Purpose - Investigate the association of internal and external factors of consumers and analysing the role of moderating comparative marketing aspects, especially the part of YouTuber and celebgram in influencing purchase decisions. Apart from that, it provides an overview of the pattern of purchase decision making in forming Millennials and Y generation consumer culture Research design, data, and methodology - This study uses a quantitative research approach with descriptive, predictive, and prospective data analysis on 300 eligible Millennials and Y aged 20-35 years who are bachelor-educated. Data collection using online surveys with final statistical analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach Results - All hypothesis are declared accepted, indirect testing the dominant internal consumer factors have a positive and significant effect on consumers' purchase decisions. Through testing Moderating, aspect marketing comparative is also authoritative able to moderate internal consumer factors towards purchase decision making. Conclusions - Digital technology is changing the paradigm and perceptions of the millennials and Y generations in terms of behaving as a generation of technology connoisseurs who also influence and shape the culture of that generation and the generations to come in the future.

The purpose of this study is to examine the status and limitations of the activation plan as a result of the change in urban regeneration paradigm. In particular, the change in housing life was considered following the guidelines of the New Deal project. Specifically, the three types - General Neighborhood, Housing Support, and DongneSaligi - were analyzed from the perspective of organization, space and program. In addition, the master plan and unit project, the organization and progress, and the budget plan were reviewed. As a result, the New Deal project for urban regeneration is importance on economic regeneration, which, unlike the integrated and continuous guide proposed by the government, could limit the individual progress of transitional organizations, 2-dimensional planing and various programs. Thus, first, in order to supplement the organization's verticality and inefficiency in progress, the annual business assessment should be discouraged and the permit and progress of the project should be determined at the local government level. Second, integrated and multidimensional planning is necessary to produce synergy effects in the physical environment. Finally, the link between program unit projects and the economic effects can be considered.

Purpose: This research is to answer the following research questions because of the importance of learning how retired businesspeople increase their financial security and quality of life. (1) how does an entrepreneur contribute to economic development? (2) what types of investments are performed by businesspeople after retirement? (3) how entrepreneurial financial attainment capacity and anticipated net income after retirement are related? Research design, data and methodology: This research has conducted the qualitative analysis (QCA) using the current literature review. In the traditional positivist research paradigm, the quality of research is evaluated based on issues of validity, reliability, and objectivity. Contrary to the positivist approach, QCA focuses on the underlying meaning of the data. Results: This research found that finance management is increasingly challenging for businesspeople. The solutions based on the literature investigation suggest four categories. (1) Planned spending and revenue allocation, (2) Investing in the stock market, (3) Create a culture of saving, (4) Get Informed. Conclusions: This research puts forth a model to describe the connection between an investor's financial achievement potential and their desired net profits in retirement. The results of this study support the idea that the ability to achieve financial success as an entrepreneur has a salutary effect on the amount of money saved for retirement.

본 논문은 지방자치단체의 위상과 역할이 확대되면서 지방의 도시 이미지 제고에 있어서의 도시 아이덴티티 확립과 대전지역의 도시 발전측면에서 보존 육성 개발하는 전략을 수립하는 전략을 제시하고 활성화 방향을 설정하는 실천적인 핵심적인 과정의 창출에 대한 모델을 제시하고 한다. 대전광역시가 직면하고 있는 지역개발의 새로운 패러다임으로서 도시 문화적 전략과 그 한계와 진화를 이해하고 차별적인 도시 이미지 구축하기 위하여 세계의 선진 사례들과의 비교, 분석을 통해 제시한다. 또한 대전광역시에 대한 도시이미지브랜드의 핵심적인 아이디어를 도출하고 성공전략을 도출하기 위한 가이드 라인을 제시하고자 한다. 대전시의 도시브랜드에 대한 포지셔닝 분석을 통해 대전광역시에 적합하고 차별성과 상징성을 갖는 도시 이미지 및 브랜드 개발 시스템 개발에 대한 제언을 통해 유니버셜 및 지속가능한 디자인으로서 대전시의 도시디자인 및 도시마케팅에 대한 개념을 이해하고자 한다.

본 연구는 L기업의 사례를 중심으로 웹기반 온라인 기업교육의 성과에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들과 학습효과 요인들과의 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과를 요약하면 지각된 매체풍부성, 정보제공 기능, 교수자의 태도, 지각된 유용성이 원격교육의 성과에 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 상호작용 정도와 화면구성은 성과에 부분적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 종합적으로 살펴보면 학습자들의 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 부분적으로 고려하는 것도 중요하지만 전반적인 효과를 기대하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 종합적인 접근이 이루어져야 함을 시사하고 있다. 즉 원격교육시스템이 기업교육의 효과성에 기여하기 위해서는 학습자, 교수자, 설계 요인을 체계적으로 고려하여 재설계되어야 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to escape from the existing defense quality policy focused on government-led quality assurance for mass-produced items and to secure quality reliability of weapon systems through a defense quality policy paradigm shift based on designing a verification systems anchored on reliability through the enhancement of military supply quality control in the development stage, the enhancement of quality responsibility of the manufacturing contractor and other methods. Methods: For the shift to the quality-based defense quality policy, the status and the problems of the status quo are analyzed and the direction of future defense quality policy is suggested based on literature review of the concept of reliability and reliability in the field of defense, on case studies of global corporations and their quality policies, on the background on quality assurance in defense, and on case studies of quality policies in other government organizations, Results: Based on the case studies of quality policies in global corporations and other government agencies, the importance of preventive quality control from the early development stages, quality control based on the reliability of the materials and parts, and shift of the quality policy to a certification system to achieve these objectives were highlighted. Conclusion: To secure reliability of weapon system quality, the quality policy must be shifted to a system focused on reliability-based design and verification and there is a further need to enhance the operational efficiency and capacity of DTaQ based on studies and evaluation of weapon system reliability.

최근 IT 분야의 화두인 클라우드 컴퓨팅과 빅데이터 패러다임을 중소기업(Small and Medium Business: SMB) 차원에서 용이하게 활용하도록 지원하는 시도가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로, 본 논문에서는 프라이빗 클라우드 인프라 환경을 대상으로 하둡(Hadoop) 클러스터를 시험적으로 구축하는 프로토타입을 설계하고 구현한다. 프로토타입 구현은 싱글보드, PC, 그리고 서버를 이용하여 각각 수행하고, 그 성능을 테스트한다. 또한, ASA (American Standard Association) Dataset을 이용한 빅데이터 분석을 통해서 구축된 하둡 프로토타입을 활용하는 분석 소프트웨어 시스템의 성능을 통합적으로 검증한 결과를 제시한다. 이를 위해, R, 파이썬, D3, 자바와 같은 오픈소스를 이용하여 분석 소프트웨어 시스템을 구현하고, 테스트를 수행한다.

The importance of the cultural identity of each country is emphasized among the new cultural paradigm of the 21st century. Leading world-wide trends, overseas licensed fashion magazines have expressed characteristics close to the culture and lifestyle of each country at the same time. The goal of this study was focused on finding out the differences and similarities between overseas licensed fashion magazine, or if the content would be compared to the aesthetic characteristics and criteria of the country they were published in. To accomplish this, we extracted the color, material and modifier from the scripts of the Korean and Japanese editions of VOGUE published during S/S in 2012 for comparative analysis of the aspects of color, fabrics and modifier between Japan and Korea. There were common but also unique characteristics, as the issues of VOGUE KOREA and VOGUE JAPAN published during the research period had modifier to fit each season and trend, the emergence of color and fabric. Especially, the kind and frequency of color, fabric and modifier could be considered as expressing their own unique fashion culture. In case of Korea, maximal with colorful and decorative image is especially strong, while in Japan the soft and gentle feminine image was rather strong.

유비쿼터스 도시(이하 U-City)는 ICT 기술을 활용하여 도심화의 문제를 해결하는 새로운 패러다임으로 각광받고 있다. 하지만 수익 창출 저하 및 시민체감형 서비스의 부족 등의 문제로 인해 U-City 서비스의 인식은 부정적인 수준에 머무르고 있다. 따라서 사용자 중심의 수익창출형 서비스 개발을 위한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 U-City 서비스 개발을 위한 기반연구로서 U-City에 생활하는 시민들은 어떠한 요인에 의해 U-City 서비스를 수용하는지에 대해 도출해 보고자 한다. 연구의 기본모델로는 새로운 기술수용 연구에 일반적으로 사용되는 기술수용모델을 활용하였다. 기술수용모델의 변수들은 U-City의 특성을 반영하여 사용자, 기술, 서비스 관점으로 나눠 설계하였다. 실제 U-City 선정 지역 중 7개 도시의 600명 시민을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 가설을 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모델을 사용하였다. 연구결과의 주요 내용들을 이론적인 측면과 실용적인 측면으로 나눠 시사점을 제시하였으며, 향후 U-City 서비스 설계시 기반 연구로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

전자통신 및 스마트기기 사용의 확산과 더불어 스마트플랫폼 시대에 맞는 강의 및 새로운 서비스 구상이 필요하고, 다양한 콘텐츠 및 시스템 변화에 대비하여 교육 시스템을 설계, 구현할 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 국내 사이버 대학들도 스마트폰 기반의 모바일 캠퍼스 구축 등 융복합 기술을 통한 새로운 정보통신 환경에 부합하는 교육시스템과 네트워크 기반 구축에 빠르게 대처하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 K대학의 사례연구를 통해 클라우드 기반 시스템 설계와 구현, 활용효과를 제시함으로서 효과적인 도입 방법 및 개선점 등을 시사하는 것이다. K대학의 행아웃 학습시스템 도입사례를 통해 교수와 학생간 자유로운 의견 교환 및 정보공유를 통해 학생의 학업성취도 및 만족도가 향상되었고, 시간 및 운영비용 등의 절감을 통해 효율성이 향상되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 이 연구 결과는 실시간 영상강의의 새로운 모델을 발굴하고 학습 환경 개선을 위한 클라우드 기반 서비스 플랫폼을 제시한다.
