창업에 대한 사회적인식과 창업교육이 창업의도에 미치는 영향 : 기업가 정신의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Social Awareness of Startup and Entrepreneurial Education on Entrepreneurial Intention: Focused on Entrepreneurship)

  • Purpose - Recently, the meaning and importance of entrepreneurship has been emphasized in order to achieve innovation-led economic growth through entrepreneurship. Various forms of entrepreneurship education have been established centering on universities, and the scale of the entrepreneurship support programs of the government and the private sector has been increasing. Entrepreneurial education can enhance entrepreneurship and promote entrepreneurial intention. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of experience of entrepreneuship education and social awareness of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurship, focusing on women who were relatively alienated from entrepreneurial activities. This study will provide suggestions for women's entrepreneurship in the future. Conclusions - Although women's economic activity is increasing, women's activities in the field of business start-up are still passive. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship on entrepreneuship education and the social perception of entrepreneurship. As a result, we found that social awareness, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurship all had a significant influence on the intention of entrepreneurship. Positive social atmosphere for entrepreneurship induces interest in entrepreneurship education and forms a virtuous cycle structure that fosters entrepreneurship through entrepreneuship education. In addition, the introduction of diverse programs that encourage entrepreneurship should enhance the attractiveness of promising talent to enter the entrepreneurial market.

Startup Engineering Education Programs in Niigata University: How to Integrate Knowledge to Solve Engineering Problems

  • Faculty of engineering, Niigata University has been executing start-up engineering education programs for the first-year students to educate his or her ability to solve engineering problems. They are divided into teams and tackle a task that they expect to easily accomplish. The expected results are hardly obtained. Then they try to seek the gap between the results and their knowledge. They analyze the phenomena and improve the approach. They evaluate the results of second trial and the effectiveness of the measures. That is, the project requires so-called PDCA cycles for students to solve engineering problems. The start-up engineering project is one of the compulsory subjects and seven departments have given the students several tasks based on their technicality. The students exchange their knowledge, ideas and learn how to use knowledge to solve the problems. Their reports and questionnaire survey proved that the projects are highly effective to improve his or her ability to solve engineering problems and give them strong motivation to learn engineering. We introduce the some tasks and the outcomes of the projects set by seven departments; mechanical and production engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, information engineering, biocybernetics, chemistry and chemical engineering, civil engineering and architecture, and material science and engineering.

아동 교육용 게임의 사용자 인터페이스(UI) 색채 디자인 분석 (Analysis of User Interface (UI) Color Design of Children's Education Game)

  • 취학 전 아동에게 시각은 중요한 역할을 하며 모든 것은 배우고 인지하는 것은 사물에 색채로부터 시작된다. 게임의 인터페이스(UI)는 아동들의 게임에 대한 첫인상으로 합리적인 색채 디자인이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 취학 전 아동을 위한 모바일 교육용 게임을 선정하여 게임 인터페이스와 작동 아이콘에서 주요 색채를 포토샵(Photoshop)에 적용함으로 UI 색채의 세 가지 요소인 색상, 명도, 채도를 분석하고자 한다. 연구결과로 아동 교육용 게임 UI 색채 디자인에 대해 3가지 개선점을 제시한다. 첫째, 디자인할 때 현실과 비슷한 색채를 선택함이 우월하다. 둘째, 아동들의 취향에 따라 따뜻한 색을 선택함이 우월하다. 셋째, 아동의 시력 보호하기 위해 대비색 적용을 선택할 때 색채의 명도나 순도를 낮춘다. 연구결과가 취학 전 아동(3~6세)을 위해 개발된 교육용 게임 색채 디자인의 참고 자료로 활용되기를 바란다.

Based on the Analysis of Entrepreneurship Support Policy Information, Establishment of Customized Entrepreneurship Promotion Model for Sports Major

  • 이 논문에서는 정부의 청년창업지원정책과 관련한 각종 정보를 분석하여 스포츠전공 대학생의 맞춤형 창업촉진 전략을 제안하여, 창업효능감을 증대시키는 데 목적을 두었다. 1차적으로 문헌연구를 수행하였으며, 2차적으로 전문가 인터뷰를 토대로 스포츠전공 대학생의 창업촉진을 위한 대안을 분석하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 제안을 하였다. 첫째, 창업정책에서 스포츠 분야의 부가가치성 및 개별성을 인정해야 한다. 둘째, 스포츠전공자의 창업네트워크 및 플랫폼 구성이 필요하다. 셋째, 스포츠창업을 위한 공간 구성(Startup Co-Space)을 해야 한다. 넷째, 창업동아리 구성과 지원이 필요하다. 다섯째, 캡스톤디자인 및 취창업진로세미나 교과목에서 창업경진대회를 활성화시킨다. 여섯째, 창업멘토링을 통한 스포츠전공학생들의 창업효능감을 증대시켜야 한다.

청소년기업가정신교육 효과성 검증에 관한 탐색적 연구: 디자인씽킹(Design Thinking)을 활용한 청소년기업가정신교육을 중심으로 (A study on the Effectiveness of Youth Entrepreneurship Education Program: Focusing on the Youth Entrepreneurs Education Program based on Design Thinking)

  • 본 연구는 청소년 대상 기업가정신 교육의 효과성을 구체적으로 살펴보고 이의 수준을 제고 하기 위한 교육 방법론을 탐색하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 '식품(푸드)'을 주제로 '디자인 씽킹' 기반의 기업가정신 교육을 경기도 소재 중학교 및 고등학교 각 1개교에서 재학생들을 대상으로 실시하였다. 선행연구를 통해 기업가정신교육 효과성 측정에서 강조되는 9가지 영역(기회발견, 기회 활용, 창의성 역량, 진로준비 행동, 기업가정신, 창업 의지, 셀프리더십, 사회적 문제해결력, 교육프로그램 목표)을 기초로 '청소년기업가정신교육' 효과성 측정을 위한 탐색적 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디자인씽킹을 활용한 청소년기업가정신교육 후 9개 차원의 모든 측정값이 통계적으로 유의미하게 높아졌는데, 특히 '기회 활용' 차원과 '창업 의지' 차원이 가장 높게 상승했다. '기회 활용' 차원이 유의미하게 두드러진 배경에는, 금번 교육에 참여한 학생들이 '디자인 씽킹' 방법론을 '식품(푸드)' 이라는 구체적인 비즈니스 주제와 결합하여 적용한 실제적 경험을 처음 해보았기 때문에 보인 반응으로 추론된다. '창업 의지'의 경우는 선행연구에서와 같이 교육 참여 여부 또는 경험에 따라 변화의 정도가 가장 큰 만큼, 향후 '청소년기업가정신교육'의 효과성에서 중요한 변수로 다루어져야 함을 확인하였다. 둘째, 9개 차원에 대한 교육 효과분석을 위해 성별, 수강 동기별, 창업동아리 경험 여부 등 응답자특성별로 분석했다, 그 결과 종합지수의 경우 성별, 학교, 기업가정신교육참여 경험 여부에 상관없이 사전-사후 측정값이 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승했다. 특히 수강동기별로 살펴보면 본인 관심과 주위 추천이 통계적으로 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 이 결과에 대한 해석을 위해 교육이 수행되었던 학교의 교사를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시한 결과 학생들이 자율적으로 참여하는 동아리 활동에 교사의 영향력(추천)이 크기 때문으로 판단했다. 향후 연구에서는 기업가정신교육이 9개 차원에 어떠한 경로로 영향을 미쳤는지 경로 메커니즘에 관한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

지역산업맞춤형 일자리창출사업을 위한 패션 취·창업 교육훈련 사례연구 - 광주광역시 서구를 중심으로 - (A case study of the education and training for job creation based on the local fashion industry - In Seogu Gwangju central city -)

  • The aim of this study is develop a state-funded education and training curriculum to contribute to the development of the fashion industry infrastructure. This will be achieved based on the service sector by the competitive clothing sales personnel and fashion startups. The study was conducted using a qualitative research method. The participants were 20 representatives of fashion-related companies and employees from one traditional market and two fashion outlets in Seogu, Gwangju. Data was collected from September 2015 to January 2017 by demand surveys and in-depth interviews. These were conducted on the same day at each clothing store office. In addition, existing literature was also reviewed. The collected data were first summarized into 64 meaning units from which three themes were derived by arranging, classifying, and analyzing the data. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the education and training curriculum for fashion job creation is aimed at job-oriented field-types with the objective of cultivating professional skills for online to offline fashion professionals. Second, the curriculum for fashion advisors was developed to consisted of 8 courses of 150 hours, including job knowledge, a foreign language, fashion-specific knowledge, fashion marketing & VMD, store management know-how, clothing repair, field trip, and internship. Third, the curriculum for fashion entrepreneurs consisted of 8 courses of 106 hours, including entrepreneurship, fashion practice, startup, field trip, finance & taxation accounting, marketing, social enterprise course, and internship.

의류제조 직업능력개발교육 학습자의 학습참여동기가 교육 및 취업서비스만족도와 직업능력개발성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Learner's Motivation on Professional Development in Vocational Education of Clothing Manufacturing)

  • This study investigated how learning motivation affects satisfaction with training and employment services and its performance for participants in government-supported job skill development program of the clothing industry so as to provide fundamental data for developing a training program that fosters professionals and relieves the labor shortage in the clothing industry. 180 copies of questionnaires were statistically analyzed by SPSSWIN 21.0. Most trainees were low-income citizens in their 40s and 50s. They were divided into highly educated or low-educated. The results of the research are as follows: when the trainees were motivated by the goals of getting a certificate or a job, employment service satisfaction levels were influenced meaningfully. Secondly, educational satisfaction levels and occupational ability development also scored highly. Therefore, it is important to strengthen instructors' competency. Instructors must be required to have onsite experience so that they can provide authentic education that can be applied to the work field. The government should establish a compulsory training session for the trainers along with an incentive program so that they can catch up with up-to-date technology and trend. Third, the research shows that supporting business startup and job placement is important. Follow-up management systems should be provided in cooperation with relevant institutions of employment and business startups. Either outsourcing or placement of professional advisors is also needed.

1인 창조기업의 손익분기점 도달 영향요인 분석 (Analysis on Factors Influencing the Achievement of Break-even Point among the Creativity and Skill-based Sole Proprietors)

  • Purpose - The break-even point refers to the point where total profit and total cost coincide, and from this point on, the entrepreneur's decision-making takes a different route. Strategic decisions can be made for more efficient operation and eventually for more likelihood for growth and sustainability if a startup figures out when it recoups the investment and switches to a net profit. Design/methodology/approach - 748 creativity and skill-based sole proprietors in manufacturing industry were examined to demonstrate the effect of the entrepreneur's entrepreneurial experience and education level, the business launch preparation time, or the self-financing on the achievement of break-even point. Findings - While the business launch preparation time lowered the likelihood of reaching a break-even point, self-financing increased the likelihood. As a result of further analysis by subdividing into subgroups according to skill level, only the business launch preparation time was statistically significant in the highly skilled industries. In the low skilled industries, in addition to the business launch preparation time, the CEO's education level and the self-financing were statistically significant. Research implications or Originality - The longer the business launch preparation time, the higher the start-up cost, which increases the burden of initial cost recovery, and the agile response to market changes is thereby delayed, resulting in the business idea losing its appeal. Self-financing not only provides stability and strong motivation for the business operation but also promotes careful spending which contributes to the achievement of break-even point. In particular, it is found that practical experience is more useful than theoretical knowledge in low skilled industries. Due to the limitation of secondary data based on the recollection, the time required to reach a break-even point, percentage of financing sources, etc. may include cognitive errors. In addition, variables are not included that explain the characteristics of creativity and skill-based sole proprietorship, so it is necessary to exercise caution with the actual application.

지역 창업 활성화를 위한 테크숍 구축 방안과 기대효과 (Tech shop building plan and its effect to encourage local start-up)

  • 3D 프린터와 여러 작업 도구를 이용하여 빠르게 시제품을 제작할 수 있는 환경을 제공하는 테크숍은 융합디자인교육을 실현할 수 있는 공간이며, 4차 산업혁명 시대에 창의적인 아이디어를 배출해 낼 수 있는 터전이 될 것이 분명하다. 본 연구는 콘텐츠 관련 대학 및 기관이 많이 포진되어 있는 충청권 지역에서 지역 창업 활성화를 위한 테크숍 구축 방안을 제안하고 그 가능성을 타진해 보는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 테크숍의 구축 필요성을 검토해보고, 이에 부합하는 구축 방안을 제안하고 테크숍 운영에 필요한 구성 요소들에 대해 분석하였다. 제안하는 테크숍 구축이 이루어지고 효율적인 운영이 더해진다면, 좋은 아이디어를 기반으로 하는 시제품들이 빠르게 제작되어지고 상품화될 수 있기 때문에 지역 창업 활성화에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

문화관광산업 사회적 특성이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Cultural Tourism Industry Social Characteristics on Entrepreneurship Intention)

  • 본 연구는 문화관광산업 분야에 대한 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 문화관광 산업 분야 내의 예비창업자에게 창업 방안에 대한 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 문화관광산업 분야 내의 예비창업자들은 창업하고자 하는 창업 아이템에 대한 분석과 이를 바탕으로 창업 계획서를 시장 조사를 바탕으로 체계적인 설계가 필요하다. 또한 다양한 창업 사례들을 분석함으로써 실패와 성공에 대한 다각적인 사전 경험을 확보해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 문화관광산업 분야 내의 예비창업자들은 지금보다 더 다양한 기관 및 학교에서 진행하는 다양한 창업교육을 이수하면서 창업에 대한 관심도를 더 높여야 할 것이고, 교육에서 나타날 수 있는 성취감과 의지성을 높여야 할 것이다. 또한 다양한 창업교육을 통해 인간관계 형성을 창출할 수 있도록 노력함으로써 창업시 인적네트워크 및 정보 공유의 활용도가 나타날 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 문화관광산업 분야 내의 예비창업자들은 다양한 정보획득을 위해 창업관련 기관 방문 및 전문가들의 교육, 자문들을 받아야 할 것이다. 또한 국가에서 실시하는 창업 정보를 얻음으로써 좀 더 다양한 창업도움(창업지원금 지원, 창업컨설팅 및 자문 등)이 이루어질 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다.
