전통 문화 가치관 특성에 따른 전통 디자인의 선호 및 구매 의도, 전통 디자인의 선호 스타일 이미지 (The Preference and Purchasing Intention of Traditional Design by Characteristics of Traditional Culture Values and Preferred Style Image of Traditional Design)

  • This study investigates the Korean loungewear market and the traditional culture values of consumers related to loungewear to examine the preference of Korean traditional details, sewing techniques in loungewear design, and purchasing intentions. A survey method was used in this study. A total of 230 self-administered questionnaires were obtained from female consumers and 214 data sets were used for analysis. For the analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and ANOVA were executed with PASW Statistics 18.0 and a structural equation model was estimated by Amos 18.0. The results are as follows. Traditional culture values were classified into two dimensions, traditional succession value and traditional design preference value. In the structure equation model, the traditional design preference value had a significant effect on the preference and the traditional culture succession value had significant effect on purchase intention. The results proved that the preference on loungewear with Korean traditional elements is closely related to purchase intention. Consumer groups were divided into three groups by traditional culture values factor; traditional culture succession group, traditional design preference group, and traditional culture indifference group. Style preference images showed significant differences in relation to traditional culture groups. This study is for use as fundamental knowledge on traditional loungewear brand development and strategy planning by offering specific traditional culture aspects associated with preference and purchase intentions.

소형 환단면 선형유도전자펌프 설계를 위한 전산 프로그램 개발 (Development of Computer Program for Design of the Small Annular Linear Induction EM Pump)

  • EM(ElectroMagnetic) pump is used for the purpose of transporting liquid sodium coolant with electrical conductivity in the LMR(Liquid Metal Reactor). In the present study, computer program for the pilot annular linear EM pump has been developed for the maximum flowrate with 200 l/min and maximum developing pressure with 3 bar. Firstly, Balance equation is induced by the equivalent circuit method which is commonly employed to analyze linear induction machines and the calculation of the hydraulic pressure drop. Then, design equation is converted to the computer program and optimum pump variables are determined by this code. The code is verified by the comparative analysis with the characteristic of the commercialized pump.

  • Regrading the development of offshore natural gas field near Sakhalin Island which is an ice-infested area, this study aims to estimate the dynamic ice load for construction of offshore structures operating in this region. In this paper the design ice load and dynamic responses of a slender Arctic structure upon continuous ice movement are sutdied. Crushing agter a certain elastic deformation is assumed as a primary failure mechanism at the contact zone between semi-infinite level ice edge and the face of structure. Dynamic interaction forces are calculated using a modified Korzhavin's equation and a two-dimensional ice-structure interaction model is adopted. To verify the numerical model, dynamic analysis is performed for on of the Baltic Sea channel markers whose response patterns were presiously observed.

Transonic Flutter Suppression of the 2-D Flap Wing with External Store using CFD-based Aeroservoelasticity

  • An analysis procedure for the combined problem of control algorithm and aeroelastic system which is based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) technique has been developed. The aerodynamic forces in the transonic region are calculated from the transonic small disturbance(TSD) theory. An linear quadratic regulator(LQR) controller is designed to suppress the transonic flutter. The optimal control gain is estimated by solving the discrete-time Riccati equation. The system identification technique rebuilds the CFD-based aeroelstic system in order to form an adequate system matrix which involved in the discrete-time Riccati equation. Finally the controller, that is constructed on the basis of system identification technique, is used to suppress the flutter phenomenon of the airfoil with attached store. This approach, that is, the CFD-based aeroservoelasticity design, can be utilized for the development of effective flutter controller design in the transonic region.

  • In this paper, the thrust force characteristic of SLIM according to the variation of several parameters was calculated from the fundamental equation based on Maxwell' s electromagnetic equation to design the transportation system which is drived by short primary single sided linear induction motor. The transportation system of moving secondary was constructed by the design values calculated on the base of simulated data and this values were compared to experimental values, and also the control method of transportation system was proposed.

  • Research on space development and satellites is being actively pursued. An interesting field is the study of reliable low-cost space launch vehicles. Since chemical fuel-based launching systems are expensive and take a lot of time and cost to maintain, the EML system, which is an electromagnetic force launching apparatus, is attracting attention. The EML system converts electrical energy stored in a capacitor into magnetic energy, and converts magnetic energy into mechanical kinetic energy, thereby accelerating the projectile. Although studies are actively conducted in the field, it is difficult to solve the equation because the impedance and speedance change with time and the nonlinearity is strong. Many researchers have solved this equation in a variety of methods. In this paper, the velocity analysis of the projectile was carried out by FEM (finite element method) using the commercial electromagnetic analysis program MAXWELL.

  • Multi-stage pumps are the most popular pumps among various kinds of centrifugal pumps. Athorough review of different kinds of literature has led to the conclusion that there is a desperate need to increase the performance of the multi-stage centrifugal pump. Many investigators have put their efforts to increase the pump performance and also the work is being projected on various aspects of pump performance variables. To improve the multistage centrifugal pump performance by investigation, modification, and analysis many works of literature are available. For analysis, many researchers used the Navier-Stokes solver to create the three-dimensional unsteady turbulent flow numerical model with the standard k-ε turbulent equation. This paper mainly focuses on research related to the multi-stage centrifugal pump.

EDIF Netlist를 이용한 PLD 설계용 툴 개발 (The Development of PLD Design Tool using the EDIF Netlist)

  • 본 논문은 상용 툴인 OrCAD에서 생성한 디지털 회로의 EDIF 네트리스트를 이용하여 디지털 회로를 PLD로 구현하기 위한 PLD 설계 툴을 개발하였다. EDIF 네트리스트를 이용하여 디지털 회로를 PLD로 구현하기 위해 각 셀(cell)간의 연결정보를 추출하는 연결정보 추출기(JIE)오 피드백(feedback)의 존재여부를 검색하는 피드백 노드 검출기(FND), 부울식을 생성하는 등의 알고리즘(BEG)들을 제안하였다. 또한 생성한 부울식을 최소화한 후, 최소화한 부울식의 입출력 변수 개수와 OR 텀의 수와 출력 특성을 고려하여 적합한 PLD 소자를 자동 선정하는 Auto select 기능과 상용 툴인 MyPLD에서 현재 제공하고 있는 PLD들 보다 용량이 큰 EPLD 타입의 GAL6001과 GAL6002의 JEDEC 파일 생성알고리즘도 제안하였다.

  • This paper describes a lateral guidance system of an autonomous vehicle, using a neural network model of magneto-resistive sensor and magnetic fields. The model equation was compared with experimental sensing data. We found that the experimental result has a negligible difference from the modeling equation result. We verified that the modeling equation can be used in simulations. As the neural network controller acquires magnetic field values(B$\_$x/, B$\_$y/, B$\_$z/) from the three-axis, the controller outputs a steering angle. The controller uses the back-propagation algorithms of neural network. The learning pattern acquisition was obtained using computer simulation, which is more exact than human driving. The simulation program was developed in order to verify the acquisition of the teaming pattern, teaming itself, and the adequacy of the design controller. The performance of the controller can be verified through simulation. The real autonomous electric vehicle using neural network controller verified good results.

Development of a Shear Strength Equation for Beam-Column Connections in Reinforced Concrete and Steel Composite Systems

  • In this study, we propose a new equation that evaluates the shear strength of beam-column connections in reinforced concrete and steel beam (RCS) composite materials. This equation encompasses the effect of shear keys, extended face bearing plates (E-FBP), and transverse beams on connection shear strength, as well as the contribution of cover plates. Mobilization coefficients for beam-column connections in the RCS composite system are suggested. The proposed model, validated by statistical analysis, provided the strongest correlation with test results for connections containing both E-FBP and transverse beams. Additionally, our results indicated that Architectural Institute of Japan (AIJ) and Modified AIJ (M-AIJ) equations should be used carefully to evaluate the shear strength for connections that do not have E-FBP or transverse beams.
