Performance Analysis Based on Bonded Surface Designs for Stitchless Welded Products

  • This study selected three model designs used for air injection type welding clothes designed for insulation purposes and analyzed the performance of each design. The bending characteristics were analyzed in order to identify the flexibility of the welded areas; subsequently, the seam breaking strength and water pressure resistance were analyzed to identify the bonding strength. In addition, two types of waterproof fabric, polyurethane (PU) coated 2 layer and PU laminated 2 layer fabrics, were used for a performance analysis, according to fabric processing specifications. The circle type showed the highest flexibility in the terms of bending characteristics that influence wearability and were followed by the wave and the straight type. In terms of breaking strength, the straight type showed the highest breaking strength, followed by the wave and the circle type. The water pressure resistance analysis found that the wave type was superior to the straight type in terms of water pressure resistance. The wave type is deemed to be a design type suitable for maximizing performance, provided that the issue of stabilization in the welding production process is addressed. Looking at the bending characteristics of waterproof fabric for each specification, the laminating waterproof cloth outperformed the coated waterproof cloth in terms of flexibility. However, in terms of seam breaking strength, the coated waterproof cloth outperformed the laminated cloth. In contrast, the water pressure resistance of the laminated waterproof fabric was found to be higher than the coated waterproof fabric, leading to the conclusion that the bonding strength of the laminated waterproof fabric is higher than that of the coated waterproof fabric based on the assumption of injecting air.

단일구조 지르코니아 보철물을 이용한 심한 마모 환자의 전악 수복 증례 (Oral rehabilitation of a patient with severely worn dentition using monolithic zirconia)

  • 과도한 치아의 마모는 치수의 병적 변화, 교합 불균형과 기능 및 심미적 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 수직고경의 변화를 동반한 전악보철수복의 경우, 악관절 및 저작근의 통증이나 이상기능 등의 문제를 야기할 수 있으므로 정확한 진단 및 분석, 그리고 단계적인 치료접근이 요구된다. 본 증례는 34세 남자 환자로 전반적인 치아 마모와 부식으로 인해 기능적, 심미적 치아외형 상실을 가지고 있었다. 진단 평가결과 수직고경의 거상을 동반한 전악 보철 수복이 필요한 상태로 진단되었다. 치료계획에 의해 교합안정장치를 이용하여 턱관절을 안정화시킨 뒤 중심위를 채득하고, 거상된 수직고경 상에서 임시치아로 수복하여 경과 관찰하였다. 그 후 CAD-CAM (computer aided design-computer aided manufacturer)을 이용하여 단일구조 지르코니아를 이용한 보철 수복을 시행하였다. 최종 보철 수복 후 환자는 기능 및 형태적으로 매우 만족했으며, 더불어 심미적으로도 좋은 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다.

Global-Navigation Satellite Service를 위한 Electromagnetic Band Gap 구조체 설계 (Design of Electromagnetic Band Gap Structure for Global Navigation Satellite Service)

  • 본 논문에서는 GNSS(Global-Navigation Satellite Service)에서 사용되는 단말기의 PCB(Printed Circuit Board) 전원안정화를 위해서 PCB 내층에 삽입될 EBG(Electromagnetic Band Gap) 구조체를 제안한다. 버섯모양의 제안된 EBG 구조체를 통한 PCB에서의 관심 금지대역폭/저지대역폭 주파수는 GNSS와 이동통신 관련 주파수를 포함하는 1.55GHz에서 1.81GHz이었으며, 시뮬레이션 결과, 이 구간에서 삽입손실(S21)이 약 -40dB 이하로 형성됨을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 향후, PCB 회로 설계의 PDN(Power Delivery Network)구조의 안정화 향상 및 EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) 대책에 효과적 대응이 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

카메라 렌즈 설계에서 직교화 방법에 관한 연구 (A study on convergence and stabilization of SVD damped least squares method in the triplet camera lens-system design)

  • Triplet 카메라 렌즈계(f'=50mm, f/3.5)를 통하여 고유값의 중간값은 최적의 감쇠 계수임과, 정규 방정식을 풀 때 SVD 직교화 방법을 적용하면 불량 조건을 제거하여 계산의 정확도를 높일 수 있어서 merit 함수는 최소값에 안정하면서도 빠르게 수렴할 수 있다는 것을 조사하였다. 양호 조건인 triplet 카메라 렌즈계에서 SVD 직교화 방법을 적용한 DLS 법에서 얻은 최소 merit 함수는 가우스 소거법에서 얻은 최소 merit 함수의 97.86%로서 크게 개선되지는 못하였다. 따라서 SVD 직교화 방법을 적용한 DLS 법이 가우스 소거법을 적용한 DLS 법보다 감쇠 계수 적용에 대한 안정성과 수렴속도가 좋으며, 최적화 방법에 적절한 감쇠 계수를 적용시켜주면 최적화 과정의 수렴 속도가 개선됨을 알 수 있었다.

  • Recently, the hospital infection has emerged as a major concern in the media. In everyday life, but not good if the infection refers to infection with the population living in the hospital. The case with which the equipment is used in a hospital if the person mediating and mediated, patients sometimes with the pathogen causing the disease to their patients. disease in our country for some time, and Mers is finished, large hospitals are taking place is a change in hygiene and operating systems. The Mers is spreading visits and influenced the patient or patient care. And the hygiene to limit the visiting hours for hospital infection prevention and stabilization of the patient. The infection, especially infection among patients and patients but a number of factors, from the emergency room or intensive care unit of frequent hospital contacts between patients with infection and of course, furniture for storing multiple people to use in the ward also become a source of infection. Hospital, another patient is a Cabinet that used to accept the next patient will cause a secondary infection and the role of infectious agents. Therefore, the general public will have a nervousness in the hospital, also medical care needed to avoid the problem occurred. This study examines such issues for the Cabinet of the hospital with a secondary infection is concerned, eco-friendly and hygienic storage furniture and one-off development that will help to improve the hospital environment for research purposes.

전복시 차체에 대한 구조 안전 해석 (Structural Safety Analysis on Car Body at Overturn)

  • 본 연구에서는 구조해석을 통하여 차체의 전복 시에 있어서의 차체의 두께에 따른 변형량과 응력 변화를 고찰하여 보았다. 차체의 두께가 5t인 자동차에서는 2초일 때에 차체의 오른쪽 천장에서 7.5024mm의 최대변형이 일어났으며, 차체의 왼쪽 밑 부분에서 113.69 MPa의 최대응력을 받았다. 차체의 두께가 10t인 자동차에서는 2초일 때에 차체의 오른쪽 천장에서 1.2557mm로 최대의 변형이 일어났으며 차체의 왼쪽 밑 부분에서 15.134 MPa의 최대응력이 발생했다. 차체의 두께가 15t인 자동차에서는 2초일 때에 0.42529mm로서 차체의 오른쪽 천장에서 최대의 변형이 일어났으며 응력은 2초일 때에 차체의 왼쪽 밑 부분에서 4.405MPa의 최대응력이 작용되었다. 두께가 15mm보다 커지는 경우에는 시간에 따른 응력 및 변형율의 분포가 고르게 나타나고 있어 설계의 안전성을 보이고 있다.

수동형 감요수조 설계를 위한 벤치테스터 개발 (Development of Bench Tester for Designing the Passive Anti-Rolling Tanks)

  • It is important to use bench test results in the design process of anti-rolling tanks. Traditional bench tester is usually designed to perform only roll motions about a fixed axis and relatively small so that the viscous effects may not be neglected. Novel bench tester which could adjust the motion center to realize the coupled motion of sway and roll has been devised and manufactured therefore, large scaled bench tester could be utilized for designing the passive anti-rolling tanks. The time history of the reference signal from the rotation sensor of the bench tester have been recorded and processed to determine the phase angle to derive the Response Amplitude Operator(RAO) of the stabilized ship. The breadth of ART tank model should be large up to 2 m to diminish viscous scale effect and the vertical position of the tank can be varied with the ship's center of motion. The periods and the amplitude of roll motion can be varied from 1.5 sec to 5 sec and up to ±20°, respectively. The components of the tester was expressed in three dimensional digital mockup (DMU) and assembled together in the CAD space. The final configuration of the bench tester has been determined by confirming the smooth operation of the moving parts without interference through the animation in CAD space. New analytic logic are introduced for the determination of hydrodynamic moment and phase difference due to fluid motion in ART and verified through the test. The developed bench tester is believed to be effective and accurate for the verification of stabilization effect of ART taking into the consideration of the sway effect in the design stage.

The immediate effect of incorporating short-term slow abdominal respiration into an exercise program on balance and the autonomic nervous system

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the possible effects of incorporating short-term slow-abdominal respiration (SAR) into an exercise program, on balance and the cardiac-related autonomic nervous system (ANS). Design: Cross-over repeated measures design. Methods: Fifteen young and healthy adults were randomly assigned into two groups (7 in the C-R group, 8 in the R-C group), each of which carried out both control sequence (C) and respiration-experiment sequence (R) in the inverse order. In the C sequence, the subjects performed passive exercises and a general exercise program (P-GEP). In the R sequence, the subjects received a short-term SAR training session and then performed the respiration incorporated general exercises program (R-RGEP). Before and after both C and R sequences, the length and the area of the displacement of the center of pressure (COP) and heart rate variability parameters were measured. Results: The total length of the COP displacement in the left single-leg-standing condition showed a significantly greater reduction after R-RGEP in the respiration-experiment sequence than after the P-GEP in the control sequence (p<0.05). The mean heart rate was significantly reduced only after R-RGEP in the respiration-experiment sequence (p<0.05) Conclusions: The slow-abdominal-respiration, trained in a simple manner and integrated into the exercise program in a single session, showed partially positive immediate effects on balance stabilization. The decrease in heart rate indicated possible involvement of the parasympathetic ANS activation in the stability, although it is not enough to decide whether it is purely due to the controlled respiration.

사면보강 뿌리말뚝공법의 준3차원적 안정해석기법 (Method of Quasi-Three Dimensional Stability Analysis of the Root Pile System on Slope Reinforcement)

  • The root pile system is insitu soil reinforcement technique that uses a series of reticulately installed micropiles. In terms of mechanical improvement by means of grouted reinform ming elements, the root pile system is similar to the soil nailing system. The main difference between root piles and soil nailing are due to the fact that the reinforcing bars in root piles are normally grouted under high pressure and that the alignments of the reinforcing members differ. Recently, the root pile system has been broadly used to stabilize slopes and retain excavations. The accurate design of the root pile system is, however, a very difficult tass owing to geometric variety and statical indetermination, and to the difficulty in the soilfiles interaction analysis. As a result, moat of the current design methods have been heavily dependent on the experiences and approximate approach. This paper proposes a quasi-three dimensional method of analysis for the root pile system applied to the stabilization of slopes. The proposed methods of analysis include i) a technique to estimate the change in borehole radium as a function of the grout pressure as well as a function of the time when the grout pressure is applied, ii) a technique to evaluate quasi -three dimensional limit-equilibrium stability for sliding, iii) a technique to predict the stability with respect to plastic deformation of the soil between adjacent root piles, and iv) a quasi -three dimensional finite element technique to compute stresses and dis placements of the root pile structure barred on the generalized plane strain condition and composite unit cell concept talon형 with considerations of the group effect and knot effect. By using the proposed technique to estimate the change in borehole radius as a function of the grout pressure as well as a function of the time, the estimations are made and compar ed with the Kleyner 8l Krizek's experimental test results. Also by using the proposed quasi-three dimensional analytical method, analyses have been performed with the aim of pointing out the effects of various factors on the interaction behaviors of the root pile system.

그라우트 주입률 변화에 따른 전단탄성계수 평가 (Evaluation of Shear Elastic Modulus by Changing Injection Ratio of Grout)

  • 연약지반을 개량하기 위한 심층혼합처리공법과 같은 다양한 공법은 지반보강을 위하여 그라우트를 광범위하게 사용하고 있다. 반복하중 및 동하중을 받는 지반-구조물계의 설계에 사용되는 중요한 동적변수는 사질토 및 화강풍화토, 암시편에 관하여 많이 연구 발표되었다. 하지만 그라우트로 보강된 지반에 대한 내진설계 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공진주시험기를 이용하여 점성토와 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트의 함수비와 그라우트 주입률의 변화에 따른 전단변형률과 전단탄성계수의 상관관계를 Ramberg-Osgood Model로 정규화하여 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 동적계수는 함수비와 그라우트 주입율에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.
