민간경비 인사업무의 중요도 및 우선순위에 대한 고찰 (Analysis of the Importance and Priority of HRM Factors in Private Security)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 민간경비업에서 내적 역량에 비해 급격한 외적 성장으로 야기된 성장통을 해소하는 적극적인 활동을 인사업무에서 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에서 제시하고 있는 인사업무를 민간경비 인사업무에 적용하여 계층구조분석(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 통해 상대적인 중요도를 면밀하게 분석하였다. 도출한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비 인사업무의 대분류 구성요소의 중요도 순위는 모집단계, 운용단계, 복지단계, 퇴직단계 순으로 나타났다. 모집단계의 상대적 중요도가 63.8%에 이르렀다. 둘째, 대분류를 다시 14개 능력단위를 중분류로, 그리고 능력단위요소 46개를 소분류로 구분하여 복합중요도를 산출하였다. 그 결과, 모집단계의 인사기획과 인력채용이 가장 집중해야할 분야로 선정되었다. 또한 교육과정 기획하기와 교육과정 운영하기가 각각 8위와 10위에 해당하여, 교육훈련의 운영에도 역량을 집중할 필요성이 제기되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 민간경비업의 발전을 위해 인사업무 중 역량을 집중해야 할 분야를 제언하였고, 후속연구를 위한 연구방향과 기법도 제안하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 EA에서 제공하는 정보가 공공기관 정보화 사업수행 활동에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 살펴보았다. 분석 대상은 관세청 국가 관세망 및 관련 정보화 사업이며 설문 조사를 활용하였다. EA 정보 제공은 정보의 적절성, 충분성, 일관성으로 정의하고 사업수행 활동은 사업관리, 사업 참여, 의사소통, 요구사항 관리, 인력투입으로 정의하여 항목 간 상관분석을 통해 영향도를 제시하였다. EA에서 제공된 정보와 사업관리 툴의 활용도, 인력투입 적정성과는 유의미한 상관관계를 확인할 수 없었다. 담당 공무원은 제공된 정보가 충분하면 사업수행 중 의사 결정에 긍정적인 효과를 주고, 수행업체는 정보가 일관되게 제공된다면 사업에 필요한 자원을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 연구 결과는 정보화 사업의 성공적인 진행을 위해 사업이 가진 특성과 함께 발주처의 사업환경을 확인하고, 사업을 수행하는 주체별 핵심 역할에 집중하여 사업수행 전략을 수립하는 것이 사업의 성공에 중요하다는 것을 제시하였다.

  • Human resource development(HRD) is one of the important success factors in competitive business circumstance. So many companies are developing HRD system for role based competent person rearing to catch up with fast changing situations. And they are building professional and specific HRD systems, With these trends, this study analyze which are affecting user satisfaction in role based corporate HRD systems. Recognized profit, HRD support situation, and user experiences affect to user satisfaction significantly. And HRD support situation is the biggest affecting factor to user satisfaction.

  • GRAM++ is a collection of software packages for geographic information system (GIS) applications, developed indigenously at the Centre of Studies in Resources Engineering (CSRE), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay. This software is now being used for a number of GIS applications that assist decision makers in taking informed decisions. Some of these applications include simulation of the spatial impact of raising height of dam and assessment of the costs and benefits; identifying sites suitable for inland aquaculture and validation with existing sites; developing resource profiles and computation of human development indices for prioritized development; land suitability analysis for agriculture applications.

Upgrading in Global Value Chains: the Cases of High, Mid and Low Technology Sectors in Thailand

  • This paper highlights how Thailand upgrades its positions in global value chains in high-tech, mid-tech and low-tech industries represented by electronics, automotive and frozen seafood, respectively. In the electronics industry, there are not many capable firms in the upstream segment like semiconductors. Nevertheless, transnational corporations in segment like hard disk drive began to invest in process R&D and collaborate more with local suppliers, universities and public research institutes in human resource and technological development. In the automotive industry, several Japanese car manufacturers such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Isuzu set up R&D/Technical centres in Thailand since 2000s. This prompted Japanese and local part suppliers to also invest more in engineering, design and development activities. Some local universities offer as well engineering programmes specifically targeting the automotive industry. In the frozen seafood industry, several Thai firms have developed new ready-to-eat products, own brands and international distribution networks. They started to become transnational corporations investing in both developing and developed countries.

  • The objective of this study was to develop the strategies for enhancing activities of the "Korean Rural Leaders' Association" to foster the voluntary leadership in rural area. Literature review and questionnaire survey were carried out. The results of the study were as follows: Firstly, for enhancing the organizational competency, it was regarded as the important components that developing an organizational vision, improvement of structure and functions, promotion of the organizational management efficiency including human resource, securing new members and establishment of organizational culture. And secondly, for accelerating the organizational activities, it was expected to give more concern to such activities as public services, spokesman's role for the farmers, organizational / international cooperations and research at central level of the association.

  • The purpose of this research is to develop the methodology for measuring the effectiveness of the Korean National Quality Award. To test the validity of the model, confirmatory factor analysis is used. Conclusively, 79 questions in 15 sub-categories from 7 categories are developed valid in the empirical research. Seven categories are Leadership, Strategic Planning, Human-Resource Focus, Process Management, Customer & Market Focus, Information & Analysis and Results.

지역 평생교육 발전을 위한 지방자치단체의 역할 (The Role of Local Government in Development of Community Lifelong Education)

  • The objectives of this study were to identify the roles of local government for developing community lifelong education, and to suggest desirable directions for upbringing human resource for the future in local community. The roles of local governments have become a more difficult challenge in the context of the ever increasing trends of rural population's moving toward urban areas mainly for the better education for their children. Even though there are regional differences in income level, educational environment, and budgetary constraints. local governments can play an important role in helping community people to build strong community in terms of economic development and enhancing the level of quality of life, and upbringing community leaders. Local governments' priority should be given to provide the better educational opportunities for students as well as community people through community lifelong educational programs.

  • Remotely operated vehicle(ROV) and autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV) have been used for underwater surveys, underwater exploration, resource harvesting, offshore plant maintenance and repair, and underwater construction. It is hard for people to work in the deep sea. Therefore, we need a vision control system of underwater submersible that can replace human eyes. However, many people have difficulty in developing a deep-sea image control system due to the deep sea special environment such as high pressure, brine, waterproofing and communication. In this paper, we will develop an Ethernet based remote image control system that can control the image mounted on ROV.

  • With developments in science and technology and improvement in living standards, human life expectancy is steadily increasing worldwide. For effective healthcare, it is necessary to check health conditions according to individuals' behavior and acquire prior knowledge on possible diseases. In this study, we classified the diseases that are major causes of death in Korea by referring to data provided by the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. We selected indexes that could be used as indicators of major diseases and created the LCBB-SC. In the LCBB-SC, the data are systematically subdivided into related fields to provide integrated data related to each disease and to provide an infrastructure that can be used by researchers. In addition, by developing a web interface allowing for self-symptom assessments, this resource will be beneficial to people who want to check their own health condition using a list of diseases that might be caused by their behaviors.
