Recently, the society is being, developed physically and technically and the desire for the better equipped office environment has been required. Due to the change of recognition about the information-oriented office and the rapid progress ot the office automation many conventional office environment are changing to the new phase, the intelligent building. Unfortunately, because of the lack of the harmony between our business operating characteristics and the western office space planning, there are some severe problems in improving the business ability. To create the efficent office environment design, we have to understand the function of the western office space and our current phenomenon, appearing in the company. Thus, the goal of this study is to present the methodology for improving the office environmental design by analizing the following elements. - The concept of the office space - The historical frame of the office development - The consideration of the office characteristics - The Analysis of the business working Characteristics, organizing characteristics, and operating characteristics

최근 디자인경영이라는 용어가 널리 쓰이고 있다. 디자인과 경영역량의 상호 배움과 결합을 통해 기업의 혁신을 이루어내고자 하는 시도는 경영의 새로운 장을 열 것으로 기대되고 있기도 하다. 디자인경영이 발원지라고 할 수 있는 영국에서 기업혁신을 제고하기 위한 디자인경영지원 프로그램이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 확인하는 것이 본 사례연구의 목적이다. 혁신을 기업활동이 중심에 놓는 벤처기업사례들이 특히 집중적으로 연구되었다.

Various organizational factors effect successful implementation of IT enabled business transformation. Among them, the most critical success factor is deemed to overcoming change management problem. Lots of studies have been made on Implementation methodologies and business process formalizations to encourage organizational members to accept new business process changes. However, the logic or process redesign still depends on qualitative problem solving techniques mostly depending on basically human intuition such as brainstorming. cause-and-effect analysis. and so on. In this paper, we focused on developing analytic framework to design to-be business process structure. which can complement qualitative problem solving procedures. With effective use of IT as an enabler, we provide algorithmic framework applicable to designing various business process changes such as process automation, business process resequencing, and more radical process integration. The framework follows dynamic programming approach in the literature, which is based on the decision making paradigm of organizations to abstract business processes as quantitative decision models. As such, our research ran fill the gap of limited development of theory based analytic methodologies for business process design, by providing objective rationale to reach the consensus among the organizational members including senior management.

소방산업이 발전하려면 소방법의 제도적인 면에서 무엇이 바뀌어야 하며, 현재 소방산업에 종사하고 있는 소방인의 생각 또한 무엇이 변해야 하는지를 연구하고 국민들이 안정된 생활을 할 수 있도록 객관적인 입장에서 예방소방업무에 대한 인식을 하여야 할 것이다. 소방시설업중 설계업은 건축물의 신축시 가장 기본이 되는 소방시설업으로 소방공사업, 소방감리업, 유지관리업까지 필수적으로 따라 다니는 법적으로 중요한 사항이다. 본 연구는 소방산업이 국민의 생명과 복리증진에 기여하고 국민들이 이해하며 관심을 가지는 소방산업이 될 수 있도록 소방산업 중 소방시설설계업의 문제점을 파악하여 그 발전방향을 제시하였으며, 소방시설설계업의 소방정책에 대한 개선방안으로 일반소방시설설계업의 법적인 제도에서 기계분야와 전기분야로 구분되어 설계전문성이 결여되므로 제도적으로 통합하여 국민안전에 기여하여야 할 것이다.

Today, as the standard of customers is getting higher, the period "Value Consumption" has come. "Brand Stretching" which is to expand business from own field of business to "Fusion Design", "Art Collaboration" focusing on diversified demand and emotion of consumer is in trend. Global fashion enterprise which is particularly sensitive to trend and influential to various field of business, has now transformed to total lifestyle enterprise and now started to show off furniture design to improve the value and image of the brand. This thesis has classified methodological types to apply furniture design and background of furniture design in fashion enterprise, analyzed and examined cases, and interpreted the possibility and direction of understanding to furniture design in various aspects.

The dynamic nature of the A/E/C industry, rapidly changing global market environments, and lowest cost competitive bidding make it difficult to survive in global design markets. To understand the global design markets, a case study has been undertaken. The top 150 global design firms represented in the ENR (Engineering News Record) from 1995 to 2003 are classified into three groups for the case study. First group is the firms which advanced in rank from 1995. Second group is the firms which maintained its rank from 1994 until 2003. Third group is the firms which went down in rank from 1995 until 2003. However, finding key factors and changing business strategies of successful top design firms are the fundamental goals in this paper. After examinations of case studies, this paper concludes and suggests that professionalization, M&A strategies, patrons of the government, and academic support are needed to be successful in the global design & engineering industry.

ebXML은 e비즈니스를 위한 글로벌 표준으로서 그 동안 기업간 협력의 가장 큰 장애물로 여겨졌던 정보 시스템의 이질성을 극복할 수 있는 대안을 제시하는 기술이다. ebXML에서는 전체적 인 프레임워크를 구성하는 주요 요소로서 거래 절차를 기술하는 비즈니스 프로세스, 거래에 이용되는 공통의 용어와 그 의미를 정의하고 있는 핵심 컴포넌트, 거래에 필요한 정보를 저장하고 검색하는 레지스트리, 거래 문서의 전송을 위한 메시징 서비스 등을 정의하고 있다. 이러한 구조를 기반으로 ebXML에서의 거래 절차는 비즈니스 프로세스에서 요구하고 있는 다양한 비즈니스 문서의 교환에 의해서 수행되며, 이때 필요한 비즈니스문서의 모델은 핵심 컴포넌트를 기반으로 저작된다. 본 논문에서는 우선 ebXML의 기술 구조 및 관련기술 동향에 대하여 살펴보고, ebXML 핵심 컴포넌트 및 이를 기반으로 비즈니스 프로세스의 수행에 필요한 비즈니스 문서를 생성하는 기술에 대하여 분석한다.

The corporate R&D(Research and Development) has a primary role of new product development and its potential is the most crucial factor to estimate corporate future value. However, its systemic inadequacies and inefficiencies, the shorten product life-cycle to satisfy customer needs, the global operations by outsourcing strategy, and the reduction of product cost, are starting to expose to R&D business processes. The three-phased execution strategy for R&D innovation is introduced to establish master plan for new R&D model. From information technology point of view, PLM(Product Life-cycle Management) is one of the business total solutions in product development area. It is not a system, but the strategic business approach that collaboratively manage the product from beginning stage to end of life in all business areas PLM functions and capabilities are usually used as references to re-design new R&D process. BPA(Business Process Assessment) and 5DP(Design Parameters) in PI6sigma developed by Samsung SDS Consulting division are introduced to establish R&D master plan and re-design process respectively. This research provides a case study for R&D process innovation. How process assessment and PMM(Process Maturity Model) can be applied in business processes, and also it explains process re-design by 5DP method.

복합화력 발전플랜트의 주기기 특성을 고려한 설계품질 향상과 원가절감을 위해 3차원설계의 업무절차를 대상으로 업무재설계기법을 이용한 개선된 업무절차를 제시하였다. 업무 구현을 위해 3차원설계 프로그램을 중심으로 통합된 설계운영시스템을 구축하였으며 개발 모듈로는 주기기 제작사에서 제공한 3차원 모델정보를 사내 표준코드와 비교하여 변환시켜주는 3차원 모델정보 변환시스템을 통하여 3차원 통합시스템의 연계성을 강화하였다. 또한 3차원설계의 수행사례를 분석하여 개선된 효과를 정량적으로 산출하였으며 분석결과 적정평가금액 대비 설계분야별 평균 20.4%의 설계비용 절감효과를 나타냈다. 업무개선 사항은 각 공종 및 협력사와 주기기 제작사에서 제공되는 설계정보의 통합화로 후행 부서의 중복 작업감소 및 반복적인 설계변경에 대한 일관성을 향상시켰다.
