  • In spite of the element that tourism contents are importance for tourism activation attract attention that I took the culture sightseeing contents development strategy that utilized Ginseng. A basic course of contents development is the element which is well-being to be able to let you increase health and high value-added article development. A development strategy must be accompanied with a story in representative well-being and must develop the contents that can be full of character of multipurpose not a story for an article and in consideration of a last article form and develop feasible contents. Lastly, direct profit and participation must be guaranteed by local inhabitants.

Development of the Slurry Type Diet for the Growing Leptocephalus, Eel Larvae (Anguilla japonica) (뱀장어 자어용 액상사료 개발)

  • This feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of slurry type diet on growth performance and survival rate of growing leptocephalus, eel larva. We need to find new materials of diets for rearing eel larvae. Test diets were formulated with the eggs of the shark, fish soluble concentrate, soybean peptide and fish protein hydrolysate. Fish (average length 6 mm) were fed 3 slurry type diet(A, B and C) based on shark egg for 5 times per day. During feeding experiment, survival rates were significantly different among 3 slurry type diets. Total protein, lipid, moisture, ash and free amino acids contents were analyzed for slurry type diets. Leptocephalus fed the C slurry type diet was grown up to $38.0{\pm}9mm$ at 150 days. But all leptocephalus fed B slurry type diet were died at 100 days, reaching $16.4{\pm}8mm$. This results suggest that basic information for diet development of eel leptocephalus.

  • This study is to verify the development process and effectiveness of a learning strategy program for junior college students. The necessity and feasibility of learning strategy programs for junior college students were confirmed and reviewed through prior studies, and the program development process was divided into four stages: program planning, program development, program execution, and program evaluation, and integrated into program development management. In the first stage of program planning, the development direction, goals and objectives were set. In the second stage of program development, prior research analysis, content selection, program organization, and evaluation plan were conducted. In the third stage of execution, the program was executed, and in the fourth stage of evaluation, program evaluation was conducted to develop the program. In order to verify the effectiveness of the program, the test was conducted using the learning strategy diagnostic scale for junior college students to collect data, and the effectiveness was verified for the pre-, post-, and post-test scores.

  • Purpose - This study examined the Italian eyeglass industry and the status of the franchise market. Luxottica's global growth strategy was analyzed to provide insight into the strategy and development of the Italian eyeglass industry and its franchise business. Research design, data, methodology - Luxottica's annual report, public media material, and website were examined, in addition to data from professional institutions. For the domestic eyeglass industry and franchise business, data from professional organizations, franchise information disclosure documents of the Fair Trading Commission, media materials, and related papers were investigated. Results - The success factor turned out to be securing a global wholesaler with retailers in overseas markets. This successful strategy was based on the strong entrepreneurial spirit of the founder, innovative craftsmanship, and an excellent corporate culture including corporate social responsibility (CSR). Conclusions - Considering the current environment, for Luxottica to be a leading global company, it had to review and adopt a successful vertical integration strategy, from R&D to distribution, M&A of overseas wholesalers and retailers, creative design and technical development, and sustainable cultural development

Waste Management in the Era of Sustainable Development Goals : The EU's Plastics Strategy (SDGs시대의 폐기물관리 : EU의 플라스틱 전략)

  • The plastic strategy adopted by the EU in January 2018 was established to implement circular economic policies and the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) of the United Nations. The strategy includes the vision and implementation measures to achieve, which are primarily measures to improve recycling and increase demand for recycled plastics. The representative measures include the design that considers recycling possibilities, reinforcement of demand for recycled plastics, suppression of occurrence, and response to micro-plastics. The policies to implement these measures include legislative restrictions and economic measures (EPR, GPP). It is especially desirable that the policies are applied differently depending on the plastic product. The Korean government has established comprehensive measures for all stages from production to recycling, but those measures are not comprehensive compared to the EU's strategy. The reason is that the refusal of waste collection makes the Korean government establish the approach from the aspect of waste management instead of the implementation of a circular economy or SDGs like the EU. The countermeasures are aimed at achieving a 50% reduction in waste generation amount and a 70% recycling rate. It is considered that the possibility of achieving the goal will increase by examining the measures and policy means in the EU's plastics strategy.

Development of Learning Strategy Scale for College Students (전문대학생을 위한 학습전략 진단 도구의 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop of learning strategy scale for college students. This study further classified several sub-areas and defined each concepts of learning strategy. Based upon the classification of each sub-areas, tentative test items were developed through the verification of validity by three professionals. A pilot study of the developed scale was administered to 239 college students. And the research collected major data from 1,012 college students. Data were analyzed to obtain item quality, reliability, and validity analysis. The results of this study were as follows. The scale for learning strategy was defined by eight factors and they were 'self-management strategy', 'examination-readiness strategy', 'cognitive strategy', 'memorizing strategy', 'reporting strategy', 'resource-utilization strategy', 'self-regulated strategy', 'cooperative learning strategy'. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis proved the eight factors in the learning strategy. And criterion validity evidence was also obtained from a correlation analysis of the level of academic achievement.

  • This study investigates the effects of business environment on the e-business strategy and performance of venture firms. The development of the research model is based on the empirical studies on the strategy literature. The data from the survey was analyzed using Partial Least Squares(PLS). For Daedeok Valley Venture Firms, product innovation differentiation strategy is affected by environmental uncertainty. And, cost leadership strategy tend to be influence by environmental uncertainty. Finally, venture firm's performance is effected by cost leadership strategy and marketing differentiation strategy. However, for in Hsinchu Science Park Venture Firms, product innovation differentiation strategy is affected by environmental uncertainty and heterogeneity. And, marketing differentiation strategy is enhanced by environment uncertainty and industry growth. In addition, cost leadership strategy tend to be influence by environmental uncertainty and heterogeneity. Finally, venture firm's performance is effected by cost leadership strategy and product innovation differentiation strategy.

  • This paper attempts to identify variables which affect Korean technology innovation-driven SMEs' performance in comparison with IT and BT industries. Technology development strategy, marketing capability, intellectual capital managerial ability are included to generate variables for the empirical research. The results of this study show that technology development strategy, marketing capability, intellectual capital managerial ability influence on the sales growth of technology-based SME in IT and BT industries. It also discusses some implications of Korean technology innovation-driven SMEs' strategy and management.

A Strategic Development of Ulsan Port Using SWOT/AHP Method (SWOT/AHP를 이용한 울산항의 전략적 발전방향에 관한 연구)

  • The aims of this study is to suggest the strategic development plan of Ulsan Port using SWOT/AHP method. In order to do this, 16 detailed factors for SWOT Matrix were identified both from previous studies and from brainstorming professionals of the port and these made into a 3 level hierarchy structure. AHP method identified the relative weight of SWOT level as threat(0.311), opportunity(0.259), strength(0.218) and weakness(0.212), also the composite relative weight of detailed factors as recession of global economy(0.125), strengthening of economic function in port(0.085), insufficiency of port facilities(0.080) and a government regulation of port management(0.075). As a result, the study suggests S/T strategy, W/T strategy, S/O strategy, W/O strategy as a strategic development plan of the Ulsan Port.

  • We followed the below procedure to establish the development strategy of CITIS standard. At first, we investigated Military CITIS and Commercial CITIS to establish the concept of CITIS and examined several implemented examples. And using the previous analysis, We analyzed the structure of the functions, the technologies and the standards. To establish the development strategy of CITIS standard, we divided CITIS standards into three category, These are infrastrucure standard, data standard and process standard. In the process standard, we analyzed how we develop a formulated process and which item we select to make formulated official documents. And finally, We explained the implementation plan and extension strategy of government-enterprise and inter-enterprise CITIS respectively.
