The purpose of this study is to analyze the recognition of and the preference for a fashion specialist among students from 4-year and 2-year colleges in Taegu, in order to provide basic data for the effective management methods for the students. The objects of the survey were students in Taegu and Kyungbuk province; 287 students from 4-year colleges and 430 students from 2-year colleges, making the total of 717 students. The survey tool was a questionnaire, which consists of 7 general questions, 7 major curriculum related questions, and 6 questions regarding the information about a fashion specialist, and students career plan. It also contains 3-level Licurt type questionnaire on the recognition of and the preference for a fashion specialist from 20 professional fields. SPSS is used for frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, $x^2$-test and ANOVA. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The students' motivation in choosing their major as clothing and fashion design was out of independent career plan (86.7%). They were quite content with their major but were unsatisfactory with the current curriculum. 2. The subjects students thought necessary in preparing to be a fashion specialist were pattern, clothing construction (40.1%), clothing design (33.7%), and fashion marketing (18.9%). The answer to the question about the most important subject in the future was fashion marketing (57.2%). 3. What students consider most in choosing a job was aptitude and ability (70.8%). The most preferable clothing types that students want to work with after graduation were womens clothing (52.1%) and wedding dress (18.1%). 4. The means of getting information on a fashion specialist were magazines or broadcasting (72%) and school lectures (20.6%), and there was a significant deference among colleges. 5. Fashion coordinator was the highest recognized specialist (2.64) and the lowest was fashion converter (1.23) among other fashion specialists. 4-year college students had higher recognition in all areas (20 areas) than 2-year college students, and there was a significant deference among colleges in 20 areas.

To work in the fashion industry which has entered the digital age, and in specialization and high-industrialization age, one needs to attain various skills required for the qualifications of a fashion specialist. For these, qualification certificate systems are enacted to nurture specialized technical personnel, and among these, a jacket pattern is selected from the practical examination of Western-style dress skill prepared for nurturing specialist who can design, cut, and sew women's clothing, to be compared and analyzed against the existing printed practical textbooks, technical books of making clothes which used as college textbooks, and local documents of theoretical study documents. The methodology of the research is to select 8 samples for the study, analyze the identity with the design, and then cut applying the identical dimensions and compare the measurements, and make the clothes using each cutting methods, and inspect to find the consistency with the design and made statistical analysis. As a result, we designed and made research patterns, and suggested a jacket pattern design to patterns simply that suits the design fast.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analysis researches related the promising career and job outlook and to provide the direction for job choice to engineering students. Literature review and expert council were used to achieve the objectives of study. The result of this study was analyzed that these jobs were promising, that is, environmental scientist and specialist, earth scientist and hydrologist(education and research related career), architecture and architectural engineer, civil engineer, landscape technician, land surveyor map production expert photo surveyor surveying technician(construction related career), material engineer (mechanics and material related career), mine and geology engineer(chemistry, fiber and environment related career), computer system design and analyst, system software engineer, application software engineer, web specialist, and computer support specialist (electrical and telecommunication related career) and food engineer(food related career). In addition, health silver specialist, bio biomedical engineer, renewable energy specialist etc. were promising by considering social and economic trend for demographic change like aging and green growth.

The present age is requested designer to be a generalist. The educational methods of university is changing over from intention of the technical education which is one of the traditional education methods to intention of a talented man with multiple knowledge. Also, the universities are establishing special curricular for cultivating men of ability. Many of an employer want to engage not only the specialist as the talented men in their own major field, but the generalist as the multiple knowledge in several field. Designer should have both a good stock of knowledge and personality. Also design should be able to easy access to all as a generalist instead of an obstinate streak as a monopoly of their specialist. This study was focused on development of basic research for understanding about design to generalist. It is purposed to suggest a research for a new recognition of design.

Recently, there will be many changes that revised emergency medical service with prescribe specialist doctor emergency medical center duty. if emergency patients come emergency medical center, in the existing system, emergency patients receive treatment in order emergency room doctor and 1-2 resident and 3-4 resident and specialist doctor. in improved system, emergency patients receive treatment to emergency room doctor and duty specialist doctor. as a result, the procedure was. simplify. but appling such a system, there should be placed duty specialist doctor about all departments in hospital. So, all hospitals be difficult to place duty specialist doctor about all departments in hospital. In this paper, to use mobile device, there design integrated emergency center management system for revision of the emergency medical service to use emergency medical center service near the user's and specialist doctor service in hospital and the hospital's information service and Emergency room usage service.

The purpose of this research is to provide the basic information for the development of dental healthcare system's expertise and spatial composition in diverse dental spaces in Korea according to dental specialist system enforcement. Literature review of dental expertise especially dental specialist system and investigation on current status of spatial composition of dental spaces have been conducted. After the review, the spatial composition with field survey and architectural drawings of selected dental spaces have been analyzed. The result of this study is arranged with three points. First of all, the main clinical dental spaces are the dental school's dental hospital, dental department in medical center/hospital and private dental clinic in Korea. The second one is that dental school's dental hospital had differentiated to 10-11 departments in 1970-1980's and dental department in medical center/hospital has been changing to dental hospital with 5-7 departments in 2010's, and dental clinic is changing to specific dental clinic according to dental specialist system in 2018. The third one is that spatial composition is related with dental expertise at diverse levels. Spatial composition in dental school's dental hospital had been highly differentiated with dental expertise, dental department in medical center/hospital is partially subdivided with dental specialist system, but that of dental clinic is not changed according to dental specialist system. In addition to current spatial composition according to dental expertise, it is necessary to analyze the change of spatial composition with diachronic methods to develop the dental healthcare system.

Today, it is a fact that interior design plays a very important role as much as architecture on contributing to our society as a rising new professional field. On the other hand, our interior design education is still in immagture stage unlike the graudal development of the mood of interior design line , If the interior design field has any educational value to invest to be noticed as an environmental design that creates the human environment. There are great deal of meanings to indicate the direction for better education after recognizing the manu different problems on presently offering interior design education. Therefore, the objectives of this study is , after establishing the innovative methods of education and course contents of the four year interior design program, to produce the interior designers of manifold abilities, who is able to fit well in the professional practice, in order to materialize the settlement of interior design education which will be the key point in our circumstances, which has ow social recognition toward interior design. There were four phases in this study. First was to gather and to analyze information from printed materials, such as curriculum and catalog from each institution. Secondly, we had collected existing previous studies in all interior design area in order to sude as references. Thirdly, we have managed to suggest ideal improvement for better basic design program in the area of interior design education after the arranging and analyzing . Finally, we were able to persuade the importance of improved basic design program to the interior design education parties and to suggest the direction for the future. Because interior design as a scholastic pursuit is combined practical application study by the art and technology, it emphasizes specialty . From that reason interior design education must be performed as professional specialist education instead of vocational education. In another words, the ultimate goal of the interior design objectives must be in producing professional specialist.

u-Health is a representative realization method of ubiquitous IT and it is being embossed as an industry that can make our lives abundant. Through the u-Health, the diagnosis will go beyond the restriction of space, which is based on hospital, and be positioned as a universal value in a daily life by combining diagnosis and life naturally. The purpose of this study is to suggest systematic, intelligent, mobile medical information system that has the same effect as the assistant of specialist by providing scientific and objective knowledge, which is suitable for u-Health age. Mobile medical information system can provide user with the opinion of specialist by planting the experience, knowledge and decision making process of specialist that are necessary for solving the problem requiring special medical knowledge and passing through an inference process.

The objective of this paper is to seek an alternative to figure out appropriate ways since difficulties lie in the introduction of LRT system to be operated by governments and self-governing local governments in the country. This situation can act as a main cause of breakdown in domestic railway industry by deepening of outflow of national wealth and technological dependency. Policy makers are required to get awareness of justification and necessity of Project management such as project strategy, goals, operating budgets, risks, investment revenue prior to preparing the outline of the introduction of LRT system shall consider securing budget in light of performance, reliability, and safety withe the help of system engineering activities during the entire project cycle such as design, construction, quality management, and commissioning before mapping out the basic plans for LRT project. In view of the current domestic conditions, the first time within the country, Seoulmetro is training professional as trust education of specialist training about LRT system, SE and PM education. This study leads to participating in PM/SE business by human power who finished from education of domestic specialist for LRT introduction corporation and businesses, it is published for introduction of specialist education and business revitalization.
