The Curriculum Determinant Factors of Information Management are identified Manpower Demand Factor, Department Associate Perception Factor, Imitation Factor, Education Demand Factor. The result of This Study proposed that Computer Science Field, IT Field, Internet Field had to Include to Curriculum of Information management. In Addition, The Result of This Study is identified that Curriculum Determinant Factor is related to Composition Factor. Manpower Demand factor Department Associate Perception Factor are important to Curriculum Determinant. And IT Field, Computer Science Field are critical to curriculum of Information Management.

In order to analyze the influence of subjective cognition about determinant factors in employment on job satisfaction, this study utilized The Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) 2010 Year and the subjects of this survey were 4,051 people who graduated from university. The results of this study were follows: First, subjective cognition about determinant factors in employment and job satisfaction were showed significant difference by gender, type of school, school location, major fields. Second, school in region, education major, the academic factor, the certification & major field factor, the personality & human connection factor were found to have positive(+) influence on the intrinsic satisfaction. Third, 2~3years college, school in region, social major, education major, technology major, natural major, medical major, academic factor, the certification & major field factor, the personality & human connection factor were found to have positive(+) influence on the extrinsic satisfaction. This study provides detailed analysis on subjective cognition about determinant factors in employment, offering new verification of work job satisfaction.

The aim of this study is to analyze determinant factor on the strike action among hospital laborer in Korea. We collected data for 10days from 12 to 22 July, 2013. This study was surveyed 405 laborer in university hospital was located in the Seoul city and Gyeonggi-do. It was found as follow. There was statistically significant difference in the strike propensity and sub-domain on the job dissatisfaction by sex, age, education, wedding, occupation, position, salary, number of years of employment, position in labor union for strike action(p<0.05). From the multiple regression analysis, it was found that determinant factor on the strike action was occupation, strike propensity(sense of duty, after vote, depend on compensation) which was statistically significant difference(p<0.05). As a result, we suggest that hospital administrator must solve the problem related welfare benefits and personnel system in university hospital for preventing strike.

The purpose of this study is to present basic data of basic concept that planners should consider in planning process. For this purpose, we have proposed the determinant factors of basic concept. In particular, this study focuses on the physical planning elements among the various planning elements that determine the basic concept. The research method is the case study and analysis for the competitions of LH for the past four years. After dividing the residential environment area, the planning elements was derived and the planning direction is arranged for the case district. The determinants factor were determined by the structure of each area. Three area, including the degree of urban context, were found to be the main determinants of the basic idea. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The degree of reflection of urban context, the degree of effort to resolve environmental influences are determinant factors of basic concept. (2) The degree of connection between urban and site area, the degree of overlapping of the boundaries, and street are determinant factors of basic concept. (3) The degree of appropriateness of the residential layout, the degree of rationality of the moving plan, the adequacy of the community space plan are determinant factors of basic concept.

Due to the vast increase in the elderly population and the changes in traditional filial duties, the importance of the elderly living arrangement is being greatly emphasized. The purpose of this study was to analyse the determinant factor of intention to move into senior congregate housing. The survey was conducted among middle-aged people in their fifties, who lived in Seoul, using the systematic random sampling method. The final sample included 498 respondents. The results were as follows. 1) It was revealed that many respondents thought positively about senior congregate housing. Both of having children and income were proved as an important variables which had an impact factor to move into senior congregate housing. 2) It was found that residential environment was the more important factor than housing level itself or personal social environment.

CAPM explains the rate of return for the risk asset by $\beta$, systematic risk. There are some assumption in CAPM. But CAPM can not explain the movement of stock price sufficiently due to limitation of the assumptions. Therefore many scholars study which variables with the exception of $\beta$ effect on the rate of return of risk asset for supplementing this limitation by using PER, size of firm etc.. But it will be natural that PER, size of firm etc. to be determinant factors of $\beta$ also effect on the abnormal rate of return, because PER, size of firm etc. used in their studies already effect on determination of $\beta$, . That is, the determinant factors of $\beta$ effect on determination of abnormal rate of return according as $\beta$, effects on abnormal rate of return. Therefore, this study tests empirically how the determinant factors of $\beta$, effect on determination of$\beta$, ,and how $\beta$ and the determinant factor of $\beta$ effect on the abnormal rate of return in CAPM.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the determinant factors of social TV resistance to innovation and intention to use focused on college students. The results were as follows. First, complexity, trialability and observability among the determinant factors of social TV usage influenced positively on resistance to innovation of social TV, and complexity influenced negatively on resistance to innovation of social TV. Second, only observability among the determinant factors of social TV usage influenced positively on intention to use. Third, resistance to innovation of social TV usage influenced negatively on intention to use.

Korean firms have had a short history of foreign direct investment and export in China market entry. This present study empirically analyzed determinants of the choice of foreign market entry modes, Particularly forcusing on the China market entry on Korean manufacture firms. This study developed a research model to determinant factor in the China market entry and collected 77 survey responses from the Korean manufacture firms. This study model construct in the third factor, China market character, company character and product character. In China market character, the variance are China trade barrier, culture different, competition power. The variance in company character are internationalization experience, enterprise rage and entry motivation. Also the variance in product character are product different, customer service and cost advantage. It is researcher's main interest that which type of China market entry format brought most positive evaluation form the Korean manufacture firms. therefor, these research results turned out to be different a little both export and direct investment in China market of Korean manufacture firms.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of perceptions of somatotype on the satisfaction of somatotype and the clothing behavior. The respondents included 201 female student volunteers, aged 19 to 27, who were enrolled at university in Busan. The questionnaire was composed of three sections; perceived somatotype-self, satisfaction of somatotype and clothing behavior. Data were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, and regression analysis. This study established the factors(the lower half the body, the upper half of the body, height, body-shape)as the perception of somatotype. In the clothing behavior, this study drew the 3 factor(aesthetics, fit, utility). The result of regression analysis reveals that the perceptions of somatotype-self are major determinant to influence on the satisfaction of somatotype. But the perceptions of somatotype-self are major determinant to influence on the aesthetic factor among three factors.
