint of integrated masterplan proposal. Conclusions from this study are as follows. First, concept of quad and center space found in the design of traditional campus is reinterpreted into new design aspects through development of underground space. Second, development of underground space is approached to overcome the limit of existing campus and to present the vision of universities 100 years ahead. Third, ever-changing complicated urban environment has been reflected in space configuration of campus and positioned as strategy to implement this as modern construction technique. Third, implementation of pedestrian-oriented campus has been pursued by reinforcing utilization of inclined topography of urban environment in Korea. This enables to obtain spaces for main activities of students and to implement the space where student support facilities are concentrated and activities are performed actively. Such features can be presented as conclusions of this study.

To carry out multi-domain operations included in the U.S. Department of Defense's national security strategy in 2018, timely data sharing between C4I systems is critical. Several studies of the Korean military have also raised the problems of interface and standardization between C4I systems, and it is necessary to establish a new plan to solve this problem. In this study, a solution to the problem was derived through case analysis that the U.S. Department of Defense has been pursuing for about 20 years to implement the data strategy after establishing the data strategy in 2003. and by establishing a data strategy suitable for the ROK military C4I system operating environment, developing a data model, selecting a standard for data sharing, and proposing a shared data development procedure, we intend to improve the data sharing capability between ROK military C4I systems.

The social studies, mathematics, and science textbooks of the elementary curriculum will begin to be authorized from 2022. This study explores the effect of textbooks based on a gamification motivation strategy on learner interest. For this purpose, this study analyzes whether the systematic application of the gamification motivation strategy to elementary studies textbooks, which will be authorized from 2022, can develop this textbook into a "learner-centered curriculum book that induces interest." More specifically, this study applied Kumsung Publishing's experimental social studies textbooks in class and conducted a questionnaire among 121 third graders to verify the effectiveness of the textbooks. The results show that studies textbooks based on a gamification motivation strategy greatly influence increased learner interest in the classroom. The textbooks also represent a positive influence in learner understanding, interest, and curiosity regarding the class content and assistance. Demonstrating that gamification motivation strategy is worthwhile to actively apply in future textbook development for the enhancement of learners' interests, this study is significant in that it has presented a meaningful textbook development model.

The importance of maintenance is leading the application of the maintenance strategy in various industries. The maritime industry is also a part of them, with changes in selecting and applying the maintenance strategy, but rather slowly, by retaining the old strategy. In particular, the ship is maintaining a previously used strategy. In the circumstance of the sea, ship requires a new suggestion for maintenance strategy. A ship predictive maintenance model predicts the breakdown or malfunction of machineries to secure maintenance time with preventive actions and treatments, thereby avoiding maintenance-related dangerous factors. This study focused on applying text analysis to an Liquefied Natural Gas Carriers dock indent document, and the analysis results were interpreted from the original document. The inter-relational patterns observed from the frequency of common maintenance combinations among different parts and equipment in ships will be applied to the development of ship predictive maintenance.

This paper addressed the analysis of the trend and direction of the US defense strategy based on their third offset strategy and presented the practical policy implication of ensuring the security of South Korea appropriately in the future national defense environment. The countermeasures for the development ability of advanced weapon systems and secure core technologies for Korea were presented in consideration of the US third offset strategy for the future national defense environment. First, to carry out the innovation of national defense in Korea based on artificial intelligence(AI), the long-term basis strategy for the operation of the unmanned robot and autonomous weapon system should be suggested. Second, the platform for AI has to be developed to obtain the development of algorithms and computing abilities for securing the collection/storage/management of national defense data. Lastly, advanced components and core technologies are identified, which the Korean government can join to develop with the US on a basis of the Korea-US alliance, and the technical cooperation with the US should be stronger.
