This paper examines the statistical process that should be performed with caution in the composite material qualification and equivalency process, and describes statistically significant considerations on outlier finding and handling process, data pooling through normalization process, review for data distributions and design allowables determination process for structural analysis. Based on these considerations, the need for guidance on statistical process for aircraft manufacturers who use the composite material properties database are proposed.

Preserving reservoir safety has recognized to be important for the public where a vast majority of dams are located upstream of greatly populated cities and industrialized areas. Buckling, floatation and cavitation have caused failure in the spillway gates and conveyance features during past catastrophic events; showed their vulnerability and need for regular inspection along with reviewing design calculations to ensure the spillway meet current design standards. This paper investigates the hydraulic and structural consideration of dam's spillway by evaluating the data of Karkheh Dam's. Discharge capacity, flood routings and cavitation damage risk were main features for hydraulic considerations where hydrostatic and hydrodynamic forces and stability conditions were considered in structural considerations.

Purpose: The role and facilities of public health centers responsible for local health are becoming increasingly important due to recurring infectious diseases such as COVID-19. With sudden outbreaks of infectious diseases, the infrastructure of public health center facilities like screening clinics are constructed varies depending on local conditions. resulting in discrepancies between intended usage and actual usage. Establishing guidelines for infectious disease response facilities that can be efficiently used within local communities is necessary. Methods: Field surveys are conducted at 6 public health centers to gather insights into the essential rooms, circulation patterns, and key considerations for space planning in screening clinics. Results: Ten design considerations emerge from the data, including spatial requirements, circulation guidelines, and considerations for accommodating diverse user needs and local conditions. Implications: Further research is needed to translate these guidelines into prototypes of temporary facilities.

This paper reviews many of the design considerations surrounding the topic of tiedback landslide suppressor walls primarily for soils app1ications. The design requires combining knowledge of many aspects of soil mechanics and geology to obtain a design a wall that fits site specific conditions. Many of the aspects necessary to complete the design are stil1 not comprehensively studied or understood. This paper provides an overview of the more traditional aspects of tieback wall design and a discussion of newer issues such as suppressor wall earth pressures and rotation of stresses due to tiebacks. An overview is also provided regarding the effect of seismic forces.

Outrigger systems have been widely used in super tall buildings constructed since the 1980's, eclipsing previously favored tubular frame systems. However, outriggers are not listed as a seismic lateral load resisting system in any code. Design guidelines are not available. The CTBUH formed the Outrigger Working Group to develop the first-ever outrigger system design guide with an historical overview, considerations for outrigger application, effects on building behavior and design recommendations including concerns specific to this structural system such as differential column shortening and construction sequence impacts. Project examples are presented for various outrigger system types, including advancements in their technology. The guide provides a basis for future discussions on this important topic.

The study is focused on the extraction of design consideration for non territorial workplace though the analysis of the workers satisfaction. Though the application of investigating method, at the first stage survey, satisfaction of non-territorial workplace user and the non territorial workplace design considerations are figured out. In addition the appraisal items are arranged and all of the factors were identified to influence the entire satisfaction in statistically meaningful levels. The first order of the design consideration for non-territorial workplace was evaluated as 'Psychological Element', 'Service Element', 'Mutual Interchange Action', 'Individual Working Element', 'Work Efficiency', 'Physical Element', respectively. Therefore the considerations are extracted based on the workers satisfaction and it need to be most focused on Psychological Element' among other things for non territorial workplace.

The purpose of this study is to show that epistemic considerations can be used meaningfully in the argumentation of elementary students, and to provide data on students' epistemic considerations that will be the basis for designing and evaluating scientific argumentation. The epistemic considerations in students' small group argumentations were explored based on Epistemic Considerations in Students' Epistemologies in Practice: EIP' suggested by Berland et al. (2016). The major results of this study are as follows: First, epistemic considerations in elementary school students' small group argumentation appeared in all four aspects: Nature, generality, justification and audience. The epistemic considerations varied according to context in each discussion situation. Second, epistemic considerations did not exist independently. They influenced each other and helped to reveal new types of considerations. The results of this study confirmed that argumentation can be used in elementary school science class. Understanding how students are involved in argumentation and how these epistemic considerations can affect students' argumentation can be helpful to teachers who design and evaluate small group argumentation. Students' achievement level affected epistemic considerations but learning approach types did not affect on. In addition, epistemic considerations may have a positive or negative effect on each other depending on the discussion situation in the process of interaction. So consideration of normative argumentation rules and teaching strategies should be considered in order for epistemic considerations to positively affect each other.

Purpose: This paper aimed to examine the ethical considerations that are the basis for many functions in the healthcare field. The key ethical values in global health, as well as future considerations imperative to this area, were observed. Research design, data and methodology: The current study utilized the past literature studies that were examined in the field of global health. An overview of the role of ethics in the healthcare field, as well as important considerations that needed to be taken into account in order to provide advancements in this area, were investigated. Results: Ethics are an important set of principles that guides humankind into the right conduct or action to better society and each other. Ethical values are one of the pinnacle points for any healthcare provider, as healthcare is not only considered from the aspect of patient health and well-being, but also in its role of keeping ethical guidelines to achieve the best possible care for a patient. Conclusions: A comprehensive understanding of healthcare is needed in order to tackle next generational challenges in global health. These ethical considerations will inevitably play a significant role in harnessing the patient-healthcare professional relationships as well as care for the shortening of a global disparity on healthcare.
