For the reliable prediction of maneuverability of a ship, lots of captive model tests have been carried out for over 10 years. But the parameters appearing in the mathematical model are so versatile and showing complex characteristics, and it is still hard to establish the useful formulae that we can adopt directly in the design stage. In this paper, the most important parameters in the mathematical model. i.e.($1-\omega_P$) the effective wake fraction at propeller, and $\delta_R(\beta_R)$), the effective rudder inflow angles are investigated by the captive model tests at the circulating water channel. The model is tested at designed speed and at low speed, and the drafts at both full load and ballast load conditions are taken. Propeller thrusts and rudder normal forces are measured at the given drift angle and propeller revolution. These forces are used for the analysis of the effective flow velocity or flow direction, to the propeller or rudder.

Nowadays, mass media innovates and has the great power of revolution of our lives. Marshall MacLuhan says new media is the new method of language and also, it is connecting to the real world possibly. The letters make media world a big different. At the end of voiceless age, the caption not only delivers means of the contents but also provides for the composition of the screen itself. In these kinds of composition elements contain explanations such as aesthetic, entertainment, and revival aspects. The caption as translation that used to use was as changing as new way of exploring method. To deliver means of contents, the letters of inside screen has extremely big changes and meaning as well. The design of lettering is the new aesthetic method of media world. Also, the elements of lettering is approaching as the new way of lives. Therefore, this study is to provide the aspects of the lettering to the mass media respectively.

Moon Jae-in Care can be seen as a 2.0 version of Roh Moo-Hyun Care. Just as Roh Care failed to achieve its coverage rate goal and 30% share of public beds, Moon Care also failed to achieve its expected goal. The reason is that it followed Roh Care's failed strategy. Failure to control non-covered services has led to a long way to achieve a 70% coverage rate and induced the expansion of voluntary indemnity insurance, resulting in increased public burden. The universal coverage of non-covered services caused an immediate backlash from doctors. And Moon government also failed to control the private insurance market. The expansion of publicly owned beds has not become realized and has not obtained public support. Above all, it failed to overcome the resistance of doctors and failed to obtain consent from budget power groups in the cabinet for public investment. It was also insufficient to win the support of civic groups. Communication with interested groups failed and the role of private health care providers was neglected. The next government should also continue to strengthen health care coverage, but it should prioritize preventing medical poor and create a consensus with both medical providers and consumers for the control of non-covered services. Ahead of the super-aged society, the establishment of linkage between medical services and long-term care and visiting health care or welfare services is an important task. All public and private provisions and resources should be utilized in the view of a comprehensive public health perspective, and public investment should be input in sectors where public medical institutions can perform more effective functions. The next government, which will be launched in 2022, should design a new paradigm for health care in the face of a period of transformation, such as the coming super-aged society in 2026 and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and recognize that the capabilities of the health care system represent the nation's overall capacity.

In this paper, we propose the educational model for a convergence minor by fusing culinary arts with robot technology to develop coding ability for the students in the culinary arts major which is not originally related to software field. It is meaningful that the educational model follows the trend along the development of the fourth industrial revolution technology and has the function to make the students who are not in software major grow as software experts. However there are difficulties in designing the convergence minor because the culinary arts major is distant to the robot technology in the view of technology. To overcome this difficulty the convergence minor is designed to attract the interest for the students in culinary arts major by construct educational subjects systematically such as cooking, dessert making, barista working, autonomous serving and so on based on robots. Also the practices in which various robots are utilized are included in the convergence minor to develop actual coding ability. By comparison to the other models of convergence minors, the proposed model shows enhanced educational effects in 20% than the others.

Purpose - Semiconductors are a significant export item for Korea that is expected to continue to contribute significantly to the Korean economy in the future. Thus, the semiconductor industry is a critical component in the 4th Industrial Revolution and is expected to continue growing as the non-face-to-face economy expands as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, this paper aims to empirically investigate how semiconductors are imported and exported in Korea from a global supply chain perspective by analysing import and export data at the micro-level. Design/methodology - This study conducts a multifaceted analysis of the global supply chain for semiconductors and related equipment in Korea by examining semiconductor imports and exports by semiconductor type, year, target country, mode of transportation, airport/port, and domestic region, using import/export micro-data. The visualisation, flow analysis, and Bayesian Network methodologies were used to compensate for the limitations of each method. Findings - Korea is a major exporter of semiconductor memory and has the world's highest competitiveness but is relatively weak in the field of system semiconductors. The trade deficit in 'semiconductor equipment and parts' is clearly growing. As a result, continued investment in 'system semiconductors' and 'semiconductor equipment and parts' technology development is necessary to boost exports and ensure a stable supply chain. Originality/value - Few papers on semiconductor trade in Korea have been published from the perspective of the global supply chain or value chain. This study contributes to the literature in this area by focusing on import and export data for the global supply chain of the Korean semiconductor industry using a variety of approaches. It is our hope that the insights gained from this study will aid in the advancement of SCM research.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has increased studies on observing the cross section by overlapping the clothing worn using 3D human body data. However, there is a lack of studies on the effect of pressure clothing that contracts the shape of the human body. Therefore, this study objectively evaluated the shaping functionality of body shapers using 3D scan and 3D data. Two types of commercial body shapers were selected for this study. The nude body and body wearing body shapers were then scanned. A 3D program evaluated the shaping functionality by overlapping the nude state with the body wearing body shaper A and B respectively. As a result, it was found that the effect of body shapers could be adequately observed according to body parts. The smaller body shaper was shown to have superior shaping capability with the abdomen more affected. Analysis of the horizontal cross section indicated that the waist circumference decreased by 6 cm when wearing body shaper A and decreased by 12cm when wearing body shaper B. The volume of the waist part decreased by 8.6% when wearing body shaper A and by 20.4% when wearing body shaper B. Therefore, it is more effective to compare the objective shaping functionality by body parts using the overlapped 3D scanned data rather than using exterior evaluation or length measurement when wearing clothing that contracts the body shape.

With the rapid development of scientific technologies and the appearance of new industrial areas, the 4th industrial revolution is rapidly progressed while new values are created and realized by the conversion between industries. The researcher wrote the main questions through the preceding research on domestic and overseas major new technology convergence products and services. The researcher planned the in-depth interview, which is one of the qualitative research methodologies, and conducted the Kano method questionnaire that can embody multidimensional and strategic judgment rather than grasp fragmentary preference trends. According to the results, In addition to strengthening the technical capabilities of the VR/AR game industry, policy needs to raise professional manpower have been raised. Practical workforce development through close collaboration between industry and educational institutions, and continuous supply of human resources through retraining of existing game contents personnel. It gave direction to the creation of new jobs in the VR/AR game industry.

Recently, entrepreneurship education has been emphasized in order to bring creative innovation to the fourth industrial revolution era. The purpose of this study is to suggest methods to promote practice by developing an educational program based on the maker education model to foster entrepreneurship of adolescents proposed in the previous study. For this purpose, we developed two kinds of programs and materials according to the subject and the level for the 3rd grader in middle school and first grader in high school. The final output was composed of the workbook for students, the guidebook for teachers, the PPT, and the worksheet for a team activity. The pilot workshop of the developed program was conducted for 14 middle school students. The final program was developed after being received advisories by three experts. This study is meaningful in that it can contribute to foster entrepreneurship education in the field by proposing specific programs required for practicing maker education for entrepreneurship.

This study was designed to analyze trends in the entire convergence research beyond academic research through social media big data analysis at a time when interdisciplinary convergence research is emphasized along with the fourth industrial revolution. For this purpose, about 150,000 cases of texts and titles were acquired for about 10 years from January 2009 to September 2018 in connection with the convergence research in social media, and word cloud and network analysis were conducted. As a results, the research fields that were actively conducted for each period were eco-tech in 2009 and 2010, smart technology in 2011 and 2012, information and communication in 2013 and 2014, robots in 2015 and 2016, and artificial intelligence in 2017 and 2018. Also, the research areas that have been consistently conducted for about 10 years are culture, design, chemistry, nanotechnology, biotechnology, robot, IT, and information and communication. Since this study identifies trends in convergence research over time, it can be helpful to researchers who are planning convergence research direction by understanding the trends of convergence research.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, improving computational thinking to solve problems by smoothly operating and utilizing software. Therefore, the ministry of education has introduced systematic SW education into public education as a revised 2015 curriculum with the aim of raising computational thinking. In order for SW education to be systematically stabilized at the school site, the teaching ability of the teacher must be supported above all. For this purpose, the government is promoting 'SWEET' for improvement of the elementary pre-service teachers' SW education program. However, even if the policy is pursued, there is a tendency to take measures to improve the teaching and learning methods in the field later, and since the subject of change in education is the teacher, it is necessary to grasp the reco-gnition, experience of teachers. This study analyzed qualitatively perception and experience of elementary pre-service teachers about SW education and suggested design guidelines for pre-service teacher training such as providing various learning examples.
