인삼을 활용한 문화관광콘텐츠 개발전략 (Strategy Development for Cultural Tourism Contents account to Ginseng)

  • 관광콘텐츠는 관광활성화를 위한 중요한 요소임에도 불구하고, 주목받지 못하고 있어, 인삼을 활용한 문화관광콘텐츠 개발 전략을 살펴보았다. 콘텐츠 개발의 기본방향은 건강을 증진시킬 수 있다는 웰빙적인 요소와 고부가가치 상품개발이며, 개발전략은 대표적인 웰빙상품으로 스토리를 동반해야 하며, 상품을 위한 스토리가 아니라 다목적성의 성격을 띌 수 있는 콘텐츠를 개발해야 하며, 최종 상품형태를 고려하여, 실현가능한 콘텐츠를 개발해야 한다. 마지막으로 지역의 주민들에게 직접적인 이익 및 참여가 보장되어야 한다.

뱀장어 자어용 액상사료 개발 (Development of the Slurry Type Diet for the Growing Leptocephalus, Eel Larvae (Anguilla japonica))

  • This feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of slurry type diet on growth performance and survival rate of growing leptocephalus, eel larva. We need to find new materials of diets for rearing eel larvae. Test diets were formulated with the eggs of the shark, fish soluble concentrate, soybean peptide and fish protein hydrolysate. Fish (average length 6 mm) were fed 3 slurry type diet(A, B and C) based on shark egg for 5 times per day. During feeding experiment, survival rates were significantly different among 3 slurry type diets. Total protein, lipid, moisture, ash and free amino acids contents were analyzed for slurry type diets. Leptocephalus fed the C slurry type diet was grown up to $38.0{\pm}9mm$ at 150 days. But all leptocephalus fed B slurry type diet were died at 100 days, reaching $16.4{\pm}8mm$. This results suggest that basic information for diet development of eel leptocephalus.

전문대학생용 학습전략 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (The Development and effectiveness of Learning Strategy Program for Junior College Students)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학생들을 위한 학습전략 프로그램의 개발과정과 그 효과성을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 전문대학생들을 위한 학습전략 프로그램의 필요성과 타당성은 선행연구를 통해 확인하고 검토되었으며, 프로그램 개발과정을 프로그램 계획, 프로그램 개발, 프로그램 실행, 프로그램 평가의 4단계로 구분하여 프로그램 개발 관리로 통합하었다. 1단계 프로그램 계획단계에서는 개발방향 설정, 목적과 목표를 설정하였다. 2단계 프로그램 개발 단계에서는 선행연구 분석, 내용 선정, 프로그램 조직, 평가계획을 하였다. 3단계 실행단계에서는 프로그램을 실행하였고, 4단계 평가단계에서는 프로그램 평가를 실시하여 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 전문대학생용 학습전략 진단 척도로 검사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였고, 사전·사후·추후검사 점수에 대하여 효과 검증을 실시하였다.

The Globalization Strategy and Performance of an Italian Franchise Optics Corporation: A Study of Luxottica

  • Purpose - This study examined the Italian eyeglass industry and the status of the franchise market. Luxottica's global growth strategy was analyzed to provide insight into the strategy and development of the Italian eyeglass industry and its franchise business. Research design, data, methodology - Luxottica's annual report, public media material, and website were examined, in addition to data from professional institutions. For the domestic eyeglass industry and franchise business, data from professional organizations, franchise information disclosure documents of the Fair Trading Commission, media materials, and related papers were investigated. Results - The success factor turned out to be securing a global wholesaler with retailers in overseas markets. This successful strategy was based on the strong entrepreneurial spirit of the founder, innovative craftsmanship, and an excellent corporate culture including corporate social responsibility (CSR). Conclusions - Considering the current environment, for Luxottica to be a leading global company, it had to review and adopt a successful vertical integration strategy, from R&D to distribution, M&A of overseas wholesalers and retailers, creative design and technical development, and sustainable cultural development

SDGs시대의 폐기물관리 : EU의 플라스틱 전략 (Waste Management in the Era of Sustainable Development Goals : The EU's Plastics Strategy)

  • The plastic strategy adopted by the EU in January 2018 was established to implement circular economic policies and the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) of the United Nations. The strategy includes the vision and implementation measures to achieve, which are primarily measures to improve recycling and increase demand for recycled plastics. The representative measures include the design that considers recycling possibilities, reinforcement of demand for recycled plastics, suppression of occurrence, and response to micro-plastics. The policies to implement these measures include legislative restrictions and economic measures (EPR, GPP). It is especially desirable that the policies are applied differently depending on the plastic product. The Korean government has established comprehensive measures for all stages from production to recycling, but those measures are not comprehensive compared to the EU's strategy. The reason is that the refusal of waste collection makes the Korean government establish the approach from the aspect of waste management instead of the implementation of a circular economy or SDGs like the EU. The countermeasures are aimed at achieving a 50% reduction in waste generation amount and a 70% recycling rate. It is considered that the possibility of achieving the goal will increase by examining the measures and policy means in the EU's plastics strategy.

전문대학생을 위한 학습전략 진단 도구의 개발 (Development of Learning Strategy Scale for College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop of learning strategy scale for college students. This study further classified several sub-areas and defined each concepts of learning strategy. Based upon the classification of each sub-areas, tentative test items were developed through the verification of validity by three professionals. A pilot study of the developed scale was administered to 239 college students. And the research collected major data from 1,012 college students. Data were analyzed to obtain item quality, reliability, and validity analysis. The results of this study were as follows. The scale for learning strategy was defined by eight factors and they were 'self-management strategy', 'examination-readiness strategy', 'cognitive strategy', 'memorizing strategy', 'reporting strategy', 'resource-utilization strategy', 'self-regulated strategy', 'cooperative learning strategy'. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis proved the eight factors in the learning strategy. And criterion validity evidence was also obtained from a correlation analysis of the level of academic achievement.

한.대(韓.臺) 벤처기업의 경영환경, e-비즈니스 전략, 성과간의 관계 (Business Environment, e-Business Strategy and Performance : An Empirical Study of Venture Firms in Daedeok Valley and Hsinchu Science Park)

  • This study investigates the effects of business environment on the e-business strategy and performance of venture firms. The development of the research model is based on the empirical studies on the strategy literature. The data from the survey was analyzed using Partial Least Squares(PLS). For Daedeok Valley Venture Firms, product innovation differentiation strategy is affected by environmental uncertainty. And, cost leadership strategy tend to be influence by environmental uncertainty. Finally, venture firm's performance is effected by cost leadership strategy and marketing differentiation strategy. However, for in Hsinchu Science Park Venture Firms, product innovation differentiation strategy is affected by environmental uncertainty and heterogeneity. And, marketing differentiation strategy is enhanced by environment uncertainty and industry growth. In addition, cost leadership strategy tend to be influence by environmental uncertainty and heterogeneity. Finally, venture firm's performance is effected by cost leadership strategy and product innovation differentiation strategy.

산업간 비교를 통한 기술혁신주도형 중소기업의 성과분석 (Empirical Study on the Factors affecting Technology Innovation-driven SMEs' Performance: Comparison between IT and BT Industries)

  • This paper attempts to identify variables which affect Korean technology innovation-driven SMEs' performance in comparison with IT and BT industries. Technology development strategy, marketing capability, intellectual capital managerial ability are included to generate variables for the empirical research. The results of this study show that technology development strategy, marketing capability, intellectual capital managerial ability influence on the sales growth of technology-based SME in IT and BT industries. It also discusses some implications of Korean technology innovation-driven SMEs' strategy and management.

SWOT/AHP를 이용한 울산항의 전략적 발전방향에 관한 연구 (A Strategic Development of Ulsan Port Using SWOT/AHP Method)

  • The aims of this study is to suggest the strategic development plan of Ulsan Port using SWOT/AHP method. In order to do this, 16 detailed factors for SWOT Matrix were identified both from previous studies and from brainstorming professionals of the port and these made into a 3 level hierarchy structure. AHP method identified the relative weight of SWOT level as threat(0.311), opportunity(0.259), strength(0.218) and weakness(0.212), also the composite relative weight of detailed factors as recession of global economy(0.125), strengthening of economic function in port(0.085), insufficiency of port facilities(0.080) and a government regulation of port management(0.075). As a result, the study suggests S/T strategy, W/T strategy, S/O strategy, W/O strategy as a strategic development plan of the Ulsan Port.

  • We followed the below procedure to establish the development strategy of CITIS standard. At first, we investigated Military CITIS and Commercial CITIS to establish the concept of CITIS and examined several implemented examples. And using the previous analysis, We analyzed the structure of the functions, the technologies and the standards. To establish the development strategy of CITIS standard, we divided CITIS standards into three category, These are infrastrucure standard, data standard and process standard. In the process standard, we analyzed how we develop a formulated process and which item we select to make formulated official documents. And finally, We explained the implementation plan and extension strategy of government-enterprise and inter-enterprise CITIS respectively.
